What You'll Do

• Own the full group sales cycle, from first inquiry to after groups check out— for B2B and B2C clients across all TSH locations

• Negotiate with confidence, craft compelling offers, and proactively spot upsell moments that drive revenue and delight guests

• Manage your pipeline with precision using daily Service Hub tasks and checklists, keeping every request on track and nothing slipping through the cracks

• Handle invoices and payment details with accuracy and zero drama

• Deliver sharp, detailed arrival briefings that set our on-site teams up for a flawless welcome

• Work fluently across our Hotel Management Systems — Mews, Event Temple, Salesforce Service Cloud — and embrace AI tools that make you faster and smarter

• Act as a knowledgeable guide for everything TSH offers, from meeting rooms to community events, positioning the full portfolio at every touchpoint

• Join weekly and monthly commercial and revenue reviews, contributing data-backed insights and staying ahead of performance targets

Who You Are

• You're a self-starter — you don't wait to be told what to do; you see what needs doing and you do it
• You hold a Vocational and/or Bachelor's degree and bring 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or customer-facing sales
• You think commercially — you genuinely enjoy conversations that close, and you know how to turn a "maybe" into a "yes"
• You're based in or around Amsterdam and ready to be part of an international team
• Organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling multiple live deals at once
• Confident with tools like Mews, Event Temple, and Salesforce Service Cloud — and curious enough to push them further
• Fluent in Dutch or German and English (non-negotiable), it's a plus if you speak Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Portuguese

New hubs are opening across Europe, fresh investment is being deployed, and the business is evolving beyond traditional hospitality into something far bigger. Right in the middle of that sits our Corporate Finance team. Small team, high impact, real exposure. 

As Corporate Finance Associate, you’ll work closely with our Director of Corporate Finance on the numbers, models, and materials that shape major decisions across the company. From lender conversations and refinancing work to board reporting and shareholder updates, your work will directly influence how we grow. You’ll be part of discussions with institutional investors, senior leadership, and financing partners while helping build the financial backbone of a €2bn+ platform.

What You’ll Do 

• Build and maintain financial models that support investment decisions, refinancing work, and long-term planning  
• Prepare lender and shareholder materials including board updates, investor presentations, and financing packs  
• Support debt sourcing, refinancing processes, and ongoing conversations with lenders across Europe  
• Analyse portfolio performance, recurring revenue streams, and profitability drivers across the business  
• Partner with FP&A, Investments, and Capital Markets teams on strategic and financial projects  
• Review and challenge numbers before they reach leadership, investors, or financing partners  
• Improve existing models, templates, and reporting processes using smarter tools and better ways of working  
• Contribute to high-priority projects tied to TSH’s growth strategy and platform expansion  

What You’ll Have 

• You have 2-4 years of experience in M&A, leveraged finance, restructuring, transaction services, debt advisory, or investing  
• You bring strong financial modelling skills and know how to build models that support real business decisions  
• You have excellent communication skills and can turn complex analysis into clear, credible stories  
• You’re comfortable working with senior leadership, lenders, and investors in an international setting  
• You have a sharp eye for detail and take ownership of the quality behind your work  
• You bring curiosity, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in how businesses grow and scale  
• You have full professional fluency in English. Another European language is a plus

• Negotiate smart, competitive deals across FF&E, Hard Costs, and OS&E  
• Run tenders from start to finish and keep them sharp and on track

• You have 5+ years in procurement, with strong FF&E experience  
• You bring experience from hospitality, real estate, or similar industries  
• You know your way around supplier negotiations and contract management  
• You have a sharp commercial mindset and spot a good deal instantly  
• You’re organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once  
• You care about quality, cost, and sustainability equally  
• You’re fluent in English, another language is a plus

As our GL Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the financial operations of The Social Hub, a growing hybrid hospitality group with hotels, restaurants, coworking spaces, and student living facilities in multiple locations across Europe (United Kingdom included).

In this role, your primary focus will be on our Management Companies (ManCo), the corporate engine that supports our operational hubs. You will be an integral part of the Finance team, working closely with colleagues across treasury, tax, financial control, and operational departments to manage corporate overhead, shared services, and centralized payroll. You will take ownership of the accounting close process for multiple ManCo entities and ensure compliance with our internal controls and external reporting obligations.

You will collaborate with the General Ledger Team Lead and Financial Controllers to deliver accurate, timely, and complete financial reporting. You’ll actively support month-end activities, audits, VAT compliance, and complex intercompany accounting, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our corporate systems and finance operations.

What You'll Do  

• Take ownership of monthly closing activities for one or more ManCo entities by posting journal entries, including accruals for corporate operational and professional expenses, centralized payroll-related items, and other relevant transactions.
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations monthly, ensuring supporting documentation and follow-up on open items.
• Perform complex intercompany accounts reconciliations and ensure timely, accurate recharges for shared services, management fees, loans, and interest to our operational entities.
• Prepare and review VAT returns for corporate entities and ensure compliance with other local tax authorities and internal deadlines.
• Conduct monthly P&L reviews with General Managers and Controllers, ensuring corporate costs and intercompany allocations are complete, accurate, and clearly communicated.
• Support the preparation of audit deliverables and engage with external auditors during hard close and year-end.
• Actively contribute to improving corporate processes, workflows, and internal controls in collaboration with the Financial Control team.
• Support ad hoc cross-functional initiatives when needed, such as automation efforts for allocation files, system enhancements, or reporting improvements.

Who You Are  

• You have a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of working experience in accounting or financial control roles, ideally with exposure to corporate or ManCo accounting.
• You have experience working in the finance department of a large, multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), VAT, and intercompany processes.
• You can think process-oriented and are able to come up with improvements on the go.
• You have great English communication skills (Dutch or Spanish is an advantage).
• Strong documentation, organization, and deadline-management abilities.
• Strong Excel skills and preferably ERP experience (NetSuite experience is considered a bonus).
