ABOUT THE ROLE: 

The Program Manager is responsible for driving day-to-day execution of transformation initiatives, applying front office expertise to connect strategic direction with operational delivery. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to maintain momentum, manage interdependencies, and ensure consistent use of program management tools and standards while tracking progress against milestones, KPIs, and value targets. It also serves as a central point of contact for workstream leads and supports governance routines by preparing high-quality materials for Steering Committees and leadership reviews.

A successful Program Manager will:

• Operate effectively within the VCO governance model and helps refine processes, standards, and templates
• Ensure initiative teams keep Shibumi and related artifacts accurate, timely, and complete for leadership, SteerCo, and Board use
• Maintain delivery momentum across initiatives by coordinating activity, managing interdependencies, and resolving or escalating blockers
• Produce clear, concise portfolio roll-ups of progress, risk, and value realization in line with VCO reporting standards
• Work with Finance Lead and initiative owners to keep initiative plans, progress, and value targets aligned

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Portfolio Coordination & Planning

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across a portfolio of transformation initiatives
  • Work with initiative owners and project managers to maintain charters, milestones, KPIs, and value targets using standard templates
  • Ensure initiatives are structured and categorized according to VCO standards

  Execution Routines & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support regular check-ins with initiative teams to review progress, risks, and upcoming milestones
  • Reinforce adherence to existing governance cadence and expectations
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and escalate issues through defined

  Shibumi Ownership, Data Quality & Reporting

  • Oversee Shibumi data quality for the portfolio within the VCO governance model
  • Monitor completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of updates; follow up to resolve gaps
  • Maintain portfolio reports and standard views used for leadership, SteerCo, and Board reporting
  • Provide input to refine fields, views, and usage patterns in partnership with the tools/analytics team

  Value Tracking & Insight Support

  • Partner with Finance Lead and initiative owners to keep value assumptions and tracking aligned
  • Support basic analysis of progress versus plan and value versus target
  • Prepare execution and value-tracking inputs aligned to SteerCo and Board formats

  Continuous Improvement

  • Apply program management expertise to evolve VCO standards, templates, and routines
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce administrative burden for initiative teams
  • Share portfolio and stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing enhancements to the VCO operating model

QUALIFICATIONS & INTERESTS:

• Required

  • Minimum of 7 years in program/project management, PMO, operations, or similar roles in a matrixed environment
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership level and below stakeholders
  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational change, ideally within consulting, transformation offices, PMOs, or fast-growing companies
  • Strong organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy in systems and reports
  • Solid analytical skills; comfortable with milestones, KPIs, and basic value-tracking concepts
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication; able to produce simple, actionable status updates
  • Proficiency with program/portfolio tools (e.g., Shibumi, Planview, Smartsheet or similar)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with established governance and ongoing refinement

  Preferred

  • Experience supporting transformation, value creation, or enterprise-wide change initiatives
  • Exposure to PE-backed environments or formal SteerCo/Board reporting
  • Familiarity with core financial concepts (revenue, margin, savings, payback)
  • Project or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) Prosci or comparable change management certification
  • Exposure to value creation, M&A integration, or transformation programs
  • Experience in technology, consulting, or services industries

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sr. Project Manager (SPM) will own the assigned projects in all aspects (planning, scheduling, budgets, billing, deliverables) and will lead them according to the documented Company Project Management Framework. The SPM will be responsible for a number of many projects at any given time.  In addition, the SPM will build effective relationships with a diverse group of professionals (engineers, customers, IT Directors/VP’s, C-Level Executives, Sales Account Managers, operations personnel, etc.) both internally and externally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• General:
• Create project plan/schedule per defined objectives and scope in the statement of work (SOW) – May also be tasked with assisting in developing SOW’s.
• Responsible for identifying all processes and deliverables related to the project and incorporating them into the project plan.
• Ensure client organization buy-in and approval of the project plan/schedule.
• Create and maintain project budget as defined by SOW or client.
• Ensure that all proposed options, risks (with mitigation strategies), and proposals are comprehensive and accurate prior to review with Project Owner and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for all project-related issues.
• Responsible for all Company project specific communications to stakeholders.
• Manage and track all project-related costs, facilitate development of all project related SOWs, and obtain organization funding approvals.
• Responsible for project-related vendor management.
• Responsible for creating and updating all project deliverables on all assigned projects.
• Develop solutions for project issues and effectively communicate solutions to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate ability to partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Finance teams to track and maintain the financial health of assigned projects, including billings.
• Develop relationships with project teams, customers, and assist with the identification of additional Advanced Services and other Sales opportunities within the assigned customer’s environment.
• Monitor for project scope creep and initiate an effective Project change request process as appropriate.
• Maintain finances and status updates within NetSuite (ERP) for assigned projects.
• Create a detailed project plan with the internal team members prior to the kickoff meeting with the customer in order to set the project baseline & budget.
• Proactively notify the team of any new problem, issue, concern, risk, or escalation on assigned projects.
• Responsible for learning the basic technical information for the major manufacturer technologies, in order to better understand the projects.
• May perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Weekly:
• Responsible for the daily management of project schedule and assigned project resources – Also accountable for the effectiveness of all assigned project resources.
• Responsible to ensure that all Project Management hours for assigned projects are accurately entered into NetSuite on a weekly basis.
• Responsible for reminding all engineers on assigned projects to enter their project work hours accurately into NetSuite on a timely basis for project budget tracking purposes.
• Responsible for approving engineering hours in NetSuite for assigned projects.
• Responsible for leading weekly project meetings on assigned projects and publishing the meeting minutes to the project team and stakeholders.
• Responsible for updating project budget and billing status on a frequent basis.

QUALIFICATIONS & INTERESTS:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience working within a VAR or consulting organization.
• PMP Certification, preferred.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of PPDIOO methodology.
• Must have relevant experience as a Project Manager interfacing with external clients.
• Must be an experienced and accomplished project leader with ability to manage, scope, schedule and costs on all projects

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for end-to-end management of projects in accordance with the terms of the customer agreement and the Company Project Management Framework. The PM will manage multiple projects, either for a single client or for multiple clients, and the projects may or may not be directly related. Projects may be in multiple technology areas. In addition, the PM will build meaningful relationships with internal resources (Engineers, Sales, Operations, etc.) and customers to ensure successful project delivery and build future opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans in alignment with the scope and objectives defined in the Statement of Work
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of a successful solution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client for the engagement
• Collaborate as required to address business or technical issues related to the project
• Proactively manage risk and resolve issues as they occur
• Track all project related costs, proactively manage project financial health, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability
• Facilitate development of all project related deliverables and obtain approvals as required
• Ensure that the project delivers the desired solution, remains within the budget, and is delivered on time with the appropriate level of quality
• Manage vendors or contractors if part of the project team
• Manage and maintain project information in the appropriate systems (ERP, PSA and CRM)

QUALIFICATIONS & INTERESTS: 

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management or related education; prior experience managing technology projects preferred.
• Project management related certifications preferred (e.g., CSM, PMP, etc.)
• Consulting experience or experience with contracting or another VAR preferred.
