🚨Studio Coordinator WANTED
💰Compensation: $25–28/hr
📍Location: Los Angeles, California, United States (Onsite)
✨ The Role
The Studio Coordinator sits within a central team that services every production under the TubeScience Studios roof. You’ll rotate between hands-on set support, equipment preparation and fulfilment, and client product provisioning and shipping depending on what the studio needs most on any given day.
This is a role for someone who's operationally sharp, physically comfortable on a production floor, and energized by the variety of keeping multiple productions running smoothly at once.
If you've worked as a production assistant and are looking for broader operational scope — building expertise across gear, product logistics, and set operations while supporting a full portfolio of productions rather than a single crew — then this is for you.
💼 What You'll Do
🎬 Provide on-set operational and logistical support to production teams, including setup, breakdown, talent coordination, and general production assistance
📽️ Execute direction from production team leads during active shoots while upholding the professional and safety standards of the Studio Coordinators team
🚚 Coordinate equipment logistics for shoots — including collection, transport, and return of rented gear, in partnership with the broader Studio Coordinators team
🛠️ Collaborate on the end-to-end gear fulfilment workflow: receive reservation requests, prepare orders, and ensure gear is staged and ready for studio and location productions
🔍 Maintain gear inventory accuracy through daily condition checks and monthly audits
🧰 Track and manage production consumables and tools, ensuring stock levels are maintained and distribution is documented
📋 Maintain accurate product inventory records across all check-out, check-in, shipping, and restocking activity
🤝 Serve as the point of contact for product returns, including condition assessment and documentation
🧹 Maintain the general tidiness of the studio and production workspaces and ensure sets are prepared and reset between bookings
📈 Identify challenges within studio operations workflows and bring proactive solutions to the team
🔑 Who You Are
🙋 1–2 years of experience in production operations, studio coordination, or a comparable hands-on production environment
🧠 Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks across multiple productions and teams
💬 Excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to different working styles
⚡ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-team environment where priorities shift quickly and the balance of responsibilities changes day to day
💻 Working familiarity with inventory, reservation, or project management platforms (e.g., Cheqroom, Monday.com, or similar)
💪 Comfortable with physical production tasks: gear handling, set setup and breakdown, product staging, and shipping logistics
🧑🤝🧑 Team-first mentality with the maturity to operate under a central operations team rather than aligning to a single production crew
⛑️ Familiarity with relevant industry standards and on-set safety regulations
📍 Based in Los Angeles — this role requires full-time onsite presence at TS Studios and on locations in the LA metro area
✨ Nice to Have
• Working familiarity with industry-standard grip and electric equipment
• Experience supporting multi-team or multi-set production environments
⭐ Why TubeScience
TubeScience produces content at a pace and scale that most studios don't — and the Studio Operations team is what makes that possible. You'll be at the centre of a high-output production environment, building real operational expertise across equipment, product, and set logistics while working alongside teams that move fast and ship constantly.
If you like staying busy, solving problems on your feet, and knowing that the work you did today directly kept productions moving — this is the place!

🎯 Production Coordinator WANTED**
💰Compensation: $28-30/hr
📍Los Angeles, California, United States
⭐ The Role
We're looking for a Production Coordinator to keep TubeScience's physical production pipeline moving — from pre-production logistics through wrap. This is a hands-on, operationally driven role for someone who thrives on making sure crew, equipment, product, and information are in the right place at the right time.
You'll work across multiple concurrent productions, each with its own mix of studio shoots, location days, and remote talent workflows. Some stretches will lean heavily into talent communications and product shipping; others will demand on-the-ground logistics with equipment, sets, and on-site coordination. The throughline is operational ownership of the details that keep every production on track, on budget, and running at the speed our content teams need.
This role is ideal for someone who's energized by variety, stays calm when priorities shift, and genuinely enjoys being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
🗒️ What You'll Do
🗒️ Create and distribute call sheets — contacts, arrival times, parking, safety notes, shot order, image-capture specs — and manage logistical communications between Production Managers and freelance crew
📦 Coordinate stocking, ordering, and shipping of client products for productions; ship product to talent from in-studio inventory and ensure availability for studio shoots
📼 Distribute talent packets (creative brief, wardrobe, location, logistics) to confirmed talent; confirm receipt and track outstanding items
🗓️ Help facilitate equipment reservations in Cheqroom and studio/stage reservations in Skedda — whether submitting requests directly or making sure the right team members get their orders in on time
🛒 Source and purchase props, wardrobe, and supplies as specified by Production Managers; log SKUs, costs, and return policies before purchase
🤝 Manage booking inquiries and ongoing communication with freelance crew; assist with booking paperwork and timecards
🎥 Provide physical presence on set as a point of contact for freelance crew and talent when needed — handling studio access, day-of logistics, and crew meal orders
💳 Maintain WrapBook projects for accurate, timely crew payment; reconcile receipts and expenses in Ramp; flag potential overages promptly
🧹 Maintain studio and production workspace tidiness; assist the Studio Operations Team in keeping sets and spaces booking-ready
📪 For remote productions: track talent receipt of product and confirm clarity on deliverable deadlines
🔄 Participate in post-wrap retrospectives and help document lessons learned
🔑 Who You Are
🎞️ Experience in production coordination — preferably in film, digital media, or advertising
🧩 Strong organizational and time-management skills; you can prioritize competing tasks across multiple productions without dropping balls
💬 Excellent communicator who adapts easily to different working styles and team dynamics
⚡️ Comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy, and evolving environment where priorities shift quickly
🔎 Enthusiastic about engaging with workflows and teams to find the best fit for each production portfolio
🛡️ Familiar with on-set safety regulations and industry standards
📍 Based in Los Angeles — this role requires full-time onsite presence at TS Studios and on locations across the LA metro area
✨ Nice to Have
⭐ Why TubeScience
You'll be embedded in the engine room of a high-output content operation — keeping productions moving, solving problems in real time, and building the operational muscle that lets creative teams do their best work. No two days look the same, and the people who love this role love that about it.
If you're the kind of person who notices what needs to happen next before anyone asks, and you get real satisfaction from a production day that runs like clockwork, this role is for you.

