What you'll be doing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates
- Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
- Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates
What we're looking for
- Experienced in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations
- Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels
- Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
- Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
- Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions
You might also have
- Recognized as a subject matter expert across sourcing, engagement, and inclusive hiring.
- Experience with Workday ATS, GEM, and LinkedIn

This role goes far beyond running market data. We are looking for a strategic leader who can navigate complex equity designs, proxy disclosures, and Compensation Committee governance. You will partner directly with our C-Suite, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure our executive pay programs are competitive, defensible, and aligned with our shareholders.

What you'll be doing
- Board & Committee Governance: Lead the preparation of materials and strategic narratives for the Human Capital and Compensation Committee (HCCC). Partner directly with the VP of Total Rewards, CEO, CFO, and CLO on executive pay strategy and approvals.
- Proxy & Disclosures: Own the drafting of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) for the annual proxy statement. Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, manage Say-on-Pay readiness, and stay ahead of external governance trends.
- Executive Plan Design: Design and govern executive short-term and long-term incentive plans (including our PSU and RSU programs). You will balance the need to attract and retain top-tier executive talent with strict fiscal discipline around Stock-Based Compensation (SBC) expense and burn rate.
- Benchmarking & Consultant Management: Manage the relationship with our external compensation consultant. Lead executive benchmarking, peer group selection, and competitive pay analysis for the C-Suite and senior leadership.
- Executive Offers & Transitions: Partner with Executive Recruiting to build competitive, compelling offer packages for VP+ external hires. Manage the compensation mechanics for executive promotions, transitions, and separations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop other members of the team, elevating their technical expertise and business partnership skills.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in compensation management, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Total Rewards Partner

The opportunity
The Total Rewards Partner serves as an advisor to senior leaders within one of Unity’s five business functions (Grow & AI, Engineering/Product, COO, G&A, or Sales & Marketing) and is a core member of the People “Trio” alongside Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will partner closely with senior functional leaders to design, implement, and deliver Unity’s compensation and headcount planning programs. You will be trusted to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, leveraging centralized rewards expertise as needed, while applying your knowledge of advanced compensation, market insights, and business acumen to ensure Unity’s programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with functional priorities.
What you'll be doing
- As part of the “Trio,” partner closely to ensure seamless communication and alignment while serving as the primary advisor to functional leaders on compensation and headcount planning, including guidance on pay programs and workforce investments.
- Participate in functional leadership meetings (staff, offsites, QBRs) as an embedded member of the Talent Leadership Trio
- Advise on compensation matters for hires, promotions, retention, reorganizations, and business transformations up to and including SVP, ensuring alignment to Unity’s philosophy and governance
- Interpret and apply job architecture, salary ranges, equity refresh frameworks, and recognition programs in a business-relevant way, leveraging centralized Compensation and Equity teams where deeper expertise is required
- Monitor market trends, pay practices, promotion velocity, and recognition patterns; surface risks and recommend course corrections to function and Total Rewards leadership
- Facilitate and administer compensation cycles and off-cycle programs, bringing business context to investment decisions and calibration discussions
- Provide structured feedback to centralized Compensation and Benefits teams on program effectiveness, edge cases, and evolving business needs
- Utilize the Compensation Analyst – Programs & Total Rewards Enablement for complex, project-based analyses and ensure efficient use of support resources
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unity’s Total Rewards programs and relevant market developments through ongoing partnership with centralized teams
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience in compensation, rewards, or total rewards consulting, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and market trends
- Familiarity with market pricing, incentive/bonus plan administration, or equity programs; ability to learn and scale quickly into advanced areas as needed
- Strong analytical, spreadsheets, and communication skills; experience with Workday, Pave, or similar systems preferred

The Senior Compensation Program Manager is a lead-level strategist responsible for the integrity, evolution, and application of Unity’s global market positioning. This role is a dual-focus position: acting as an Internal Insights Expert to synthesize global compensation trends into actionable strategy, and serving as the Technical Architect driving the execution phase of our global Job Architecture redesign.
We are looking for a robust compensation expert who can navigate a fast-paced environment, provide hands-on leadership on new and midstream projects, and build AI-leveraged tools necessary to scale our infrastructure. You will be a key partner to Recruiting and a trusted advisor to Compensation leadership, ensuring Unity’s pay structures are data-driven, competitive, and built to scale.
What you'll be doing
- Trend Synthesis & Strategic Benchmarking: Lead global compensation research and benchmarking strategies, translating market shifts into actionable insights and proactive recommendations that maintain Unity’s competitive edge.
- Global Salary Infrastructure: Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and audit of global salary structures, utilizing sophisticated modeling to ensure ranges are fiscally sustainable and aligned with our philosophy.
- Job Architecture Execution: Drive the global launch of the Job Architecture redesign, managing the high-velocity mapping and calibration of roles while partnering with People Tech for seamless system integration.

