WEKA is hiring its first Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise and Service Providers in India (Mumbai or New Delhi based).

This is a quota-carrying, hunter sales role focused on building and expanding WEKA’s presence across Enterprise and Service Provider accounts, with a focus on Energy, Telecommunications, Smart Cities and Manufacturing. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers

Desired Qualifications

• 10+ years of Enterprise IT Sales experience with preference for infrastructure and storage sales
• 8+ years of experience selling into large enterprise and/or Service Provider accounts in India, with a focus on net new business
• Own and execute the regional sales strategy across Enterprise and Service Provider accounts, particularly within Energy, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing sectors
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers, executives,  influencers, and stakeholders across assigned territories
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota consistently in the India Enterprise market

Requirements 

• 7+ years of combined experience in a product management role managing Systems Software or Hardware Products.
• Ability to write detailed MRD, PRDs and technical use case specifications
• Experience with system bus (PCIe), networking and storage concepts and technologies
• Deep, technical understanding of enterprise storage environments, deployments and use cases
• Thorough understanding CPU and memory subsystem architectures is expected
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze choices from economic and technical merits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking ability + inquisitiveness and curiosity to challenge the status quo

• Define and manage Manageability and Serviceability subsystem roadmap for WEKAPod appliances, powered by Neuralmesh.

Desired Qualifications 

• Deep industry expertise: At least 10 years of experience in technology vendor sales, with a proven track record in channel and OEM business development. Prior experience in storage, AI infrastructure, or HPC is a significant advantage. 
• NVIDIA and Dell acumen: Hands-on experience working with NVIDIA's partner ecosystem — including DGX, HGX, or AI Enterprise programs — and Dell's enterprise sales and alliance ecosystem. A strong understanding of how these two partners intersect in AI infrastructure deployments is highly desirable. 
• Supermicro proficiency: Familiarity with Supermicro's GPU server and AI infrastructure portfolio and an ability to build and scale an alliance motion with a fast-moving, engineering-led OEM. 
• Broader OEM fluency: Familiarity with HPE's partner and alliance programs, Hitachi's enterprise solutions business, and Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) channel motion in EMEA.

About The Role

WEKA is seeking a high-caliber, mission-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion within the DACH territory. Specifically targeting the DACH region based in Germany this role will be cross vertical focused on acquiring net new logos that require High-Performance Computing (HPC) or Generative AI for critical workloads, you will position WEKA as the bedrock of the modern intelligence data stack.
