What skills do I need?

• 2-5+ years in Channel Sales, Partnerships/Alliances, or Business Development in manufacturing domain
• Proven track record of quota attainment (100%+) in a channel or alliances sales capacity
• Experience in SaaS and/or digital transformation is strongly preferred
• Experience with MES, ERP, or IIoT ecosystems in industrial environments is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Bachelor degree in a related field strongly preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire indirect sales process through Tulip's ecosystem partners, including channel partners and strategic alliances
• Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market plans with key partners, including defining target verticals and joint value propositions
• Support account executives and partners during co-selling from prospecting to close, including accurate pipeline forecasting
• Enable partners to independently represent Tulip across the commercial cycle (pipeline generation, discovery, pre-sales, delivery, customer success, expansion, and renewals)
• Identify and recruit new partners to fill geographic or technical gaps in the ecosystem
• Leverage and collaborate with internal resources including Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer teams

You can present to C-suite executives at major defense contractors as effectively as you can collaborate with solutions architects on technical integrations.

What skills do I need?

• 5-8+ years in Channel Sales, Partnerships/Alliances, or Business Development with a strong focus on Aerospace & Defense customers and partners
• Proven track record of quota attainment (100%+) in a channel or alliances sales capacity
• Deep understanding of A&D industry dynamics, including defense primes, Tier 1/2 suppliers, commercial aerospace OEMs, and MRO operations
• Familiarity with A&D compliance frameworks such as ITAR, DFARS, CMMC, AS9100, and NADCAP; understanding of FedRAMP and government cloud requirements preferred
• Experience with MES, ERP, PLM, or IIoT ecosystems in aerospace and defense manufacturing environments
• Experience in SaaS and/or digital transformation initiatives within regulated industries
• Existing relationships with A&D-focused system integrators, consultancies, and technology partners strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex organizational structures
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• U.S. Citizenship required due to nature of work with defense customers; ability to obtain security clearance a plus

• Support account executives and partners during co-selling motions with defense primes, commercial aerospace OEMs, and their supply chains—from prospecting to close, including accurate pipeline forecasting
• Enable partners to independently represent Tulip across the commercial cycle, ensuring they understand A&D-specific requirements (compliance, security, data sovereignty)

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing Customer Success team at Tulip Interfaces. As a TAM, you'll bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer success, partnering closely with our customers and the Tulip account team to provide strategic and tactical guidance on technical matters that drive customer value and adoption.

You'll serve as the technical advisor for customers, helping them maximize their investment in Tulip's no-code platform while ensuring they achieve their operational excellence goals.

• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and database concepts
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms preferred
• Ability to travel (estimated 20%)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Technical Advisory

• Partner with customers and the Tulip account team to develop and execute technical success plans for assigned accounts
• Provide expert guidance on Tulip platform architecture, integrations, and advanced use cases
• Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders, from app builders to IT and Operations leaders
• Identify opportunities for deeper platform adoption and technical optimization

Customer Enablement & Growth

• Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and platform deep-dives
• Help customers design scalable solutions using Tulip's no-code platform
• Guide customers through complex technical implementations and integrations
• Collaborate with customers to establish technical best practices and governance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• As a member of the account team, you will work closely with Account Executive and Customer Success Manager to ensure seamless customer experience and account growth
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer technical requirements
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering during expansion opportunities
• Support renewal processes with technical value demonstrations
