About the Role 

A great opportunity to join Group Reporting at the heart of the finance team. Beyond core accounting, the role will provide commercial oversight of key finance processes and partner with teams across the organisation, not just finance. The role will also support internal and external reporting requirements.

Main Responsibilities 

• Assisting with the month-end close timetable to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support the Group’s reporting requirements by preparing both accrual and cash-basis reports, contributing to compliance with internal deadlines.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Manage and prepare sections of the financial statements, ensuring completeness and accuracy for auditor review.
• Support the consolidation of the Group and associated P&L/BS analysis.
• Advise the finance team on technical accounting matters, and collaborate on technical accounting manuals.
• Coordinate and refine responses to external advisors by gathering input from relevant teams.
• Support the Group Reporting team with any activities as required.

Qualifications and experience 

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CA).
• Strong technical accounting skills (IFRS, GAAP).
• Experience of group environments (consolidations, multi-currency, intercompany).
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders across finance, legal and tax.

About the Role 

A very exciting opportunity for an important role within the business working under the Regional Financial Controller and closely with the Design and Construction team for the EMEA region. The role will be responsible for all end to end processes for asset companies (“assetcos”) within the region, including financial reporting and analysis to EMEA regional finance. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Overall financial responsibility for all 4 operating AssetCo entities within the region
• Review and presentation of monthly results in line with Group policies and timelines
• Providing review and challenge of the site cash flows, before presenting upstream
• Monitoring of accounts payable and tax payments
• Liaising with the Design and Construction team to ensure budget monitoring and debt drawdowns
• Involvement in annual budgeting process and forecasts
• Debt covenants, monitoring and payment
• Year end responsibilities for asset companies including preparation of financial statements and completion of audits within strict timeframes

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA)

The role

The Debt Compliance Manager is responsible for several key operational processes within the business. You are responsible for managing debt utilisations, repayments, compliance with financial and information covenants and various other operational activities for our global portfolio, which consists of construction financing, term loans, RCF and publicly-issued notes across a number of jurisdictions.

Main responsibilities

/ Working with Corporate Finance and Legal to understand and document our obligations under our debt facilities, including self-review of long-form documentation.

/ Manage debt drawdowns and repayments, both monthly and for refinancings.

/ Management of Interest rate and FX hedges.

/ Designing and implementing processes around all aspects of debt operations.

/ Be a primary point of contact with lenders and debt agents.

/ Work closely with the business around drawdown timings and supplier payments.

/ Working closely with the Treasury and wider Finance teams on meeting our obligations to lenders and executing our operations in line with the agreements.

/ Analysis of Yondr’s debt/funding requirements.

/ Ad-hoc support for Corporate Finance and Treasury.

Qualifications and experience

/ 4+ Years of Debt compliance experience, whether for a corporate entity or loans agency.

/ Experience managing publicly-issued debt and related statutory compliance is highly preferred.

/ Experience managing debt at an operational level, including familiarity with long-form documentation.

/ Experience working with international business in relation to debt operations.

/ Business Partnering experience; comfortable dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

/ Good analytical skills and experience in handling large volume of data

/ The ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment is a must.

/ Problem solving, provide recommendations and solutions to short- and long term challenges.

About the Role 

In the Finance team, we believe in challenging convention, thinking differently, and never settling for less. The Senior Accounts Payable Manager leads Yondr’s global Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate, efficient and compliant processing of all supplier invoices, employee expense claims, and vendor payments through Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and our treasury processes.

This role provides leadership across a multi-regional AP team, manages internal and third-party processing capabilities, drives policy adherence, establishes strong financial controls and continuously improves the AP operating model. The Senior AP Manager will partner closely with Procurement, Construction, Operation, Treasury, Finance Systems, FP&A, Project functions, and regional Finance Controllers.

You will build on the remit historically delivered through interim AP leadership while helping to shape the future Shared Services model for the organisation

Main Responsibilities 

AP Leadership & Operations

· Own the end-to-end AP process in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and ExFlow — invoice capture, coding, matching, approval routing and payment execution.

· Improve AP speed and accuracy by enhancing D365/ExFlow automation, workflow logic, first-time-right submission and PO discipline.

· Ensure “No PO No Pay” compliance, strong data quality and proactive issue resolution.

