About the role: Vivvi is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Financial Planning &Analysis to lead our financial planning and analysis function and play a critical role in driving financial clarity and operational excellence across the organization. This full-time position will work closely with the CEO and collaborate deeply with our Controller (contractor), Campus Operations, B2B Services, and senior leadership. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting decision making across the company and will be interfacing with investors, as well as the Board of Directors.
The Director of FP&A will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management; own monthly and quarterly reporting cycles; and build scalable financial processes that support Vivvi’s continued growth. This role will manage two direct reports: our in-house Billing & AP Manager and a contractor Accounting Manager.

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you’ll guide a dynamic 3-year-old classroom, fostering curiosity, independence, and confidence through engaging learning experiences and strong family partnerships.
Lead your 3K / UPK preschool classroom with creativity, warmth, and purpose.
Lead a 3-year-old preschool classroom in a licensed New York City early learning center.
Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum using play-based learning, emergent curriculum, and creative curriculum approaches.
Support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development through Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and inquiry-based instruction.
Assess and track developmental progress using Teaching Strategies GOLD and other observation-based tools.
Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about milestones and progress.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and well-organized early childhood classroom environment.
Collaborate with teaching teams and school leadership to implement curriculum aligned with NYS early learning standards and UPK / 3K program expectations.
3–5 years of preschool teaching experience, ideally in a 3K, UPK, or preschool classroom.
New York State Early Childhood Certification (B-2 or N-6) required.
Experience working in a licensed childcare center, private preschool, or early learning center.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
Familiarity with play-based learning, emergent curriculum, creative curriculum approaches, Teaching Strategies GOLD, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL).
Passion for working with young children and seeing every child as capable and curious.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
