JOB OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and will be part of our rapidly growing sales team with multiple career paths available.

As an Account Executive you are responsible for but not limited to:

• Working with sales leadership to develop a sales plan and target list of accounts to penetrate, leveraging sales intelligence tools as needed
• Using our CRM to build your sales pipeline.
• Focus and commitment to crushing your outbound campaign targets
• Meeting / exceeding weekly and monthly performance targets 
• Outbound with the phone, email, and social media activities to thoughtfully engage potential prospects
• Regularly engage with account execs and sales & marketing leadership to discuss market feedback and learnings in order to refine your elevator pitch and target account lists.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of two years of outside sales experience; B2B sales preferred
• Experience in software-centric in SDR or BDR positions, preferred
• Proficient in identifying and engaging MSP or MSSP leads and in high volume outbound prospecting
• Experienced in CRM (Salesforce, Sugar, etc.) to build and maintain pipeline
• Effective oral and written communicator
• Startup experience, preferred
• Highly organized and adaptable to a dynamic work environment

POSITION OVERVIEW

ThreatLocker’s Account Manager will drive retention and growth amongst our clientele. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and understand business needs, and provide viable solutions to our customer base.

 The role will be based in Dubai and is an in-office position.

JOB SCOPE

ThreatLocker's Account Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Working with the Account Executive and internal team, interfacing with clients and partner agencies to ensure projects are on target with objectives, budget, and schedule. 
•  Establishing and maintaining a direct relationship with the client and partner agencies through monthly or quarterly meetings. 
• Creating client communications relating to purpose, rationale, needs, and due dates. 
• Supporting in the pre-sales cycle in deployment of and securing agents and/or licenses purchased by clients. Leading communications efforts with Solution Engineers on reporting on secured licenses. 
• Initiating and managing processes related to pricing, invoicing, and budgets, to obtain approvals. Supporting the team in developing new or renewal contracts, and relaying changes to appropriate stakeholders. 
• Supporting Account Executive in developing strategic proposals. 
• Partnering with Operations and Sales on managing the relationship, issues, and questions of clients/partners. 
• Tracking client/partner metrics to understand their success, issues, and growth opportunities. 
• Travelling accross target GCC Markets to meet with customers, acquire feedback on partnership success, maintain strong relationships and discuss product expansion within accounts. 
• Consulting with clientele on product updates and features, and training appropriately. 
• Acting as an ambassador of ThreatLocker’s mission, brand, and product. 
• Escalating customer issues through technical channels, management, and other avenues to ensure issue resolution is reached.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Arabic Speaking is Mandatory 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management 
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Able to manage and direct resources to aid client in achieving its marketing objectives, while managing a budget and timeline 
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. 
• Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal; strong presentation skills and ability to identify root causes 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence external/internal stakeholders 
• Passion for sales and learning new technology. 
• Strong analytical skills and keen ability to problem solve 
• Highly motivated, goal oriented and self-starter

ThreatLocker is seeking hardworking and ambitious Sales Representatives to drive growth across both our existing customer base and new prospects, with a focus on expanding sales throughout the EMEA region.

You must have the drive and resilience to prospect daily and make multiple cold calls throughout the workday. This is not a role for someone seeking an easy 9–6 job, it’s for those ready to push hard and win. We offer a base salary in the range of €38,000–€42,000 annually, depending on whether you are selected for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) position or an Account Executive (AE) role. SDRs earn commission on scheduled demos, while AEs receive 10% commission on YR1 of deals closed, with further commission on multiyear deals with no cap on earnings. SDRs also have a clear path to progress into the AE role.

This role is ideal for someone who is sociable, driven, and thrives on building relationships in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment. Prior sales experience in technology is helpful but not required, we also welcome candidates with strong customer-facing experience in industries such as retail, hospitality, or service who are ready to transition into technology sales. What matters most is a relentless work ethic, the ability to perform under pressure, and the drive to hit and exceed ambitious targets.

You will be directly responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing opportunities, as well as representing ThreatLocker at trade shows and conferences. Success in this role comes from being persistent, organized, and people focused.

This role requires travel to ThreatLocker’s Headquarters in Orlando, Florida, for a two-week onboarding program. Travel arrangements will be covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new opportunities through phone, email, social, and in-person networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle: pipeline development, discovery, solution presentation with a technical engineer, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts within our CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with ThreatLocker partners to drive growth and expand recurring revenue opportunities.
• Professionally represent ThreatLocker at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to engage prospects, build relationships, and expand market presence.
• Share market feedback with sales leadership and marketing to refine messaging and strategy.
