The Opportunity

The Technical Consultant (TC) is a key role within our Global Services organization, responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions to our clients and partners while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
This role is based in Belgium and works closely with local and international stakeholders.
Internally, the TC collaborates on solution design to ensure efficiency, adherence to best practices, and the future-proof use of Zeta’s products.

As a Senior Systems Administrator for Finance Systems, you will be the key architect and steward of our NetSuite ERP environment. Essential Responsibilities:
NetSuite ERP Management: Oversee the daily operations of our NetSuite instance (both sandbox and production), ensuring robust performance across modules such as GL, A/P, A/R, order and billing management, revenue recognition, fixed asset management, and banking/electronic payments. Maintain system stability, data integrity, and compliance by keeping software, scripts, and integrations up to date.
Reporting C Analytics: Serve as a NetSuite C Suite Analytics super-user by developing advanced reports, dashboards, and insights to support financial decision-making.
Vendor C Change Management: Establish and manage relationships with NetSuite vendors and professional service providers. Implement a proactive change management process, including detailed impact analysis and approval workflows for system modifications.
System Integration C Upgrades: Lead the deployment of new functionality and integrate NetSuite with other enterprise systems (e.g., Concur, ADP, SFDC). Oversee comprehensive testing and smooth execution of NetSuite upgrades.
Documentation C Compliance: Develop and maintain clear documentation, including policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides. Ensure adherence to internal controls, segregation of duties, and regulatory compliance.
Team Leadership C Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, including a dedicated NetSuite administrator, with an emphasis on security and access control best practices. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and NetSuite advancements by attending training sessions, user conferences, and online forums.
Desired Qualification:
Experience: At least 10 years of progressive ERP experience, with significant hands-on experience in managing and administering NetSuite. Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and leading ERP projects.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of core NetSuite functionalities, customization capabilities (Suite Script, Suite Analytics, workflows), and standard business processes. Proven experience in integrating NetSuite with other enterprise systems.

Position Overview
Zeta Global is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the Opportunity Insights team. This role is for a highly experienced engineer who operates at system and platform scope — someone who can define architecture, drive technical direction, and deliver scalable, data-intensive systems that power marketing intelligence products.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to serve as a transformative force in how ZetaGlobal builds, deploys, and operates software at scale. This is not a maintenance role. You will be a DevOps disruptor: someone who challenges the status quo, reimagines deployment pipelines, and empowers hundreds of developers across multiple teams to ship code to production safely, multiple times per day, concurrently.
Your prime responsibility is to enable true continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) directly to production using canary releases, blue/green deployments, incremental rollout pipelines, feature flag-driven releases, and any other proven strategy that delivers speed with safety. You will architect and operate these systems within a regulated, globally compliant environment spanning GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 requirements.
In addition, you will serve as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) leader, ensuring safe operations, incident readiness, and platform stability as we continue to scale. You will influence both DevOps/SRE practices and software architecture decisions, simplifying and streamlining operational management across the organization.

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and operate the data pipelines and aggregates that power Zeta’s AdTech platform. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on high-scale batch + streaming data processing, reliable data products, and analytics-ready datasets that enable prediction, agentic workflows, BI reporting, and measurement.
