About the Role:
We're seeking a hands-on Senior Director, Card Pricing to lead pricing strategy on our Card business team. In this role, you'll drive our thinking across lifecycle pricing for our card products, develop and implement consistent pricing frameworks, and manage strong controls and documentation. You will use in-market results and business judgement to identify enhancements and optimizations, partner cross-functionally to advocate for changes, and communicate results to a broad set of stakeholders. Your work will develop our approach to pricing in Card, advance our ability to competitively serve customers, and ensure predictable and strong returns from our Card product.
This role will be based in our Wilmington,Delaware or San Francisco, CA office in a hybrid capacity.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Director of Financial Institution Sales. The Director will be responsible for building the banking and credit union funding channel in their territory / selling Upgrade’s credit products including personal unsecured loans, card receivables, indirect auto, home improvement and potentially other consumer credit products to CLO/CFO/CEOs at depositories. This position reports to the EVP, Head of Investor Group.
The role can be remote or hybrid with our San Francisco HQ.

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $170,000-$250,000 plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

About the Role:
Upgrade is seeking a Director or VP of Investor Credit to serve as a senior credit authority and strategic partner to our Investor Relations and Capital Markets teams. In this role, you will own the credit narrative across Upgrade's consumer lending platform translating complex credit dynamics into clear, credible, and compelling communications for investors, rating agencies, and senior leadership. You will function as an independent voice on credit policy, evaluating policy changes, performance trends, and their implications for loan-level economics including credit losses, prepayments, and IRR.
This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of credit risk, structured finance, and investor engagement. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in consumer credit analysis and a track record of influencing credit strategy and investor confidence at a fintech originator, specialty finance company, or ABS-focused investment firm.
This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office (3 days/week on-site).
