Senior Account Manager ready to step up, or Account Director looking for your next move?  

We’re looking for a strong Senior Account Manager who’s ready to take the next step, or an experienced Account Director keen to join one of WA’s most prestigious and rewarding accounts.  

This is a 12-month parental leave contract, commencing November 2026.  

This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a visible, client-facing role with the support of an experienced Business Director and the backing of a collaborative, integrated agency team. 

About You

The Role 

As a Senior Account Manager stepping up, or an established Account Director, you will: 

• Take ownership and lead the delivery of large-scale integrated campaigns and projects, from conception to completion. 
• Build trusted day-to-day relationships with senior clients, acting as a key point of contact and a calm, confident partner across the work.
• Keep projects moving by balancing timelines, budgets, creative ambition and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, media, production and digital teams to help shape smart, effective work.
• Bring energy, initiative and attention to detail to a high-profile account where no two days look quite the same.
• Report to the Business Director as your mentor and work collaboratively with the wider agency of top-tier talent.
