About the Team 

Our teams own and develop core gameplay systems that define the player’s experience in battle, including hero abilities, agent creation, combat mechanics, and game modes. We build the systems that make moment-to-moment gameplay engaging, responsive, and strategically deep. From designing unique hero kits to implementing new gameplay loops and modes, we shape how players interact with the game at its core. 

A team consists of game mode and hero designers, UX designers, C++ and UI developers, and QAs, working together to deliver cohesive gameplay experiences. We collaborate closely with art teams — including VFX, SFX, 2D Art and 3D modeling — to bring mechanics and abilities to life with strong visual and audio feedback. We hold ourselves to a high technical bar and care deeply about both craft and delivery. 

As we grow, we need more support on the managerial side. You'll join an existing Delivery Manager who will support your onboarding and partner with you as we scale.

What will you do?

• Helping deliver important analytical insights to managers and other product teams necessary for decision making

The World of Warships team is looking for a talented 2D Artist to join our Belgrade office. 

In this role, you will be equally involved in creating new features and supporting existing ones. Your responsibilities will include developing art concepts for features and content, creating illustrations (digital graphics and painting), working with vector graphics, producing digital miniatures (both skeuomorphic and flat styles), and designing UI elements and navigation.

Wargaming is looking for а QA Engineer (Core Gameplay Team) to work on World of Warships in our Belgrade office. 

World of Warships is the best naval game around, letting you take command of legendary warships from the period of the 20th century as you battle your way across the open sea with other players.

What will you do?

• Testing game mechanics and content 

• Design test plans to ensure the quality of the company's product 

• Create test cases and rewrite old ones 

• Support feature development from design documentation till release and after 

• Collaborate with Game Designers, Developers and UI Designers on feature development 

What are we looking for?

• Commercial experience in software testing 

• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) 

• Experience with bug tracker (Jira) 

• Experience writing and maintaining test documentation 

• Test environment preparation skills 

• Gaming experience and interest in games 

• Pre-intermediate English level or higher

What will you do?

• Analyze the state of balance in the game and its adjustment.

• Support all features that influence the effectiveness of ships and the battle in general.

• Create ship gameplay concepts, set and release after testing.

• Create analytical reports and analyze key indexes.

• Work with the documentation.

• Interaction and collaboration with other departments.

• Initial setup of game entities (ships, armaments, buildings, etc.).

• Creating technical documentation and keeping it up to date.

• Reading drawings, drafting technical specifications, and entering information.

What are we looking for?

• English – B2 or higher.

• Excellent knowledge of WoWS mechanics and how they work.

• Understanding of statistics and statistical calculations.

• Experience working with Excel (Google sheets) and creating different calculators.

• Good knowledge of mathematics and a basic understanding of probability theory.

• Good communicational skills, ability to clearly and positively express thoughts, and attention to detail.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• 1+ year experience in a similar role

• Experienced WoWS player with a high win rate: 55%+ and 1.5k PVP battles on X+ tiers ships or 3k PVP battles.

• Interest in 20th century naval history\ship design

• Basic understanding of programming and database operations.

• Knowledge and ability to read Python or C++ code will be an advantage.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical disciplines, with experience in software development

• Ability to read and understand drawings.

• Advanced Russian
