What You Will Do  

You will be end-to-end contributing to a strategic priority of think-cell – the growth of the academic program. In the role as you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, and there will be (almost) no typical day during your time at think-cell.  

In our academic program we bring think-cell and state-of-the-art storytelling to the next generation of leading professionals. This means we provide students and professors with free access to our tool, so that they can already benefit from think-cell during their time at school (find out more here). We have big plans to grow the program significantly with the next years – and you can be an integral part of it. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Organize case Competitions: Conceptualize, market, and execute multiple international case competitions planned for 2026. You will own these initiatives end to end, including project planning, marketing, stakeholder coordination, and partnership management, with high visibility across internal and external stakeholders. 

• Co-develop teaching material: Collaborate on the continuous improvement of our curriculum materials for faculty. This includes creating new content and co-developing materials together with contributors from leading academic institutions, ensuring academic rigor and practical relevance 

• Drive growth: Co-own the growth of our academic programs. Working from a central role within the team, you will identify, test, and scale growth initiatives end to end—from strategic partnerships and outbound campaigns to performance marketing and new acquisition channels. You will have the autonomy to experiment quickly and iterate based on results. 

• Enhance academics strategy: Support the development and operationalization of the academic strategy. This involves analyzing data, conducting research, and translating insights into actionable recommendations  

• Get your hands dirty: As part of a small, agile “speedboat” team within think-cell, you will adapt quickly to shifting priorities and contribute wherever needed. You will work closely with the academic team and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure program success 

You will be great for this position if you have  

• Experience: 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a high-performance environment (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, PE, or VC-owned portfolio companies) 

• Degree: Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, computer science, or other related fields; graduate degree is a plus 

• Profile: Self-starter with a data driven mindset 

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent organizational, time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks 

• MS Suite: Proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint 

• Location: Willingness to work on-site in our Berlin office 4 days per week, with 1 remote day

• Language & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, (German is a big plus) 

• Product: Experience in working with Microsoft Office and / or presentation creation - experience in working with think-cell is a strong plus

What You Will Do  

Join us as a Creative Director and take ownership of the company’s creative vision and brand identity across all touchpoints. You’ll lead the end-to-end design process, elevate brand storytelling, and ensure every piece of creative output drives impact and consistency. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a design leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and drive the overall creative vision and brand identity for the company.
• Drive the entire design process from concept to delivery on different types of projects including, but not limited to: marketing campaigns, website pages and conversion funnels, email templates, events, and sales collateral.
• Oversee concept development and execution for campaigns, product launches, events, and digital platforms.
• Provide hands-on guidance, mentorship, and feedback to designers and external creators to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to align creative output with strategic goals.
• Manage creative resources — from briefing external vendors to overseeing budgeting and timelines.
• Ensure all visual and verbal communications reflect the company’s tone, values, and positioning in the market.
• Develop self-service solutions for different teams in the organization that would guarantee quality, consistency and speed of visual outputs.
• Act as a design advisor and consultant to the team on all creative projects. Educated others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to elevate brand storytelling and visual identity.

You will be great for this position if you have  

• 8+ years of design experience at a B2B company, agency, design company, or related industry.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining a consistent brand visual identity across all channels (website, graphics, social, ads, etc).
• Experience steering graphic and motion design across
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide visual direction, guide design projects, and conceptualize innovative design solutions.
• Solid knowledge of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with and push forward the brand's identity.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.

Head of Regional Marketing - Global - Join Our Innovative Team at think-cell Software

What You Will Do  

Join us as the Head of Regional Marketing and take ownership of regional marketing strategy, driving pipeline and revenue growth across key markets. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, align regional execution with global priorities, and turn market insights into impact. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a B2B marketing leader ready to scale global influence.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of regional marketing owners, fostering collaboration, transparency and knowledge sharing
• Own and drive KPIs: lead generation, pipeline and revenue targets; set performance metrics for regional marketing activities
• Manage and allocate the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with global priorities
• Translate global marketing strategies into actionable regional plans, ensuring brand consistency and appropriate localization
• Work with regional leads to identify market-specific opportunities, challenges, and customer needs, integrating insights into global marketing planning
• Aggregate and synthesize regional market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform global marketing strategies and product development
• Standardize best practices, processes, and tools across regions to drive efficiency, scalability, and knowledge transfer
• Build strong relationships with regional sales leadership to ensure marketing activities support pipeline and revenue growth across all regions

You will be great for this position if you have  

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in regional or global leadership role
• Demonstrated success managing distributed, multicultural marketing teams/functions in the software or technology sector
• Experience in developing end-to-end regional marketing campaigns: from strategy and planning to launch and performance analysis
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong project management and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, hands on experience with campaign analysis and reporting, knowledge of Matomo and PowerBI
• Experience working with Salesforce and Marketo
• Experience running field marketing, partnerships, brand awareness campaigns or other regional activities
• Experience managing budgets, setting and reporting on targets, including pipeline and ROI
• Experience working with think-cell, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is a plus
• Experience working with finance and consulting services is a plus
• Proficient English - other languages are a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in our Berlin office 4 days per week, with 1 remote day
