What we're looking for

• Strong understanding of the evolving media, influencer, and digital landscape
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, able to craft engaging and on-brand content for different formats and audiences
• Strategic thinker with experience leading integrated campaigns where social, influencer, and PR work together to consistently maximize message amplification.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Lead to design, implement, and oversee privacy-centric governance for AI development and deployment. The opportunity
In this high-impact role, you will be a Product Manager in our Platforms organization, shaping the future of how developers build and ship content to a global audience. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for one of our top strategic partnerships, collaborating closely with external partners and an internal cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and program managers. The opportunity
The Senior Compensation Program Manager is a lead-level strategist responsible for the integrity, evolution, and application of Unity’s global market positioning. This role is a dual-focus position: acting as an Internal Insights Expert to synthesize global compensation trends into actionable strategy, and serving as the Technical Architect driving the execution phase of our global Job Architecture redesign.

We are looking for a robust compensation expert who can navigate a fast-paced environment, provide hands-on leadership on new and midstream projects, and build AI-leveraged tools necessary to scale our infrastructure. What you'll be doing

• Trend Synthesis & Strategic Benchmarking: Lead global compensation research and benchmarking strategies, translating market shifts into actionable insights and proactive recommendations that maintain Unity’s competitive edge.
• Global Salary Infrastructure: Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and audit of global salary structures, utilizing sophisticated modeling to ensure ranges are fiscally sustainable and aligned with our philosophy.
• Job Architecture Execution: Drive the global launch of the Job Architecture redesign, managing the high-velocity mapping and calibration of roles while partnering with People Tech for seamless system integration.
• Process Innovation & AI Leverage: Build scalable compensation toolkits and automated models, actively integrating AI tools to increase team velocity and enhance the accuracy of complex analytics.
• Strategic Advisory & Recruiting Partnership: Serve as a key consultant to Recruiting and Leadership, providing expert guidance and structural guardrails to resolve ambiguous pay situations and facilitate complex offers.

What we're looking for

• A proven track record of leading compensation infrastructure, salary structures, and market strategy at scale within the technology sector.
• Ability to drop into fast-moving, new-and-mid-stream projects and deliver immediate value with minimal ramp-up time.
• Proficiency in building complex, automated models from scratch in Google Sheets or similar apps.
• Previous experience or a robust interest in integrating AI tools into the compensation workflow to drive efficiency.
• Experience acting as the escalation point for complex cases where data is thin; providing "right for the right reasons" guidance.

The opportunity
The Unity Editor Platform Team is looking for an experienced software engineer with an excellent working knowledge of modern C++ and desktop platform APIs to join our team of seasoned developers.

Our team focus is to provide the native foundation of the Unity Editor application across Windows, macOS and Linux. A successful developer in this role will have proven modern C++ development experience, as well as experience in at least one native platform API from Win32, Cocoa or GTK. The team’s goal is to provide abstractions to C# features that behave consistently across platforms while making use of the strengths of the editor user’s chosen platform.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating daily with a team of senior engineers with extensive platform development experience
• From design to delivery, develop cross-platform API abstractions on Windows, macOS and Linux with a focus on native code
• Keep the Unity Editor up to date on target operating systems by implementing support for new OS features and adapting to current OS design guidelines
• Support our existing users and partners by maintaining and improving our existing codebase
• Contribute to our team roadmap by working with Product Managers and partner teams worldwide to plan and deliver new authoring experiences for the Unity Editor

What we're looking for

• Proven modern C++ development skills
• Experience with Win32, Cocoa (Objective-C) or GTK
• The proven ability to foster and maintain cross-team partnerships with worldwide teams
