In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for commission based on meeting monthly targets. The On Target Earnings for this position is $ if all commission is earned.
Position Summary:
The Associate Account Executive SMB will promote and sell Truckstop.com products and services to prospective customers or current clients within the SMB Broker segment.
This role is an inside sales position responsible for owning a Quota and contributing to team goals by building and managing a pipeline of business opportunities through an outbound outreach approach.
The ideal candidate will use a consultative approach to understand customer needs, support the sales process, and grow into a high-performing sales professional. The Associate Account Executive will focus on understanding the Small Broker audience owning the sales cycle from prospecting to virtual product demonstrations to closing. This role may support existing customer accounts or new logo opportunities based on team needs.
Essential Job Functions:
Prospecting and Lead Engagement:
- Conduct outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email to identify decision-makers and understand business challenges.
- Evaluate opportunities, including budget, size, and purchase timeframes, and provide initial product recommendations.
- Quickly follow up on Leads, focusing on speed to lead and conversion metrics (New Logo).
Pipeline Support:
- Build and manage a sales pipeline in alignment with individual sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com and Salesloft.
Customer Needs Analysis:
- Understand customer needs and learn how Truckstop.com products and services provide solutions.
- Lead virtual product demonstrations using Value Based methodology to provide tailored product recommendations for SMB Brokers.
Market Insights:
- Stay informed about the freight and logistics industry to effectively support customer conversations and position solutions.
- Develop knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with leaders and team members to support sales initiatives and contribute to revenue growth.
- Partner with product development and customer support teams to learn how client feedback shapes product enhancements.
Performance Goals:
- Regularly meet and exceed sales Quota.
- Consistently meet input KPIs, including calls, connections, and shadowed demonstrations.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 0-2 years of sales experience; previous experience in customer-facing required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to develop sales skills and achieve goals.
- Knowledge of the freight and logistics industry or SaaS sales is beneficial but not required.

Job Title: Portfolio Risk Manager I
Position Summary:
The Portfolio Risk Manager makes data driven decisions to monitor the overall health of the factoring portfolio, approve credit and ensures smooth and transparent onboarding, safeguarding risk while supporting sustainable growth.
Essential Job Functions:
- Reviews credit request following existing frameworks through standardized process
- Applies existing scoring models when approving new debtors
- Reviews and monitors portfolio risk dashboards and flags issues.
- Underwrites new deals using existing underwriting frameworks.
- Learns from senior team members how to anticipate macroeconomic and industry trends.
- Adopts tools/systems and follows automation workflows in place.
- Learns Denim’s credit risk process using structured, scalable frameworks that support long-term growth.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline risk management processes, reducing manual work and accelerating decision timelines without compromising quality.
- Improve the speed and clarity of debtor evaluations to ensure new client onboarding is smooth, transparent, and driven by objective, data-backed insights.
- Reviewing credit requests through standardized processes that analyze financial data, debt-to-equity ratios, cash flow, and historical payment behavior.
- Managing credit exceptions using data-driven matrices to assess trends and guide strategic decisions aligned with Denim’s risk tolerance.
- Overseeing outgoing and incoming buyouts to ensure smooth transitions and protect Denim’s reputation for reliability and professionalism.
- Developing yield optimization strategies by analyzing historical yield data, market trends, and portfolio performance to identify high-yield opportunities and reduce underperformance.
- Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring UCC liens and managing contract exceptions, safeguarding operational integrity.
Position Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of factoring, B2B lending or credit risk management experience
- Preferred: 1 - 3 years of factoring experience with direct responsibility for credit decision-making and portfolio risk monitoring.
- 1+ years of underwriting experience, preferably at another factoring company
- Knowledge of logistics or freight brokering
- Familiarity with portfolio management.
Capabilities:
- Ability to become familiar with company products and navigate systems in a reasonable amount of time.
- Effective and strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to understand, solve problems and respond to customers’ needs in a timely manner

Position Summary:
The Sr Account Executive is responsible for achieving expectations in monthly sales targets, job functions, and responsibilities. This position will be responsible for working specifically with our Carrier audience and understanding this persona with expertise. This is an inside sales role; all customer interactions are performed via the phone and email.

- Meet monthly booking quotas through a full-cycle sales approach.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into closed-won deals.
- Prioritize speed-to-lead and conversion metrics by quickly following up on new leads and opportunities.
