As our Strategic Account Director you’ll manage a book of premier enterprise health systems clients with a focus on growing executive relationships and account growth. You’ll work closely and frequently with clinical and executive stakeholders to articulate the value of Xealth and our Partner Solutions, help make Xealth part of their digital health strategies, and achieve measurable clinical or operational goals.
As an Account Director at Xealth, you will:
- Provide strategic account management from onboarding and activation through to invoicing, value reporting, QBRs, and the renewal and expansion process to ensure account growth.
- Maintain tactical oversight to ensure implementations run smoothly
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, specifically around digital health with health system peers, sharing best practices across the Xealth ecosystem.
- Deeply understand your clients Digital Health strategies and to tie Xealth into their digital and virtual care programs with measurable ROI.
- Evangelize Xealth and advocate for your customers, both internally and by becoming an active part of the Xealth community (forums, trade shows, events, etc), encouraging client participation, and showcasing success stories..
- Partner with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Engineering teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
Our ideal Account Director will have will have:
- 10+ years of Healthcare Technology Account Management, Sales, or Consulting, working with C-level stakeholders within enterprise health systems
- Experience introducing, integrating, and scaling technology products and services, preferably SaaS solutions, into enterprise healthcare companies
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR, including experience with modern software products that integrate into Epic or Cerner, along with a thorough understanding of the digital health ecosystem and their technical mechanisms (FHIR, HL7, other APIs, etc)
- Ability to represent Xealth’s product, technology, and EMR integrations to stakeholders at all levels
- Preference for: Startup experience; executive relationships within enterprise health systems; Experience with SaaS products that include PHI or integrate into EMR systems like Epic or Cerner; Digital Health Consulting or Product Management experience

Compensation & Benefits
Xealth offers a multi-tiered approach when constructing a highly competitive compensation package. The compensation package for this role is in the range of $160,000 - 175,000 base with an 80/20 split for incentive based commissions.

The Role
Xealth is looking for a Director of Patient and Provider Engagement to own our core interaction tools and lead our evolution into AI-enabled healthcare. Xealth sits at a unique intersection of healthcare data: we have deep integration with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), access to patient-generated data from third-party apps, and rich engagement data from patient clicks and actions.
In this role, you will be the product visionary for how we use this data and leverage generative AI to drive meaningful actions. You will oversee our patient-facing capabilities, as well as our clinician-facing SMART on FHIR apps that surface critical info within the clinical workflow. Your mission is to bring next-generation AI capabilities to market that personalize and enhance these interactions for both patients and providers.
What You'll Own and Deliver
- Vision & Strategy: Own the roadmap for Xealth’s engagement suite, transitioning from traditional communication tools to AI-enabled, data-driven interaction models.
- AI Product Leadership: Identify and bring to market new AI capabilities that leverage EHR, third-party app, and engagement data to improve patient outcomes and clinician efficiency.
- Cross-Platform Management: Manage the delivery of features across patient-facing channels (SMS, Email, Portal) and clinician-facing SMART on FHIR applications.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use, and advocate for, data to measure impact and iteratively improve the effectiveness of our tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams (engineering, customer success, partnerships) and external health system customers to launch and scale engagement tools.
- Mission Focus: Make a real, positive difference in other people’s lives by finding the best ways to support patients and clinicians.
The Expertise You'll Bring
- Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management for web-based, SaaS, or healthcare technology offerings.
- Behavioral Science Chops: Deep understanding and prior success in driving consumer or patient behavior.
- Domain Expertise: Firm grasp on email & SMS logistics (reputation scores, etc)
- ML Familiarity: Proven track record or strong understanding of implementing ML capabilities within a product ecosystem to drive user action.
- Generative AI Familiarity: Conversant with the latest landscape of generative AI technology such as prompt engineering and MCP, and able to drive product development of gen-AI product capabilities and offerings.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to meaningfully engage in design discussions with software developers..
- Agile Leadership: Extensive experience in Lean, Agile, or Scrum software development processes.

- Software Engineering Expertise: 3-5 years of professional experience building production software systems using TypeScript/JavaScript.
- CS Fundamentals: Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, concurrency, and distributed systems.

What You'll Own and Deliver (Responsibilities)
As a core member of our data engineering team, you will design, build, and scale the services that power Xealth’s Analytics and Reporting Capabilities. You’ll apply solid computer science fundamentals to solve complex problems in distributed systems, data modeling, and data pipelines.
- Data Modeling: Execute expert-level Data Modeling and Design, utilizing dimensional modeling and denormalization techniques specifically for analytic workloads.
- Data Ingestion: Ability to consume and process high-volume bounded and unbounded data, build robust Change Data Capture (CDC) mechanisms, and gather data from API calls and webhooks.
- Pipeline Design & Orchestration: Design, build, and optimize high-volume, real-time Streaming Data Pipelines utilizing PySpark and Databricks environments.
- Scalability & Maintenance: Maintain and scale large Data Lake Pipelines, ensuring high performance and cost-efficiency.
- Unit testing & Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for data pipelines to ensure code quality and production reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and EHR specialists to translate clinical user behaviors into rich, analytical datasets, unlocking critical insights that drive evidence-based improvements in healthcare processes.
- Technical Leadership: Contribute to code reviews, system design discussions, and technical decisions that raise the engineering bar across the team.

