WHY VEIR?
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts, VEIR is a U.S.-based designer and manufacturer of category-defining superconducting power delivery systems built for the extreme energy demands of the AI era. By commercializing next-generation superconducting technology into deployable, real-world systems, VEIR delivers ~10× higher power density than conventional options, enabling “speed-to-power” where incremental optimization falls short. VEIR’s initial focus is AI data centers behind the meter, with solutions engineered for repeatable deployment through reference designs and integrated controls, designed to incorporate learnings as deployments scale.
VEIR is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own low voltage system-level product strategy, roadmap, and commercial product execution for VEIR's flagship low voltage superconducting power delivery system. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product and is one of the most strategically important roles on the Product team.
The Product team is responsible for overseeing the requirements, development, and lifecycle of VEIR's superconducting products. Through close collaboration with our commercial and engineering groups, the Product team ensures that the products developed meet customers' needs and align with VEIR's business goals. The Principal PM is the primary product authority for VEIR’s low voltage system platform — translating data center customer requirements into precise product direction, orchestrating subsystem product managers to ensure cohesive system-level execution, and serving as the product team's primary interface for commercial engagements.
The defining characteristic of this role is a combination of deep data center electrical infrastructure expertise and the product management experience to translate that expertise into actionable product strategy and requirements. This is not a generalist product role. We are looking for someone who has designed or operated large-scale data center power delivery systems and can engage with hyperscale and colocation customers as a credible technical peer.

As Senior Technical Product Manager – Cable Systems at VEIR, you will serve as the single-threaded owner for VEIR's cable systems product area, with full accountability for product strategy, technical requirements, NPI execution, and commercial readiness across VEIR's low-voltage and medium-voltage cable assemblies. This role is deeply technical and hardware-focused, sitting at the intersection of electrical engineering, systems architecture, customer requirements, and commercial deployment.
You will translate data center power delivery requirements, including fault current ratings, voltage drop budgets, voltage ripple specifications, and AC/DC architecture needs into precise, testable product specifications. You will negotiate those requirements with engineering, drive them through NPI stage gates, and ensure VEIR's cable systems achieve certification, reliability, and manufacturability targets on the path to commercial deployment.
This is the right role for a technically rigorous product manager who has deep experience with low-voltage power distribution hardware, understands the data center power electronics ecosystem, and is energized by the challenge of bringing first-of-kind power delivery products to market.
