The will our first internal Human Resources hire and will have the opportunity to shape how HR works at Trivelta.  We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Head of Human Resources to lead all people-related functions across our parent company and four rapidly scaling entities. This leader will build and manage a unified HR infrastructure while also tailoring policies, compliance practices, and talent operations to the unique needs of each business unit and jurisdiction. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys building systems from scratch, and can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels.

Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and execute the multi-entity HR strategy aligned with companywide goals.
• Build scalable People Ops systems that function across U.S. and international subsidiaries.
• Advise executive leadership on org design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Serve as a trusted partner in supporting culture, employee engagement, and cross-entity alignment.

People Operations & Compliance

• Create, maintain, and enforce HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs for each entity.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions (U.S., MX, EU, etc.).
• Oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, time-off policies, and local compliance requirements for each country/entity.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, equipment provisioning, and HRIS upkeep (Gusto, Deel, etc.).
• Own immigration, contractor classification, and cross-border employment requirements.
• Develop performance management cycles (90-day, 6-month, annual reviews).
• Implement professional development programs, L&D initiatives, and internal mobility pathways.

Employee Relations & Culture

• Promote a positive, inclusive culture across all subsidiaries and remote teams.
• Lead conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employee matters.
• Build engagement programs, company-wide communication frameworks, and all-hands processes.

HR Infrastructure & Systems

• Implement and manage HRIS, payroll, MDM, and performance tools across entities.
• Own data integrity, reporting dashboards, and headcount analytics.
• Create unified documentation (Confluence Employee Hub, onboarding flows, policy libraries).

Cross-Entity Leadership

• Serve as the centralized HR lead for the parent company while supporting entity-specific needs
• Adapt HR processes to each entity’s regulatory, payroll, and staffing requirements.
• Build and manage localized HR leads or external HR partners as needed.

We’re seeking a hands-on HR Generalist who can operate both strategically and tactically someone excited about building processes from scratch, ensuring compliance, and creating a strong employee experience in a high-growth environment.

We are looking for a highly strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role is a crucial partnership to leadership, responsible not only for optimizing day-to-day operations but also driving organizational efficiency, ensuring alignment across global teams, and enabling executives to focus on high-impact priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic fast paced environment, demonstrates exceptional discretion, anticipates the executive needs with precision,and accuracy 

Responsibilities:

• Own and strategically manage complex executive calendars, ensuring alignment with company priorities. 
• Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal and external parties, maintaining clear and professional communication. 
• Draft, review, and manage executive communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel,  including itineraries, any travel related documents and all logistics.
• Track key initiatives, action items, and deadlines; proactively follow up to ensure you’re aligned with your executive and company goals. 
• Prepare executives for meeting by assembling agendas, briefing materials, and relevant context; ability to capture meeting minutes/action items and distribute follow ups as needed.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and  discretion.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across global teams, helping streamline communication and improve operational workflows.
• Maintain structured digital documentation and physical records.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance executive and organizational effectiveness. 

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced or high growth environment.  
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and operate independently.