The Expertise You'll Bring (Requirements)
We’re looking for a data engineer with strong computer science fundamentals. Someone who’s comfortable reasoning about systems, data, and code structure at scale, and who’s excited to apply those skills in healthcare.
Core Technical Competencies:
- Data Engineering Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade data pipelines and applications, with expert proficiency in Python, PySpark and SQL. Familiarity with JavaScript would be a plus. You must have solid hands-on experience working with modern massively parallel data processing systems.
- CS Fundamentals: Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures, with a specific focus on distributed computing principles (concurrency, partitioning, shuffling) necessary for processing large-scale datasets.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing complex failures in distributed processing jobs (e.g., Spark executor errors, memory leaks, data skew) using logs, distributed tracing, and performance metrics.
- Modern SQL and Non-SQL Database Design: Deep practical knowledge of open table formats, such as Delta Lake. Proficiency with common big data file formats, including Apache Parquet and Apache Avro.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience implementing IaC principles and tools for the automated deployment and management of data pipelines.
- API & Integration: Hands-on experience designing robust data ingestion frameworks via RESTful APIs and building event-driven architectures for real-time data flow.
- Cloud & Distributed Systems: Experience designing and scaling cloud-native data platforms and orchestrating data workloads using AWS and Kubernetes.
Highly Valued Experience (Nice to Have)
- Security & Governance: Prior experience in regulated industry with high security requirements. A good working understanding of Data Security principles, particularly regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) and sensitive data governance.
- Real Time Stream Processing: Expertise building streaming data pipelines, leveraging stream processors such as Apache Kafka and Apache Flink
- Observability: Experience implementing and utilizing Data Observability tools and practices to monitor data quality, lineage, and pipeline health.
- Visualization: Experience building dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who can navigate the complexities of working with C-level stakeholders from large Health Systems. You’ll spend your time establishing relationships, demonstrating Xealth solutions, and getting hands-on to define customer roadmap requirements. You will be our quarterback on deals from start to finish supported by the broader sales, enablement, marketing, and customer teams. Additionally, you’ll build relationships and support business opportunities with the broader Samsung team.
In this role you’ll manage the end-to-end sales cycle for multi-year SaaS contracts into Enterprise Health Systems, working directly with C- and VP-level stakeholders in Clinical departments, IT, Innovation, Digital Health, and Procurement. We’ll set you up for success with a fantastic product that has strong name recognition, proven ROI, premier list of existing customers, healthy pipeline, and a team that’s passionate about revolutionizing healthcare for everyone.
As our Enterprise Sales Director at Xealth, you will:
- Own the Enterprise Sales process end-to-end including prospecting, discovery, delivering presentations and demos, navigating complex health organization environments, and closing deals.
- Drive the commercial and functional outreach to health systems - evangelizing the procurement and integration of Xealth technology into major EMR (Epic, Cerner, etc.) platforms.
- Be comfortable and effective in presenting to C-suite healthcare executives and cover product, technical, and commercial topics.
- Have the ability to present to a combination of clinical leaders, IT leaders and innovation leaders all in the same meeting - each of whom have a differing view on health tech and the orchestration of solutions.
- Communicate Xealth’s value and ROI effectively to both clinical and non-clinical prospects, executives, and partners.
- Partner with Xealth Senior Leadership to drive high-value deals.
- Build and manage relationships with Samsung counterparts to effectively drive deal closure.
- Navigate and negotiate deals with key stakeholders and procurement to arrive at profitable, multi-year deals with the Enterprise Health System.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth while collaborating with customer teams to ensure customer success.
- Represent Xealth at tradeshows and conferences.
- Manage up to 50% travel to client sites across the US.
Our ideal candidate will have:

- 10+ years consultative sales and leadership experience with a record of success navigating US healthcare, including at least 5 years selling to Enterprise Health Systems
- Extensive knowledge of the business of health care - how money flow, drivers for decisions, incentives, and how each system operates within its own macro and local environment
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including familiarity with the digital health ecosystem, hospital operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR, including experience with modern software products that integrate into Epic or Cerner, along with a thorough understanding of the digital health ecosystem and the various mechanisms those solutions to go market at a technical level (FHIR, HL7, other APIs, etc)
- Working experience with various sales tools such as Salesforce
- A proven ability to develop strategies to target and convert prospects to customers
- Ability to speak in detail to stakeholders about how our technology works and integrates with their systems
- Startup or small team experience selling a SaaS solution into enterprise healthcare companies
- Ability to work remotely from the greater Seattle or Boston areas

Compensation and Benefits:
Xealth offers a multi-tiered approach when constructing a highly competitive compensation package. The compensation package would include a base salary, commission, and a comprehensive suite of benefits in the range of $300,000 - 400,000 OTE with a 50/50 split.