What we're looking for
- A proven track record of leading compensation infrastructure, salary structures, and market strategy at scale within the technology sector.

- Proficiency in building complex, automated models from scratch in Google Sheets or similar apps.
- Previous experience or a robust interest in integrating AI tools into the compensation workflow to drive efficiency.

The opportunity
The Total Rewards Partner serves as an advisor to senior leaders within one of Unity’s five business functions (Grow & AI, Engineering/Product, COO, G&A, or Sales & Marketing) and is a core member of the People “Trio” alongside Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will partner closely with senior functional leaders to design, implement, and deliver Unity’s compensation and headcount planning programs. You will be trusted to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, leveraging centralized rewards expertise as needed, while applying your knowledge of advanced compensation, market insights, and business acumen to ensure Unity’s programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with functional priorities.
What you'll be doing
- As part of the “Trio,” partner closely to ensure seamless communication and alignment while serving as the primary advisor to functional leaders on compensation and headcount planning, including guidance on pay programs and workforce investments.
- Participate in functional leadership meetings (staff, offsites, QBRs) as an embedded member of the Talent Leadership Trio
- Advise on compensation matters for hires, promotions, retention, reorganizations, and business transformations up to and including SVP, ensuring alignment to Unity’s philosophy and governance
- Interpret and apply job architecture, salary ranges, equity refresh frameworks, and recognition programs in a business-relevant way, leveraging centralized Compensation and Equity teams where deeper expertise is required
- Monitor market trends, pay practices, promotion velocity, and recognition patterns; surface risks and recommend course corrections to function and Total Rewards leadership
- Facilitate and administer compensation cycles and off-cycle programs, bringing business context to investment decisions and calibration discussions

What you'll be doing

- Partner with the relevant teams to support the preparation and submission of statutory reports and government surveys as required.
- Stay current with and keep our teams informed of changes in employment laws and regulations.

- Act as a point of escalation for Talent Strategy Partners and HR COEs when it comes to HR Compliance queries.
- Participate in solution development and rollout for compliance-related issues.

The Total Rewards Partner serves as an advisor to senior leaders within one of Unity’s five business functions (Grow & AI, Engineering/Product, COO, G&A, or Sales & Marketing) and is a core member of the People “Trio” alongside Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will partner closely with senior functional leaders to design, implement, and deliver Unity’s compensation and headcount planning programs. You will be trusted to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, leveraging centralized rewards expertise as needed, while applying your knowledge of advanced compensation, market insights, and business acumen to ensure Unity’s programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with functional priorities.
What you'll be doing
- As part of the “Trio,” partner closely to ensure seamless communication and alignment while serving as the primary advisor to functional leaders on compensation and headcount planning, including guidance on pay programs and workforce investments.
- Participate in functional leadership meetings (staff, offsites, QBRs) as an embedded member of the Talent Leadership Trio
- Advise on compensation matters for hires, promotions, retention, reorganizations, and business transformations up to and including SVP, ensuring alignment to Unity’s philosophy and governance
- Interpret and apply job architecture, salary ranges, equity refresh frameworks, and recognition programs in a business-relevant way, leveraging centralized Compensation and Equity teams where deeper expertise is required
- Monitor market trends, pay practices, promotion velocity, and recognition patterns; surface risks and recommend course corrections to function and Total Rewards leadership
- Facilitate and administer compensation cycles and off-cycle programs, bringing business context to investment decisions and calibration discussions
- Provide structured feedback to centralized Compensation and Benefits teams on program effectiveness, edge cases, and evolving business needs
- Utilize the Compensation Analyst – Programs & Total Rewards Enablement for complex, project-based analyses and ensure efficient use of support resources

What you'll be doing

- You will support the design and build out of Unity’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP), including creating and updating our content catalogue.
- You will lead engaging, interactive workshops and learning sessions (both in-person and virtual) for diverse audiences across multiple locations, from first-time managers to senior executives.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in L&D, with deep expertise in instructional design or organizational development.
- Highly proficient in design tools and learning platforms (video creation [e.g., Synthesia], Rise, Canva, Sana) and a deep understanding of adult learning theories.
- Proven experience building end-to-end learning programs in a corporate setting.
- A strong eye for aesthetics and content design; they should be able to create clean, modern learning and digital assets that look professional.
- Proven experience leading and facilitating workshops for mid-to-senior level management. They should be comfortable managing diverse audiences, including first-time managers, "skeptical", high-conflict teams, or cross-functional stakeholders.
