What you will do:
We’re looking for a strategic and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of our largest and most strategic global consulting customers, driving long-term value, adoption, and partnership.
In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving retention, expansion, and long-term customer success. You'll develop deep partnerships within your accounts, identify new opportunities to add value, proactively manage renewals, and align think-cell usage with strategic business goals. This is an ideal role for someone who excels at building executive relationships, influencing without authority, and turning customer satisfaction into measurable growth.

Compensation: think-cell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this position, we anticipate paying OTE of $130K - 160K/yr. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any think-cell variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. think-cell provides comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Inside Sales Manager - Join Our Innovative Team at think-cell Software
Our Story

What You Will Do
We’re looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Manager to manage and convert inbound interest from global companies headquartered in EMEA.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for qualifying demo requests, engaging with trial users, and guiding prospects through a consultative sales process. Besides prospects, you’ll run full-cycle deals across a segment of existing think-cell customers who aren’t yet supported by an Account Manager. Your ability to quickly understand use cases, tailor messaging, and close efficiently will directly contribute to our growth.
This is an ideal role for a (junior) seller ready to own a book of business, close their own deals, and grow within a fast-moving sales organization.
