The opportunity
As a Sales Onboarding Executive based in Hanoi, you will be working with the Sales team which works with clients spread across Vietnam. You along with the team will be working hand in hand with app developers in the region to execute their User Acquisition and Monetisation strategy across Unity platforms. As a part of the sales team you will be working to support all operational tasks of the BD team

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with the BD team and support them to ensure an efficient on-boarding process for new clients.
• Support BD team with the responses and outreach as and when assigned by the team.
• Help identify and plug gaps in operational processes for the team.
• Help team with reporting/creation of campaigns and tickets as and when required.
• Help team to communicate with developers who are not comfortable with English as a language.

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Collaborative outlook at work.
• Ability to multitask.
• Based in Hanoi

You might also have

• Exposure / previous internships which incorporated BD and operations would be good to have.
• A flair for gaming is always welcome.

Join Unity as a Senior Field Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts in the vibrant Vietnamese gaming market.

You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and user acquisition by integrating Engine and Ads marketing strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while having a significant impact on the local developer community and Unity’s regional growth.

Success in this role means building a sustainable marketing engine that aligns global vision with local market nuances.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for Vietnam, balancing physical events with digital engagement.
• Lead the planning and execution of diverse events, including large-scale industry conferences, technical workshops, and developer meetups.
• Manage localized digital marketing campaigns and content creation to maintain a strong brand presence across local social and community channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Vietnam to provide actionable insights and localized marketing assets.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in field marketing or event management within the gaming or technology industry in Vietnam.
• Native-level fluency in Vietnamese and professional business proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese gaming ecosystem and developer community.
• Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and physical touchpoints.