🎬 DIGITAL CONTENT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE WANTED
🗂 Role: Sr Coord | Brand & Creator Partnerships
📍 Location: remote
💰 Salary: $50–70K/year + comprehensive benefits
⚙️ The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Content Operations Associate to be the operational backbone of TubeScience’s digital content initiatives. This is an operations and systems role for someone who excels at building workflows, managing tooling across teams, and turning coordination chaos into repeatable process. You’ll be the connective tissue between Brand Management, Creator Partnerships, Strategy, Production and Growth — building and maintaining the project infrastructure that ensures the right people are working on the right things at the right time. You’ll own the tooling layer: standing up systems, designing workflows, maintaining project boards, and making sure every team touching digital content is operating from the same source of truth.
This role is ideal for someone who gets excited about building the machine, not just running it — someone who sees a gap in how teams hand off work and immediately starts thinking about what tool, what automation, what process fills it.
📋 What You’ll Do
🗂️ Build and maintain operational workflows and project management systems across casting, digital brands, and creator initiatives
🔧 Own the tooling stack for digital content operations — evaluating, configuring, and optimizing platforms like Monday, Airtable, or similar to fit evolving team needs
🔗 Design cross-functional handoff processes between Creative, Growth, Brand Management, and Creator Partnerships to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce miscommunication
📊 Create and maintain dashboards and trackers that give leadership and stakeholders real-time visibility into project status, team capacity, and pipeline health
📝 Document processes, SOPs, and playbooks so that institutional knowledge lives in systems, not in people’s heads
🛠️ Identify process inefficiencies and work with leadership to implement improvements
🔑 Who You Are
📊 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or production coordination in creative, media, or marketing environments
🧩 Systems thinker — you see the whole picture and know how to organize complexity into clarity
📈 Data-fluent — comfortable building dashboards, running reports, and translating numbers into recommendations
🗓️ Master coordinator — you’ve successfully managed multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight timelines
🔮 Proactive problem-solver — you anticipate issues before they escalate and always have a plan B
💬 Clear communicator — you can translate operational realities into language that makes sense for creative and strategic teams
🛠️ Tool-savvy — experience with project management platforms, analytics tools, and building workflows in systems like Monday, Asana, Airtable, or similar
🌀Comfortable with ambiguity — this is a new function at TubeScience. You’ll be building the plane while flying it
📍 Remote-friendly — strong async communication, self-directed, and disciplined about documentation

📇 Role: Creative strategy
📍 Location: remote
💲 Salary: $50–70K/year + comprehensive benefits

TubeScience is the fastest-growing maker of performance-driven video content. We partner with some of the world’s most innovative brands to create, test, and scale video that drives measurable growth. Our casting team finds the talent that makes creative perform.
🏗 The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Brand Manager to build and scale TubeScience’s owned brand portfolio. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who has created compelling digital properties from scratch and knows how to turn content into commerce.
You’ll own the full lifecycle of our digital brands — from concept and positioning to page creation, content strategy, and performance optimization. These aren’t vanity projects; they’re revenue-generating properties that serve as the foundation for our performance-based ad platform.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling and direct response marketing, understands how to build trust at scale, and is energized by the challenge of managing multiple properties simultaneously.

🎯 Build and launch digital brand properties from the ground up — websites, social handles, and content ecosystems that feel authentic and perform
📝 Define brand voice, positioning, and content strategy for each property to ensure consistency and audience resonance
⚙️ Manage 10–20+ brands simultaneously with the support of modern tools and automation
🤝 Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Growth teams to align brand properties with client campaigns and performance goals

🚀 Scale brand operations as we grow the platform, identifying opportunities for new properties in high-performing verticals
🔑 Who You Are
📊 5–7 years of experience in digital brand management, content marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital publishing
🏆 Proven track record of building or managing digital properties that drive measurable engagement and revenue
✍️ Strong editorial judgment and content instincts — you know what resonates with audiences and how to maintain brand integrity at scale
🛠 Technical fluency with website builders, CMS platforms, and digital tools (comfort learning new systems quickly)
📈 Data-informed mindset — you use performance metrics to guide decisions and optimize brand strategy
🎨 Creative and strategic — you can brainstorm brand concepts in the morning and execute page builds in the afternoon
⚡ Self-directed and organized — comfortable managing multiple projects independently in a fast-moving environment
📍 Remote or based in LA — open to candidates with strong direct-response or affiliate marketing backgrounds
✨ Nice to Have
• Experience in the affiliate, publisher, or influencer marketing space
• Familiarity with ad tech, attribution, or performance marketing
• Background in DTC e-commerce or digital media brands
• Understanding of compliance and FTC guidelines for branded content
⭐ Why TubeScience
You’ll be a founding member of a new initiative within TubeScience — helping to build the owned brand infrastructure that powers our next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact role with significant creative freedom and the opportunity to shape how we scale digital properties in a rapidly evolving industry.
If you’re someone who loves building brands, moves fast, and wants to be part of a team transforming how performance marketing works, we’d love to hear from you
