Founded in 2017, Trust & Will is the leading digital estate planning platform, trusted by over one million users. We provide modern, accessible solutions to help families protect their legacies with attorney-approved, legally valid documents tailored to individual state requirements. Our seamless online platform simplifies the estate planning and settlement process, empowering individuals to create wills and trusts while also partnering with financial advisors, attorneys, and institutions to make legacy planning more inclusive and affordable.
If you are passionate about contributing to a high-impact mission and want to work in a collaborative environment where your skills and expertise will be valued, we would love to hear from you!
We're looking for a Senior Product & Growth Analyst to own the analytical engine behind Trust & Will's growth. This is a high-ownership role: you'll work across product, marketing, and revenue to understand what's driving conversion, retention, and lifetime value and you'll translate those findings into decisions that move the business.
This is not a reporting role. You will define the questions worth asking, build the models that answer them, run experiments to test the hypotheses, and guide the roadmap based on what the data shows. You'll partner closely with the Director of Data Engineering, product managers, and growth leadership and you'll have direct access to senior stakeholders.
The core challenge is analytically interesting: estate planning is a low-frequency, high-intent product with a B2C direct channel and a growing B2B2C advisor network. Understanding how different user segments activate, convert, and retain and which levers compound requires real analytical depth.
You'll have the data, the infrastructure, and the mandate to figure it out.

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated IT professional who’s comfortable working hands-on while thinking strategically about how to scale support through smart tooling and automation.
As a key member of our remote IT team, you’ll play an essential role in shaping a modern, efficient IT environment at a fast-growing startup. This role combines hands-on support with opportunities to drive strategic initiatives — whether that’s optimizing our endpoint management, tightening security posture, or finding the right places to apply AI and automation. We’ve already invested in tools like Risotto (our AI-powered ITSM platform) and automated many workflows, so you’ll be building on a strong foundation rather than starting from scratch.
This is a part-time, hourly position averaging 25 hours per week, with occasional flexibility in hours based on business needs (e.g., covering during team absences). Core availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours (M-F, 1–6 PM PT) is expected.

Trust & Will is seeking a Senior Account Executive II, Advisors to own and scale our enterprise revenue motion within the advisor channel. This is a senior individual‑contributor role designed for a proven enterprise seller with deep experience in the advisor ecosystem. You will be responsible for selling into mid‑to‑large RIAs and key Broker‑Dealers, managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, and closing high‑value strategic partnerships that materially impact company growth.
Reporting to executive leadership, this role will play a critical role in shaping enterprise sales strategy, refining our go‑to‑market motion, and serving as a senior voice of the customer across the organization. While this role does not initially carry direct people management responsibilities, it is expected to operate with executive presence, leadership influence, and ownership typical of a Head‑of‑function level seller.
About You:
You are a seasoned enterprise sales professional with 7–10+ years of experience, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions into RIAs, broker‑dealers, wealth management firms, or adjacent regulated financial services organizations. You have a strong track record of closing large, consultative deals, navigating long sales cycles, and building trusted relationships with executive‑level decision makers.
You are comfortable operating autonomously, building enterprise pipeline from both outbound and strategic relationships, and partnering cross‑functionally to ensure successful launches and long‑term account expansion. You think strategically about territory, accounts, and partnerships, while still executing with urgency and precision.
