The role

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team and support the smooth and accurate execution of our day-to-day accounting operations. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions and invoices, and supporting monthly and year-end closing activities, while also assisting with various accounting projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Bookkeeping processing (entries, ERP system operation)
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with other accounting projects

Requirements

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years of professional experience in Accounting
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One or similar financial software
• Fluency in English
• Reliable and organized, with a willingness to learn and support the team

Remote & Hybrid Policy:

• Athens-based teams: The policy is to visit the office a minimum of once per week
