We are hiring for this position for a limited period of 1 year.

What We Offer

• Process intercompany invoices and prepare them for payment

• Reconcile global intercompany accounts across financial systems

• Handle periodic financial closing activities and analysis

• Support global cash pool reconciliation

• Assist with Covestro Intercompany Clearing (CIC) payment activities

• Contribute to process improvements and participate in testing new solutions

• Follow company policies and procedures for intercompany transactions

• Work according to established service level agreements and performance indicators

• Help team members meet quality standards

• Support efficiency improvement initiatives for intercompany processes

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

The minimum salary on this position is 1650 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.

What You Offer

• University degree in Business Administration with majors in accounting / controlling or equivalent education

• 2 years of professional experience in a financial accounting department or equivalent experience

• Special knowledge about global processes of Accounts Payables, Sales & Distribution, External Reporting and Closing

• Very good English skills encompassing special terminologies in the area of Finance & Accounting

• Balancing character to understand and simplify the needs of the business and translate it into business value

• Capability of target oriented working with diversified nationalities

• Pro-active personality for a good overview and an eye for quality, capability to anticipate change and prepare his/her team for smooth transition by planning, setting expectations and clear communications.

• An open and creative problem solver

• Ability to establish and maintain a sustainable expert network
