Truehold is seeking a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to establish and lead the infrastructure that drives sales effectiveness and consistency across both entities.
This is a foundational role, not one embedded within an established GTM organization. Reporting to the VP of Sales Strategy & Operations, you will partner closely with sales leadership to design and execute the core programs, tools, and content that enable rep performance - including onboarding, CRM administration, playbooks, training, and reporting.
The role offers high visibility, meaningful ownership, and individual contributor scope. Candidates who have built or transformed sales enablement functions and are comfortable operating without a predefined roadmap will thrive.
