Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare and audit financial statements.
2. Provide expert advice on financial reporting, compliance, and best accounting practices.
3. Evaluate statements prepared by others for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
4. Install, review, or advise on systems for recording costs and budgetary data.
5. Apply knowledge of economics, accounting principles, and taxation to support high-quality AI model training datasets.
6. Contribute real-world insights to improve how AI systems understand financial documentation and processes.
7. Document findings clearly through effective written and verbal communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. In-depth expertise in economics, accounting, law, government regulations, and taxation.
3. Substantial experience preparing and auditing financial statements.
4. Strong understanding of cost accounting and budgetary controls.
5. Proficient in both written and verbal communication for technical subject matter.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
7. Holding or having held one or more of the following job titles: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Cost Accountant, Financial Auditor, General Accountant, Internal Auditor, Revenue Tax Specialist.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Advanced certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA) or equivalent practical experience.
2. Experience advising on or implementing financial systems and controls.
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex accounting concepts to diverse audiences.
