The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven Junior Account Executive to own new business development at VerSprite. You will manage the full sales cycle — from cold prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close — while maintaining strong relationships with your growing book of clients. Senior leadership is available to support on high-value deals, but this role is built for someone who can operate independently and hit the ground running.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of new business through cold prospecting, outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
• Run discovery calls independently to uncover prospect pain points, qualify opportunities, and position VerSprite's services
• Develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and service demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and close new business, with senior support available on complex or high-value deals
• Manage and grow an existing book of accounts — driving retention, upsells, and long-term client satisfaction
• Forecast accurately and maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot CRM at all times
• Meet weekly activity KPIs (outreach volume, calls booked, pipeline generated) and quarterly revenue quota
• Coordinate with VerSprite's technical delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client expectations are met post-sale
• Travel to meet clients in person and attend industry events — including conferences and networking functions that may fall outside standard business hours
• Stay current on the cybersecurity landscape, competitor offerings, and trends relevant to VerSprite's client base

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — required
• Proven track record of cold prospecting and outbound outreach — phone, email, and social
• Experience running discovery calls, building proposals, and negotiating contracts independently
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM — pipeline management, sequencing, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong ability to manage a book of accounts and maintain client relationships post-close
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and represent VerSprite at client meetings and events — including outside of standard business hours when needed

Strongly Preferred

• Background in cybersecurity, IT services, or technical B2B sales
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as penetration testing, threat modeling, or compliance frameworks (NIST, PCI-DSS, SOC 2)
• Experience selling into regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or enterprise technology

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in working with NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with git and GitHub-based collaboration.

Sr. Offensive Security Consultant (Alpha Group)

Location: Remote (U.S.) — Georgia preferred

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. While remote, candidates located in Georgia or nearby states are strongly preferred to facilitate collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Overview

VerSprite is seeking an experienced Sr. Offensive Security Consultant to lead complex security assessments across modern enterprise environments.

This role focuses on advanced penetration testing and application security engagements while working closely with clients to identify real-world attack paths and security risks.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with consulting experience and the ability to clearly communicate security risk to both technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

· Lead penetration testing engagements across web applications, APIs, and enterprise infrastructure

· Perform advanced application security testing including business logic flaws and authentication weaknesses

· Conduct internal and external network penetration testing

· Lead Red Teaming engagements.

· Perform threat modeling exercises (e.g., PASTA methodology)

· Conduct cloud security assessments across AWS, Azure, and GCP

· Perform mobile application security testing (Android and iOS)

· Develop custom payloads and exploitation techniques

· Produce detailed technical reports including proof-of-concept exploitation scenarios

· Communicate technical findings and risk to client stakeholders

· Mentor junior consultants during engagements

· Contribute to internal research initiatives and security methodology improvements

Required Qualifications

· 7+ years of experience in offensive security or penetration testing

· Strong experience in web application, API penetration testing, external and internal network assessments. Experience testing Active Directory environments.

· Experience leading Red Teaming engagements.

· Strong experience writing penetration testing reports and technical documentation

· Ability to communicate security risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Strong communication skills both written and spoken.

· Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments

Nice to Have

· Offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, CRTO, or similar

· Experience performing hardware / product security testing.

· Public vulnerability disclosures

· Participation in bug bounty programs

· Security research publications or blog posts
