Office & Employee Experience (Maternity Leave Cover, Starting July)

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and people-oriented individual to join us in a temporary Office & Employee Experience role covering maternity leave, starting in July 2026, based in our Tel Aviv office (4 days in-office, with flexibility for 5 when needed).

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Tel Aviv office - owning the day-to-day workplace experience while creating meaningful moments that bring people together and strengthen our culture.

What you’ll do

• Own the day-to-day office experience and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Be the go-to person for employee needs
• Plan and execute events and employee experience initiatives
• Manage vendors, logistics, and office operations
• Work with budgets, track expenses, and manage invoices
• Use modern tools (including AI) to improve workflows and experiences

What you bring

• 1–2 years of experience in office management or HR Operations (startup – a plus)
• Passion for creating experiences and producing impactful events
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
• A true people person with a positive, can-do attitude

We are looking for an AI-First Senior Product Manager to help us redefine how users interact with weather intelligence. You’ll lead the development of AI-native capabilities that drive insight, action, and scale - across some of the most complex industries in the world.

As a Senior Product Manager at Tomorrow.io, you’ll:

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for platform capabilities that embed AI deeply into product workflows, decision-making, and user value.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to design modular, intelligent systems that scale across markets and use cases.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to power the reliability, security, and efficiency of the world's most impactful weather platform. You'll build self-service platforms that give developers and weather scientists true independence, weave AI into how we operate, and work side-by-side with R&D to push performance and scale further. You'll evolve our cloud infrastructure to match the pace of the business, hold the line on cost, and stay close to production through on-call. As a DevOps Engineer at Tomorrow.io, You'll:

• Develop and adopt AI-powered tools to make Development and Operations processes more efficient
• Collaborate with developers and weather scientists to optimize service performance, reliability, scale, security, and cost
• Evolve and maintain adaptive cloud infrastructure to support our business strategy and enable smooth growth at scale
• Build self-service platforms for scientists and developers to work independently
• Introduce and integrate MLOps practices for GPU-based model deployment on Kubernetes
• Maintain Production availability by participating in DevOps on-call shifts

What you bring:

• At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer in a Linux environment, experienced with AWS, GCP, or Azure and IaC, such as Terraform or Crossplane
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment methodologies in Kubernetes
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for service reliability
• Comfort with AI-powered development tools and willingness to experiment with new technologies and methods
• Experience implementing and customizing monitoring systems (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK Stack)
• Experience working in an agile environment with high-velocity teams
• Proficiency with scripting languages like Python, Node.js, and Go
• Adaptable problem-solving mindset - thriving in changing environments and requirements

We're seeking a Staff engineer - AI Builder to lead the design and implementation of AI-native technical frameworks that redefine how large-scale systems are built, extended, and evolved.

This role is deeply technical and architecture-driven, focused on designing modular, extensible, and AI-first system foundations that enable scalable development with AI as a core engineering collaborator.

You will work across the full stack, building infrastructure where AI actively generates, extends, and maintains software components as part of the native development flow.

This is not about incremental AI integration — this is about architecting the frameworks that let AI scale software engineering 10x faster and smarter.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of AI-native system frameworks that emphasize modularity, extensibility, and adaptive scalability.
• Build platform primitives that enable dynamic AI-driven module and extension generation.
• Design and implement developer workflows optimized for AI-assisted software development, embedding AI collaboration as a first-class design principle.
• Define and codify AI-native engineering practices, patterns, and guidelines to elevate Tomorrow.io’s software development lifecycle.
• Establish and champion best practices for AI-assisted engineering across system design, code quality, testing, observability, and operational scalability.
• Drive hands-on prototyping and iterative delivery across frontend, backend, and orchestration layers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering an AI-first engineering culture across teams.

Requirements

• Strong builder’s mindset — balancing deep system thinking with practical, hands-on delivery.
• 10+ years of full stack system architecture and complex platform engineering experience.
• Deep expertise designing distributed, composable, and extensible systems across frontend and backend environments.
• Strong hands-on skills with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend systems (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, microservices, event-driven architectures).
• Proven experience integrating and operationalizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) into engineering workflows.
• Experience building plugin frameworks, extension systems, or developer platforms that emphasize modularity and scalability.
• Track record of defining and promoting engineering best practices — especially in the context of AI-driven development.
