Your role (Graphic Designer)
You’ll support the creative team by designing high-quality, on-brand visual assets across channels—working closely with Strategy, Account, Social, and Production to help move work from brief → concept → design → delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Design and adapt assets for social, digital, presentations, and print 
• Translate briefs into strong layouts, typography, and visual systems aligned with brand objectives
• Contribute to concepting by exploring references, mood boards, and visual directions
• Prepare files for production and ensure clean, accurate handoffs 
• Collaborate across teams to manage feedback loops, revisions, and timelines
• Support internal design systems, templates, and asset libraries to improve speed and consistency
• Use AI-supported tools for research and iteration where helpful (with human oversight)

VML KSA is looking for an Account Director to lead the day-to-day management of a major telecommunications corporate communications mandate. This role requires a senior client partner who can operate in a fast-paced environment, deliver consistently high-quality work, and guide both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure corporate messaging is aligned, accurate, and impactful in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day senior client relationship, acting as a trusted partner across corporate communications stakeholders.
• Lead account planning and delivery across corporate communications initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 executives/managers, ensuring clear delegation, coaching, and performance development.
