In this role, you will be responsible for:
Full-Funnel Visibility & Revenue Reporting
- End-to-End Performance Tracking & Reporting: Deliver monthly reporting that bridges the gap between teams.
- Forecasting & Revenue Analysis: Manage monthly revenue reporting and provide data-driven forecasting. Identify bottlenecks ("stuck" revenue) and predict future performance based on current pipeline velocity.
- Strategic Dashboards & Data Storytelling: Maintain high-visibility dashboards (Excel, Salesforce) and collaborate with the central Data Team to provide real-time snapshots of funnel health and financial KPIs. Go beyond reporting complex funnel data; analyze the numbers to explain the meaning and implications, synthesizing insights into polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
Operational Execution & Process Optimization
- Workflow Management & Optimization: Support critical processes including supplier onboarding workflows, pipeline management, and non-standard client reward calculations. Evaluate existing workflows to identify manual bottlenecks (from opportunity identification through to final delivery); recommend and implement automations to streamline operational efficiencies and revenue throughput.
- Proactive Gap & Bottleneck Analysis: Identify operational lags—such as a lag in sales-to-enrollment handoffs—that are impacting revenue execution, and work with the relevant teams to design and implement solutions.
- AI/Automation Integration: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to expedite data preparation, automate routine reporting cycles, and enhance the speed of insight generation.
Data Integrity & System Administration
- Data Governance & Hygiene: Act as the "gatekeeper" for data hygiene, managing deduplication and routine audits to ensure high integrity of the external supplier and card client data sourced by the Card team so it remains the definitive source of truth.
- System Administration: Partner with platform owners to ensure Salesforce and project management tool configurations capture the data points necessary to track the full lifecycle of a Card client.
- Pre-Sale Analysis Support: Oversee the QA and delivery of custom opportunity analysis used during pre-sale discovery, ensuring the sales team has accurate, data-backed insights to win deals.
Prospect Surfacing & Opportunity Identification
- Opportunity Identification: Leverage internal and external datasets to identify and surface new prospective opportunities, providing the customer-facing teams with high-potential leads.
About you
- Experience: 5+ years in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Ops, specifically supporting a business unit with a complex sales-to-delivery lifecycle or related experience
- Technical Tools: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (forecasting models, macros, complex formulas) and Salesforce (reporting, funnel tracking, and dashboarding).
- Visualization: Experience partnering with data teams to deliver dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Base Salary Range: $87,000 - $108,500 CAD annually.
The compensation information, above, reflects our reasonable expectation for this role based on several factors, including current market conditions. Final compensation will be determined through individual assessment of experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-relevant factors. Actual offers may vary within or, only in exceptional circumstances, outside the stated range based on the candidate's unique qualifications and our comprehensive evaluation process. Data Engineer
We're hiring a Data Engineer to join our growing team of analytics experts in order to help & lead the build-out of our data integration and pipeline processes, tools and platform.
The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up.
The right candidate must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products. The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our company’s data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Create ELT/Streaming processes and SQL queries to bring data to/from the data warehouse and other data sources.
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analyses.
- Support the development of performance dashboards & data sets that will generate the right insight.
- Work with business owners and partners to build data sets that answer their specific business questions.
- Collaborates with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Works closely with all business units and engineering teams to develop a strategy for long-term data platform architecture.
- Own the data lake pipelines, maintenance, improvements and schema.
About you:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3-4 years of Python / Java development experience.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role (BI developer).
- 3-4 years of direct experience with SQL (No-SQL is a plus), data modeling, data warehousing, and building ELT/ETL pipelines - MUST
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and big data technologies (EMR,EC2, S3 ) - DBT is an advantage.
- Experience working with Airflow - big advantage
- Experience working with Kubernetes - advantage
- Experience working with at least in one of the big data environments: Snowflake, Vertica, Hadoop (Impala/Hive), Redshift etc - MUST
- Experience working with Spark - advantage
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal/written communication & data presentation skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Determine the right analytical approaches to solve key business problems
