The Sales Support Engineer at Token Security is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role focused on accelerating post-sales execution, onboarding, and integrations. This role bridges Sales Engineering and Product/Engineering, delivering fast, practical solutions that help customers successfully deploy and operationalize Token Security in complex environments.

You will work directly with customers to solve real-world technical challenges, build integrations and automation, and ensure a smooth path from initial deployment to ongoing success—without owning core product development.

Key Responsibilities

Post-Sales Execution & Customer Support

• Support onboarding, setup, and configuration for new customers
• Build scripts and workflows leveraging APIs to meet customer use cases
• Assist with integrations across cloud, identity, and CI/CD environments
• Contribute to customer reporting and QBRs in partnership with Sales Engineering

Solution Delivery & Technical Execution

• Design and implement practical, customer-specific solutions
• Develop reusable tools and automation to scale deployments
• Own delivery timelines and execution in collaboration with Sales Engineers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across APIs, infrastructure, and integrations

Customer Engagement

• Participate in technical discovery to understand requirements firsthand
• Provide hands-on support during implementation and post-deployment
• Act as a trusted technical partner to customers during onboarding and beyond

Collaboration & Escalation

• Partner closely with Sales Engineering on prioritization and delivery
• Escalate complex issues to FDE and coordinate with R&D when needed
• Translate customer challenges into actionable technical insights

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with APIs, scripting (e.g., Python, Go), and automation
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and system integrations
• Understanding of identity, secrets management, or security concepts is a strong plus

Your Role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Product Manager to join our amazing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building an world-changing solution in the domain of non-human identity security. The ideal candidate has deep cybersecurity expertise, with a proven ability to build enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will own product pillars end-to-end, from ideation and design, through implementation, and delivery to customers.

What You’ll Do

• Own and build features, new capabilities, and product domains within the Token platform.
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptual design to development, launch, deployment and measuring.
• Serve as a customer subject matter expert, collaborating closely with our exceptional R&D and CTO teams to create innovative features.
• Engage directly with customers and partner with the sales and CS team on strategic accounts, providing strong product leadership and insights.
• Partner with our Marketing team to deliver Token’s message to the world, crafting compelling narratives that highlight Token’s innovation, vision, and impact in identity security.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity Security, Cloud Security, DevSecOps or related fields.
• Strong advantage to candidates with experience in roles such as Security Research, Backend Development or DevOps.

Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer 📍 Location: Remote / New York

About the Role

 We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can bridge deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills. You will partner closely with Account Executives to drive technical discovery, demonstrate value, design solutions, and support customers throughout the sales cycle. This role is critical in helping security leaders understand and mitigate risks around non-human identities.

Responsibilities

Technical Discovery & Solution Design • Lead technical discovery conversations with security, cloud, DevOps, and IAM teams • Map customer environments and requirements to Token Security’s capabilities • Design tailored solution architectures

Product Demonstrations & Proof of Value • Deliver compelling product demos to technical and executive audiences • Run proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots • Guide customers through onboarding and validation processes

 Sales Partnership • Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and technical positioning • Address security, architecture, and integration objections • Support RFP/RFI responses and security questionnaires

Technical Expertise & Enablement • Stay up to date on cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, IAM, and security best practices • Provide feedback to Product & Engineering based on field insights • Help develop demo environments and technical collateral

 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role • Background in cybersecurity, IAM, cloud security, or DevOps • Strong understanding of: ◦ Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ◦ APIs and authentication mechanisms ◦ IAM concepts (RBAC, least privilege, service accounts) ◦ SaaS integrations • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders • Hands-on experience running POCs and working with security teams

Senior Data Engineer

About the Role

Token Security, a leading platform for Non-Human Identity (NHI) management, is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building large-scale data pipelines, designing high-performance data stores, and enabling analytics on massive security datasets. This role will be key in shaping how we ingest, process, and analyze billions of identity and activity logs to deliver insights to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and Security teams to transform raw data into customer-facing features and insights.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to process large volumes of log and event data.
• Build and maintain data ingestion frameworks at scale.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and performance.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data infrastructure to support rapid growth.
• Architect and optimize ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, and other data stores for fast queries and efficient aggregation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role, with a track record of building and maintaining scalable backend systems.