· Oversee employee expense claims and partner with Treasury on timely reimbursement.

Stakeholder Partnerships

· Build strong, solution-driven relationships with Construction and Operations, especially on project-related purchasing, goods receipting and dispute resolution.

· Work closely with Procurement, Treasury, Finance Systems, FP&A, and business leads to reduce aged creditors and streamline P2P workflows.

· Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and external AP/GL system consultants.

People Leadership

· Lead, coach and develop AP teams across regions; promote accountability, consistency and continuous improvement.

· Train the business on PO creation, GR processes, expense compliance and ExFlow usage.

· Ensure correct AP system access for leavers and joiners.

Controls, Compliance & Reporting

· Maintain and improve AP controls, SOPs, policy documentation and process notes.

· Lead the AP month-end close (accruals, AP journals, reconciliations, system reviews).

· Ensure accurate AP system/ledger reconciliations.

· Support year-end audit and statutory reporting with complete AP schedules and documentation.

Future Scope – Shared Services Growth Path

· This role is designed to evolve into leading a broader Finance Shared Services function, ultimately taking responsibility for:

· Accounts Receivable (AR): billing, collections, cash allocation, customer account management.

· Bank Reconciliations: transitioning ownership from Treasury into Shared Services and standardising processes.

· Overseeing an integrated team covering AP, AR, expenses and reconciliations, driving global standardisation and automation.

Qualifications and experience 

Required

· 10+ years AP experience in a multinational environment.

· 5+ years in an AP Manager / Senior AP Manager role.

· Proven delivery of AP efficiencies and aged-creditor reduction.

· Strong working knowledge of D365 and ExFlow.

· Excellent leadership, communication and organisation skills.

Desirable

· ACA / ACCA / CIMA or a finance/accounting degree.

· Experience in AR, reconciliations or Shared Services.

· Exposure to high-growth, multi-region or project-driven environments.

The role

We are seeking a US Tax Manager to lead tax workstreams across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments for a growing data center platform.

This role will support the Global Tax Director who is based in the UK by owning US transaction structuring, integration planning, and post-deal compliance across Federal and State income taxes, sales & use tax, incentives, property and personal property taxes.

The role will partner closely with Corporate Development, the Data Centre Execution, Legal, Finance, and Operation teams to ensure that tax risks and opportunities are managed.

Main responsibilities

M&A and Structuring

• Support with US tax structuring for acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganizations.
• Support with modelling assumptions and the impacts of transactions, including cash tax, ETR, tax basis step-ups, and purchase price allocation support.
• Assess and manage limitations on tax attributes including IRC 382/383, IRC 163(j), and state-specific restrictions.
• Review and negotiate tax provisions in transaction documents (SPAs/APAs), including indemnities and covenants.
• Lead post-acquisition integration and legal entity rationalization from a tax perspective.

Federal and State Income Tax

• Oversee federal and multi-state income and franchise tax compliance.
• Manage nexus, apportionment, combined/unitary filing considerations, and PTE tax regimes.
• Track and manage tax attributes including NOLs, credits, and interest carryforwards.
• Support tax accounting and provisioning across IFRS and US GAAP.

Sales & Use Tax and Incentives

• Manage sales and use tax structuring, registrations, exemptions, and compliance related to data center construction and operations.
• Lead qualification, documentation, and ongoing compliance for data center incentive programs.
• Work closely with the business to monitor incentive performance requirements including capital investment, employment, and sustainability obligations and support with reviewing contracts to support the ability to maximize claims.
• Support audits, refund claims, and controversy management.

Property and Personal Property Tax

• Oversee real property and business personal property tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage asset classification and valuation strategies for data center assets to minimize assessments.
• Coordinate appeals and manage external property tax advisors with the operation teams.

Governance and Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain playbooks, policies, and controls for US sites.
• Prepare clear technical memoranda and processes for teams to follow.
• Manage external advisors, including scope, budget, and deliverables.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.
• 6–10+ years of US tax experience with a strong focus on M&A.
• Deep technical knowledge of US Federal and State corporate and partnership tax.
  Experience with sales & use tax and property/personal property tax.
• Data center, real estate, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industry experience preferred.

Key Competencies

• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate technical issues and implementing this into business processes.
• Proven project management capability in fast-paced, transaction-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
