Lead UJET’s Core Infrastructure team and shape the backbone of our cloud-native CCaaS platform. You’ll drive the strategy and execution for GCP orgs, networking, compute, base images, Terraform frameworks, and upgrades.  Building scalable, reliable infrastructure that empowers all engineering teams and impacts millions of users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Core Infrastructure team, setting vision, priorities, and execution for foundational cloud services.
• Own the design, deployment, and operation of shared cloud primitives: GCP orgs & folders, networking, load balancers, compute, base images, Terraform frameworks, and upgrades.
• Define and enforce best practices for scalability, security, observability, and maintainability across the cloud platform.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to enable fast, safe, and reliable development and deployment workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, automation, and infrastructure reliability.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong expertise in GCP, including organization/folder structure, networking, compute, load balancing, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform).
• Proven track record of designing and operating scalable, reliable cloud systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical understanding.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience base image management, and automated upgrades.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-moving technology companies, preferably in SaaS or CCaaS.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams.

Opportunity 

This is an opportunity to be part of the growing Channel Sales Organization at UJET. We are looking for an exceptional person to help support the achievement of the team and wider strategic business goals.

The role reports to the VP of Channel with a focus on managing our Partnerships with Strategic Technology Services Distributors (TSD’s) and their Technology Advisors & Partners. The Channel Sales Organization works directly with partners and the UJET sales team to generate revenue by executing channel programs to drive net new Customer opportunity and pipeline growth.  This quota-carrying role is responsible for Partner engagement strategy, acquisition of new partners, pipeline growth and forecasting within the accounts.  This is a field based role that will be located remotely in the US. UJET is looking for a self-motivated high performer who is a team player, partner centric, accountable and seeks to consistently over achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

As a UJET National Channel Director you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with an assigned Technology Services Distributor to identify the in-market CX/AI-focused partners to drive mindshare, pipeline growth & UJET Sales.
• Develop and build fiscal quarter and annual strategy. Report on, manage and execute on mutually agreed upon KPIs.
• Initiate quarterly QBRs to measure success and trends within assigned TSD / Strategic partnerships.
• Develop relationships internally and externally. Build and strengthen relationships with partner leadership and stakeholder business units throughout TSD or Partner organization
• Aligning the regional sales organizations with relevant partners through targeted demand generation and alignment activities
• Driving internal resources to provide partner enablement activities such as co-marketing, events, trainings, networking, etc.
• Aligning yourself internally with  the UJET sales executives and sales leadership to drive toward a common strategy and achievement of sales goals
• Recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring Channel Sales Managers within Region as UJET grows
• Provide TSD and Partners with support. Manage and serve as the escalation path to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Drive mindshare through regular communications and collaboration. Provide accurate and detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirements
• Tracking forecasting and sales process alignment to ensure progression of opportunities to closure
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including SE organization, product marketing, sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver a world class experience for partners
• Tracking and holding the partners and the stakeholders accountable to agreed upon goals
• Develop and implement strategies to align field and sales human resources for higher close rates. Create plans in conjunction with Marketing and Sales to increase deal registrations and pipeline
• Travel is required for coverage of partner meetings, events, networking, etc.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

• 7-10+ years of technology sales and channel sales experience. With Experience selling Contact Center as a Service & related Artificial Intelligence capabilities preferred
• Experience building and managing multiple partner relationships. Experience within the Technology Services Distributor community required.
• A balanced blend of strategic thinking to set the direction of our cloud business with the execution skills to make it happen
• Understanding of opportunity qualification, running a deal cycle and forecasting.  Previous experience with strategizing & implementing a pipeline growth plan is preferred.
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape
• Ability to recruit, develop and build Go to Market plans with TSD’s & top partners.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous management experience preferred
• Interface at all organizational levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Annual US Hiring Range: $220,000 – $300,000 OTE (OTE is inclusive of base salary + variable incentive)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help build and scale a high-impact SRE function. You’ll be a technical leader on a team responsible for improving system reliability, reducing operational toil, and establishing best practices across engineering.bIn this position, you’ll design how reliability works in UJET, influence engineering decisions, and build the tooling and processes that make production safer and more predictable. 

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance across critical services
• Define and implement SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, and use them to guide engineering priorities
• Design and develop observability systems (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting) that produce actionable alerts and data with minimal noise
• Lead complex incident response, acting as incident commander when needed
• Conduct postmortems focused on systemic causes rather than individual fault, and ensure corrective actions from those reviews are completed.
• Identify and eliminate toil through automation, tooling, and improved workflows
• Partner with product and platform teams on architecture decisions, production readiness, and designing systems that recover from failure
• Build reusable systems and “paved roads” that make it easier for teams to operate their services reliably
• Mentor other engineers and raise the overall operational maturity of the organization

Qualifications

• 6 - 10+ years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, or backend systems engineering
• Demonstrated experience of owning reliability outcomes for complex, distributed systems
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and production-scale systems
• Deep understanding of observability, incident management, and system performance
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Java) with a focus on automation and tooling
• Able to change how other teams work without having managerial authority over them
• Strong competency in making clear decisions during incidents by following a defined process without reacting emotionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling SRE practices (SLOs, incident frameworks, on-call models)
• Kubernetes/container orchestration experience
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.)
• Experience with high-growth or scaling systems
• Background in performance engineering or capacity planning

Success Criteria

• Critical services have clear, meaningful SLOs that drive engineering decisions
• Alerts are actionable; irrelevant alerts are reduced; on-call workload is manageable.
• Incidents are handled efficiently, and repeat issues decline over time
• Engineering teams adopt reliability best practices with minimal friction
• Toil is actively reduced through automation and better system design

Position Context

This is an early position in the company's SRE function. You will have direct input into how reliability standards and practices are established, which forms the foundation on which product engineering builds. UJET is changing how companies deliver customer experience, and product engineering is building the platform that makes that possible. The reliability of that infrastructure is what allows it to operate at the scale and consistency that transformation requires.

Annual US Hiring Range: $100,000 - $120,000
