About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support across Home Health, Hospice, and Physician Services. This position serves as a key resource for clinicians and office staff, coordinating communications, medical records, orders, DME, supplies, referrals, documentation, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You'll manage communications and documentation, research and resolve outstanding items, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, maintain accurate records, and ensure follow-up is completed in a timely manner. By staying proactive, communicating clearly, and maintaining strong attention to detail, you'll help improve recovery outcomes while supporting efficient operations across the organization.

Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative/clerical setting
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree preferred

- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate computer equipment, Excel, Outlook, Word, Fax, and photocopy machines
