This is not a traditional Developer Relations job. We're looking for a builder with a voice, a camera, and strong opinions about voice AI, who wants to be the developer-facing face of Rime.
You'll own how developers discover, evaluate, and fall in love with Rime. That means making things developers want to watch, read, share, and try, then showing up where developers are (online and in person) to actually have the conversations.
You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and partner closely with our CEO, product, and engineering teams. You'll have unusual creative latitude. If developers and product owners in our ICP can evaluate TTS without running into your work, we have not won.

This is a role for a rare kind of leader—someone who has done this before. Not just managed a team, but built them. Designed the process from scratch, hired the early reps, written the playbook, and driven revenue through sheer force of will and operational discipline. You know what great looks like because you’ve created it. Now you want to do it again, in a category that’s being invented in real time.
Reporting directly to the CRO co-founder, you’ll be a true partner in shaping our next wave of go-to-market strategy, sales process, and team architecture. You’ll spend roughly 60% of your time carrying and closing your own book of business—leading from the front—and 40% building the team and systems underneath you. When your reps get stuck, you get on the call. When a deal needs architecture, you draw the map. When the process breaks, you fix it.
This is not a role for someone who is ready to step back from work. If your best days selling are behind you, this isn’t the right seat. Our revenue team has a unique mission to help customers understand the deep impact that highly capable AI voice models can bring to their business and users. This Founding Account Executive role is a mixture of technical understanding, vision, partnership, and value-driven strategy.
You’ll be a key driver of opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and deal execution to long-term account growth. You’ll work with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers evolve their industry with AI.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, loves building from zero, and is excited to help define how Rime’s voice AI technology is deployed across industries.
