Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for electronic product HW development of low voltage system, especially Power Quality device, Solid State Breaker and High-power power electronic products, etc.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Smart Building division in China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Proficiency in power electronics technology (for example, IGBT/SiC/GaN semiconductor applications, topological structure design),  have experience in the design and development of power quality products or equipment hardware.
• Electronic product HW development or design review (for example, SVG, APF, DVR, Thyristor switch, SSCB, etc.). Schematic and PCB design & review for electronic products, drawings and verification tests.

• To define product specification and verification test scheme according to relevant products requirements and standards. Collaborate with testing team to perform R&D verification test.

• To solve technical related problems from production and market. To write the related technical documentation.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in high voltage, lightning protection or electrical related.
• At least five years’ experience in with reactive power compensation and active power filtering products design and development experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, proficient in the design of strong current and weak current conversion, design schematic and PCB layout with Altium designer, PADs tools, can implement hardware adjustment and testing independently, can resolve EMC issues independently. familiar with and C program, experiences on communication interface and embedded system development (MCU, ARM, etc.) are preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work.
• A very strong learning ability and pragmatic spirit.
• Has a positive progressive attitude under pressure to work. Leadership and project management skill
