US Conec is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting operations, workforce planning initiatives, process improvement efforts, and proactive talent strategies across the organization. This role is ideal for a recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth technical and manufacturing environment and enjoys building scalable processes, developing recruiting teams, partnering with leadership, and driving operational excellence.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and recruiting staff to support current and future hiring needs while enhancing the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. This role will also support select global recruiting initiatives and play a key role in strengthening US Conec’s employer brand and talent infrastructure.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth and evolving business needs
Lead, mentor, and support recruiting team members while driving accountability and operational consistency
Partner with leadership teams to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive staffing and pipelining strategies
Design and improve recruiting processes, workflows, and operational procedures to support scalability and efficiency
Utilize hiring trends, labor market insights, and recruiting metrics to drive strategic decision-making
Develop talent mapping strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions
Optimize utilization of Greenhouse ATS and recruiting technologies to improve reporting, workflow management, compliance, and recruiting effectiveness
Lead interview training initiatives and partner with hiring teams to develop structured interview processes, scorecards, interview guides, and consistent evaluation methodologies
Support recruiting initiatives across multiple business functions and select global locations
Oversee recruiting operations across manufacturing, technical, professional, and leadership positions
Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to establish recruiting priorities, timelines, and hiring strategies
Support offer strategy and hiring recommendations in partnership with HR and business leaders
Track and report recruiting metrics including pipeline health, source effectiveness, hiring trends, and operational efficiencies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting operations, candidate experience, and onboarding
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and recruiting partners as needed
Partner with Marketing to strengthen US Conec’s employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives, social media, networking events, career fairs, and community partnerships
Represent US Conec at recruitment events, university recruiting activities, and industry functions
Ensure company culture, values, and career opportunities are effectively communicated throughout the hiring process
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting operations
Experience supporting recruiting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth technical and/or manufacturing environment required
Experience leading recruiting teams and driving operational excellence across multiple business functions preferred
Experience supporting recruiting initiatives across multiple sites and/or global locations preferred
Strong knowledge of workforce planning, recruiting operations, talent mapping, pipelining strategies, and process improvement methodologies
Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies required; Greenhouse ATS experience highly preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience developing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support strategic decision-making

Overview
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst plays a critical role in supporting US Conec’s financial planning cycles, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role partners closely with Finance leadership, Product Management, Operations, and HR to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to analyze consolidated and product-line financial performance against budget and prior periods
• Analyze trends and variances, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for improved business results
• Build and manage short-term forecasts for P&L, cash flow, inventory, and capital expenditures
• Lead and coordinate the annual budget and five-year planning process, including timelines, inputs, and assumptions
• Design and deploy planning tools for variable costs, plant fixed costs, and corporate expense cost centers
• Partner with G&A leaders to develop, review, and consolidate expense proposals
• Collaborate with Human Resources on headcount, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and relocation cost planning
• Work with Product Management to model sales, revenue, and margin plans by product line
• Consolidate, analyze, and report budget, forecast, and long-range plan data for leadership, shareholders, and the Board of Directors
• Prepare high-quality financial presentations for leadership reviews, board meetings, QBRs, and ad hoc analyses
• Load and validate annual budgets within the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Fulfill periodic shareholder and regulatory financial reporting requirements
• Maintain strong working knowledge of ERP and financial systems, leveraging automation to improve FP&A efficiency
• Evaluate and recommend FP&A tools and process improvements that enhance planning and reporting effectiveness
• Support Finance leadership with KPIs, long-term trend analysis, and special projects as needed
Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel and PC-based financial tools
• Experience working with automated accounting or ERP systems
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English, written and verbal

Overview
The 3D Printing Technician supports the daily operations of US Conec’s 3D printing and prototyping lab, ensuring high-quality, accurate parts are delivered on time to internal customers. This role works closely with engineering, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to support rapid prototyping, product development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end 3D printing workflows, including intake of print requests, build preparation in slicing software, printer setup, and post-processing of finished parts
• Produce high-quality printed components that meet defined accuracy, quality, and documentation standards
• Track and update print job status to support schedule visibility and on-time delivery
• Partner with internal customers to clarify requirements, confirm timelines, and provide status updates
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic calibration of 3D printing and prototyping equipment
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues and escalate complex problems as appropriate
• Support software, firmware, and equipment updates to maintain reliable lab operations
• Monitor and document equipment uptime and downtime metrics
• Assist with inventory tracking for printing materials, consumables, and lab supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lab environment in alignment with safety procedures
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper material handling and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Must Haves
• Associate degree in technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 1–2 years of experience working with 3D printing technologies or prototyping equipment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify dimensional accuracy and quality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer-based workflow tools
• Working knowledge of hand tools and measurement instruments
• Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational abilities

Overview
This role supports US Conec’s quality and operational excellence by ensuring incoming materials, documentation, and measurement systems meet defined requirements. Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Shipping teams, the position helps maintain compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support customer satisfaction across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Inspect and verify incoming externally supplied products against engineering requirements and quality standards
• Perform dimensional inspections using appropriate measurement equipment and provide technical support as needed
• Assist Quality Engineering and Quality Management with quality investigations, root cause activities, and containment actions
• Support First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) by interpreting engineering drawings and completing inspection documentation
• Provide technical documentation support for customer Certificates of Conformance and other compliance requests
• Assist Shipping and Logistics teams with receiving, inventory put-away, picking, and order fulfillment during peak demand
• Coordinate and administer the calibration program, including scheduling external services, performing internal calibrations, and maintaining traceable calibration records
• Evaluate and escalate out-of-calibration conditions to determine potential product impact
• Facilitate document control activities, including document updates, approvals, revision control, and maintenance of controlled document libraries
• Support Quality Management in planning, leading, and participating in internal quality audits
Must Haves
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience inspecting manufactured components and verifying conformance to engineering drawings
• Proficiency with common measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and documentation control
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment

