About the role
We are looking for a driven, high-agency Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to Thesis’s CEO and leadership team. This is a broad-scope role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You’ll serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team as we scale and drive critical cross-functional initiatives spanning go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy. This role is designed for someone with a rigorous analytical foundation from top-tier consulting, venture / PE investing, or a high-growth startup who is ready to go deep on the operating side and own outcomes.

About the role
We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Deployment Strategist / Sr. Deployment Strategist to own the deployment of Thesis’s AI Coordinator across our customer base. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client executive leadership — identifying pain points, advising on solution strategy, and leading end-to-end implementation from contract signature through go-live and adoption.
This role is designed for a high-agency operator who thrives at the intersection of client leadership, technical delivery, and operational problem-solving. You will help define and evolve Thesis’s deployment methodology, lead complex enterprise implementations, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurable customer value quickly and effectively.

About the role
We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Operations Lead to own the design and day-to-day management of the clinical workforce that supports Thesis’s AI care team platform. You will build the operational backbone of a complex, technology-enabled services organization, standing up scalable staffing models, onboarding and training programs, scheduling and performance management systems, quality assurance processes, and the SOPs and playbooks that ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across clients and product lines.
This role is designed for someone with a top-tier consulting foundation who has gone deep on operations and workforce management in a complex services or healthcare environment. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams and liaise directly with clients to ensure Thesis’s service delivery exceeds expectations as we scale.
