We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join the Creative Strategy team at Wildlife. This is a role for someone who reads markets, builds strategy, and turns that into creative decisions that drive performance at scale.

You will own the creative strategy for one or more of our games, working alongside Product Marketing Managers,Game Directors, and our in-house Studio team. You decide what gets produced, why, for whom, and how we will measure if it worked.

The team operates on a core conviction: AI is now a method of work, not a tool on the side. We are structuring data, briefing, ideation, and analytics to run with AI as substrate. You will use AI to multiply your output, feed structured signal into the system, curate what comes out, and bring judgment where the machine cannot.

What you'll do

You will build and evolve the creative strategy for the games under your scope, in partnership with PMMs, anchored in business and brand outcomes. That means maintaining a continuous read of competitors, market trends, network behavior across TikTok, Meta and others, and player signal, and turning that read into briefs and decisions. You will use intelligence tools like Sensor Tower, internal data, and platform-specific signals to inform what we test, what we scale, and what we abandon.

You will author briefs that strategy, Studio, and stakeholders can build from. Briefing is the highest leverage moment of the creative cycle and the craft this role most lives by. You will partner with the Studio team through the production handoff, with extra rigor on complex formats like playables, ensuring intent survives execution. You will bring taste and creative judgment to the work, critiquing, refining, raising the bar, and holding the quality line.

You will read creative performance with depth, working across metrics like Spend Share, IPM, CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook and hold rates, identifying patterns and turning them into the next round of bets. You will define test methodologies with PMMs and Data Scientists, moving from individual creative wins to systemic learning. And you will document learnings into the team's structured knowledge base, so insight compounds across creatives, games, and time.

What you'll need

• Five or more years of experience in roles that combine analytical rigor with strategic and creative judgment. We are open across backgrounds: Marketing Analytics, Growth, Brand Performance, Performance Marketing, Creative Strategy, or any role where you have owned decisions connecting market reading, data, and creative output at scale.
• Strong fluency with performance marketing logic and metrics, and a track record of using them to drive iteration and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to read markets, competitors, and consumer behavior, and translate that into action.
• Comfort with AI as part of daily workflow. You do not need to be technical, but you need to engage with AI tools as leverage, not as curiosity.
• Familiarity with market intelligence tools (Sensor Tower, AppMagic, or similar) used to extract competitive insight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, in English and Portuguese.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile gaming or app marketing. We value it but do not require it. What we require is fluency with consumer products operating at scale.
• Background in digital-first companies (consumer tech, fintech, marketplaces, e-commerce) or in digital-first marketing inside industry.
• Familiarity with motion design, video, or playable ads, enough to direct production with intent.
• Experience running structured A/B tests on creative.

We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to play a key role in our Controllership team, overseeing and improving the monthly financial close and contributing to the accuracy and reliability of Wildlife’s financial reporting.

As our operations continue to evolve, having strong and scalable accounting processes is critical. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly close process, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned. Within the BizOps team, you will work on high-priority initiatives directly with senior leadership, gain visibility across the whole business, and own end-to-end impact from diagnosis to execution. • Game Artist: Your premiere skill will be 2D art, but at times you will have the opportunity to work with other art specialities depending on what is best for the game, ranging from UI to some level of 3D and animation. We call it T-shaped artists.

What you'll do

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• University Recruiting: Own and drive Wildlife’s Internship Program, building relationships with universities, sourcing top early-career talent, and managing the program’s full lifecycle.

The Backend Team at Wildlife is reinventing itself. It started providing services for the games' online features and has since evolved to provide a platform that leverages the best of our teams when creating, operating and distributing our games.

What you’ll do

• Set technical direction for key platform and AI-powered domains, designing architectures that serve multiple games and teams, defining how traditional services and AI/LLM-based capabilities work together, and making pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, cost, and model usage.
• Lead cross-team initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and technical design to rollout, monitoring, and iteration, unblocking dependencies and ensuring projects deliver real business and player impact.
• Raise the bar on operational excellence by defining and improving SLIs/SLOs, evolving our observability, reducing incident frequency and mTTR, and driving cost and performance improvements across shared infrastructure (databases, caches, queues, etc.). 
• Simplify the life of every developer using our platform: reduce complexity, improve APIs and developer experience, shorten cycle times, and champion solutions that scale across teams – not just for a single project.
• Mentor and multiply other engineers (mid, senior, and staff-in-progress): coach on design and decision-making, review high-impact RFCs and architecture docs, give clear feedback, and help create the next generation of technical leaders at Wildlife. 
• Be a visible technical voice in the org for platform and AI topics, leading design/postmortem/ops reviews, contributing to RFCs, influencing our AI strategy from an engineering perspective, and representing your team in planning and engineering-wide discussions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent tech areas and/or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects that span multiple teams or systems, including scoping, milestones, risk management, and cross-team communication.
• Solid understanding of computer concepts (data structures, networking, concurrency, memory management, and algorithm analysis).
• Excellent knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, escape rate, regression, unit, integration, soak, stress, test automation).
• Experience owning projects end-to-end: from scoping and milestones to rollout, monitoring, and post-release improvements.
• Excellent communication skills: you can go deep with engineers and speak business impact with PMs and leaders, adapting message and level of detail to the audience.

Our 3D Game Artists are adaptable creators who contribute across multiple areas of art to bring 3D games to life. You’ll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences, from early prototypes to polished production assets. 

Who you are:

• Game Developer: You're passionate about making games. You understand how visuals influence gameplay, UX, and player engagement. You enjoy working collaboratively to solve problems and deliver high-quality results.
• Versatile Artist: You’re comfortable moving between 2D and 3D disciplines (concepting, modelling, texturing, lighting, or animating as needed). You have a solid understanding of creating game-ready assets efficiently without sacrificing visual appeal.
• AI-Native Explorer: You are not just a user of AI tools—you push them. You understand how to control model consistency, build custom prompts, use inpainting workflows, and combine Gen-AI results with traditional techniques (paintover, photobash, etc.).
• Team Player: You are a self-motivated team player who proactively seeks feedback and shares knowledge. You are good interacting with a wide range of people, from very distinct backgrounds and specialities.
• Engine Expertise: You have experience working with Unity and or other game engines, as well as Git, knowing your way from the folder structures to implementing a fully playable game.

What you'll do:

• Collaboration: You will be part of multiple teams, with distinct members, objectives and problems to solve in each of them. You'll also be communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, from junior game developers and game designers all the way to senior leadership.
• Problem Solving: You will help transform GDDs into playable mobile games, as well, as help define the pipelines for the next phases of development. That means that you will encounter all sorts of problems and obstacles along the way, working your way around them as efficiently as possible.
• Iteration: You will iterate in multiple ways to find the best solution for gameplay and the overall player experience. That means working fast, failing fast and making corrections also fast.
• Build and evolve workflows: You'll help define how and when we use Gen-AI, which tools we adopt, and how we ensure output quality and consistency.

What you'll need:

• Experience making multiple games, as an indie and/or inside a game studio.
• Experience working with Unity engine.
• Experience with a 3D software package.
• Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English.
• A portfolio showcasing your work.