The Facility Coordinator supports the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of US Conec’s manufacturing facility by coordinating maintenance activities, vendor services, and facility improvements. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, EHS, Engineering, and external contractors to ensure the plant environment aligns with production needs and long-term growth.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and compressed air

The Staff Accountant ensures general ledger accuracy, supports the monthly financial close process, and coordinates financial transactions and tax compliance. This role partners with the Corporate Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial results in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), regulatory requirements, and internal control policies.
Assist with monthly financial close by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations and analyzing budget vs. actual variances
Support monthly internal financial reporting, including balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow, and other management reports for month-end and year-end cycles
Prepare external financial reports as required by shareholders and regulatory agencies
Coordinate bank transactions, including execution of the weekly accounts payable cycle
Manage foreign currency transactions and maintain foreign currency planning models
Coordinate compliance and filings for state sales & use tax, property tax, and franchise tax
Maintain accurate records of the company’s cash position and reconcile account balances
Support annual audit processes, including planning, schedule preparation, and documentation for external auditors to ensure timely issuance of audited financial statements
Assist with the annual budget process, including preparing worksheets, collecting and analyzing inputs, and uploading data into the ERP system
Maintain documentation and key controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other financial regulations
Develop strong working knowledge of the ERP financial system and monitor data integrity across systems
Support the Accounting team with additional tasks and projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of accounting or finance experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas; pivot tables preferred)

The Metrology Engineer plays a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing metrology tools and programs that support the design, manufacturing, and enhancement of our fiber optic connectivity solutions. • Develop, maintain, and optimize metrology programs, software tools, fixtures, accessories, and equipment
• Support equipment calibration, verification, maintenance, and procurement activities
• Characterize existing metrology systems and assist with evaluating and integrating new technologies
• Create fixtures and software tools that enhance equipment efficiency and testing accuracy
• Develop ferrule and mold metrology methods, programs, and training materials
• Maintain detailed metrology documentation and ensure program control and traceability

Overview
The Research & Development Engineer drives the discovery, evaluation, and implementation of advanced technologies that strengthen US Conec’s core capabilities and support future product innovation. This role collaborates closely with manufacturing, metrology, and cross-functional engineering teams to assess new equipment, processes, and technical solutions that enhance operational excellence and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, equipment, and processes to support future product and manufacturing advancements
• Review technical publications, attend industry seminars and tradeshows, and engage with suppliers to identify innovative solutions
• Plan and coordinate equipment demonstrations and sample evaluations in collaboration with metrology and manufacturing teams
• Develop and execute structured test plans to assess feasibility, performance, and integration potential
• Perform hands-on machining and metrology activities to support development of new in-house capabilities
• Analyze experimental data using statistical tools and software; generate charts, graphs, and technical reports for internal stakeholders
• Document findings, prepare technical presentations, and provide data-driven recommendations for implementation
• Support the integration of validated technologies into production and engineering workflows
Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Optics, or related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, precision machining, and metrology principles
• Experience planning experiments, executing tests, and analyzing results using statistical methods
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Minitab for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with technical documentation and presentation development in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Programming experience in MATLAB, Python, or Visual Basic
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project planning skills
Nice to Haves
• Hands-on experience with multi-sensor CMM systems and metrology software
• Experience with confocal microscopy, CT scanning, SEM, or AFM equipment
• Familiarity with high-precision machining equipment and sub-micron measurement techniques
• Experience evaluating and implementing new manufacturing technologies

Overview
The Warehouse Clerk supports daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory, efficient material flow, and a safe, organized facility. This role works closely with Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving, and Operations to maintain reliability and support on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
• Receive, unpack, and accurately bin incoming materials according to established warehouse locations
• Move, stock, and organize inventory to maintain efficient storage and material flow
• Apply custom product labels and ensure proper identification and traceability
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Pick, pack, label, and stage materials for outbound shipments
• Verify and document inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts safely and efficiently
• Break down and dispose of packing materials to maintain clean work areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
• Update inventory systems and records with accurate transaction data
• Support general warehouse and operational tasks as business needs require
Must Haves
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills
• Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory systems
• Ability to use barcode scanners, labels, scales, and handheld tools
• Effective time management and reliability in meeting daily priorities
• Ability to distinguish colors for inventory identification and labeling

The Automation Engineer plays a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing automated manufacturing systems that improve efficiency and reduce production costs across multiple business units. This role supports both new and existing products while providing hands-on engineering guidance to technicians and cross-functional teams. The position is highly collaborative, working closely with operations, manufacturing, and product engineering groups.
• Design, specify, and implement automated manufacturing systems to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for new and existing products, including automation and process optimization
• Develop and maintain clear documentation such as work instructions, data sheets, and process standards for manual and automated operations
• Inspect products and processes to verify dimensional accuracy and performance following automation steps
• Troubleshoot, repair, or coordinate repairs for automation and production equipment
• Support cross-functional automation efforts across multiple business units
• Provide daily and long-term engineering support to manufacturing teams
• Stay current with emerging automation technologies and incorporate new capabilities where beneficial
• Train technicians and hourly associates on processes, equipment operation, and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in a medium-volume manufacturing environment (e.g., injection molding, die casting, machining, assembly)
• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting sophisticated automated equipment
• Working knowledge of machining, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and assembly methods
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD for design and documentation
• Experience with industrial programming platforms (PLCs, HMIs, IoT controllers)
• Experience with data acquisition and statistical analysis tools
• Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience in injection molding automation environments
• Familiarity with high-precision plastics manufacturing
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing initiatives
• Knowledge of advanced inspection or metrology systems
• Previous experience leading cross-functional automation projects
