We're looking for a data-driven Partnerships Manager to identify, build, and scale high-impact relationships across creators, influencers, B2B partners, and affiliates. This role spans the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing creative opportunities to developing engagement strategies that maximize reach and business impact. The ideal candidate brings both a strategic eye and analytical rigor, with a proven track record in affiliate or partner performance marketing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to implement best practices while cultivating lasting relationships.
About the role:
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new partnership opportunities across creators/influencers, B2B brands, and affiliate networks. Bringing creative, non-obvious deals to the table
- Develop and execute engagement strategies for each partnership channel, ensuring alignment with brand goals and measurable business impact
- Own performance reporting for the partners under your umbrella. Tracking key metrics, analyzing ROI, and using data to inform optimization and prioritization decisions

Treasury Analyst, Regulatory Operations (FCM)

This role sits at the intersection of a high-growth sports company and regulated financial markets, giving you direct ownership over treasury operations within a registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM). You’ll manage real capital movement, liquidity, and regulatory safeguards in a fast-moving environment where accuracy, judgment, and urgency matter every day. Your work will directly support product growth while protecting the financial foundation of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and monitor daily customer fund segregation and secured amount calculations in compliance with CFTC regulations
- Manage daily cash positioning to meet customer withdrawal requests, exchange margin requirements, and regulatory minimums
- Initiate, review, and release wire transfers with strict adherence to internal controls and approval workflows
- Support exchange and clearinghouse margin funding, including variation and initial margin movements
- Monitor liquidity and identify potential shortfalls or excesses, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of cash movements, collateral, and bank balances across multiple accounts
- Support regulatory reporting, audits, and examinations related to treasury and cash management activities

Who you are
- You have 2–4+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, regulatory operations, or financial operations within a regulated financial institution (FCM, broker-dealer, clearing firm, bank, etc.)
- You are familiar with customer protection or reserve-style calculations (CFTC segregation or SEC Rule 15c3-3 experience highly transferable)
- You have a strong understanding of cash management processes, wire controls, and bank reconciliation
- You possess an exceptional attention to detail; you understand that an error in a calculation or a wire transfer has significant financial and regulatory consequences
- You are comfortable in a high-pressure, daily-deadline-driven environment
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- You are independent and understand the importance of segregation of duties, reporting directly into the finance vertical and remaining separate from the trading desk

Accounting Manager, Regulatory Reporting (FCM)

This role sits at the intersection of accounting, treasury, and regulatory financial operations, supporting the build-out of a newly licensed Futures Commission Merchant (FCM). You will help design and scale financial infrastructure in a federally regulated environment, working closely with finance leadership, compliance, and operations.
We are seeking a strong regulatory accounting professional — ideally with experience in a CFTC-regulated FCM, SEC-registered broker-dealer, or similar regulated financial institution — who understands capital rules, customer protection frameworks, and financial regulatory reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Lead FCM accounting operations, owning day-to-day execution while helping design and scale compliant financial processes as the business grows
- Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparation and review of Form 1-FR-FCM filings and supporting schedules
- Prepare and review daily Adjusted Net Capital calculations and customer fund segregation calculations in accordance with CFTC requirements
- Manage Segregated Investment Detail Report (SIDR) preparation and support monitoring of the firm’s residual interest in customer accounts
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s general ledger, sub-ledgers, and recordkeeping practices to meet regulatory record retention and audit standards
- Support annual PCAOB-registered audits and participate in NFA audits and DSRO examinations, including coordinating audit requests and documentation
- Oversee daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of breaks
- Partner with Finance leadership to document, implement, and continuously improve core accounting policies and procedures, including Capital and Segregation
- Help design and maintain processes to support required tax reporting, including IRS Form 1099-MISC
Who you are
- 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience within a regulated financial institution (FCM, broker-dealer, clearing firm, bank, or similar
- You have an active CPA license (required)
- Strong understanding of regulatory capital frameworks (CFTC Net Capital or SEC Rule 15c3-1)
- Familiarity with customer protection regimes (CFTC segregation or SEC Rule 15c3-3 reserve requirements)
- Experience preparing or supporting regulatory financial filings (Form 1-FR-FCM, FOCUS reports, capital computations, reserve/seg calculations, etc.)
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
- Experience operating within a strong internal control environment subject to regulatory oversight
- You bring strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, spot issues, and communicate insights clearly
- You are detail-oriented, highly accurate in your work, and comfortable operating in a control-heavy environment
- You are an effective communicator who can work cross-functionally and explain financial concepts to non-finance partners

As the IT Support Engineer, You aren’t just keeping the lights on; you are a core player that powers our internal growth. In this role, you will move beyond standard ticket closing to being the technology advocate for our identity solutions and SaaS integrations that support our scaling workforce. You’ll be the face for the entire IT organization, turning manual tasks into streamlined, secured, and automated workflows that allow us to scale securely.
About the role
- Serve as the initial point of contact for hardware, software, and access requests across our fully distributed team, triaging and resolving issues efficiently with a high standard for response time and quality.
- Build and maintain automations and AI workflows using tools like Okta Workflows, n8n, OpenAI, Claude and similar platforms to streamline provisioning, requests, and routine operational work.
- Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows in partnership with our People team, including account provisioning/deprovisioning, Google Workspace account management, SaaS access grants and revocations, and enterprise fleet management.

Who you are

- Working experience administering macOS and Windows devices at scale using an MDM platform (Kandji and Jumpcloud strongly preferred).

This is more than a Project Manager — you'll be the operational backbone of a fast-moving creative team, owning everything from complex, multi-channel campaign productions and video shoots to quick-turn one-off assets. Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $190,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
