As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub, you keep service flowing with confidence, speed and genuine warmth. You’ll jump between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, keeping everything smooth, connected and fun. Our guests come from everywhere, and you love making each one feel at home. You’ll join a tight team that knows how to work hard, laugh hard and bring good vibes to the Hub.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with energy and make them feel instantly at ease 
• Take orders, serve dishes and share menu recommendations with confidence 
• Keep the floor running smoothly by spotting what’s needed before anyone asks 
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly 
• Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving 
• Keep your station clean, organised and ready for action 
• Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm

What You’ll Have 

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments 
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn 
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people 
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool 
• You speak English and Portuguese; any extra languages are a plus 
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance 
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team

You’re the kind of person who loves being in the middle of the action, and that’s exactly where this role lives. As our Restaurant Supervior, you’ll focus on creating a smooth flow across the dining room, helping the team deliver warm, attentive service throughout every sitting. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager, help new team members find their rhythm, and keep daily operations running like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone 
• Guide your crew on the floor, helping them solve small issues in the moment 
• Support training and onboarding for new team members 
• Keep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety 
• Stay present on the floor, chat with guests and jump in where needed 
• Handle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities 
• Share targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them 
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing 

What You’ll Have 

• You have 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role 
• You bring confidence leading a team during service 
• You communicate clearly and stay calm when things get busy 
• You have an eye for detail and keep service consistent 
• You bring genuine hospitality energy and enjoy being guest-facing 
• You work well with different teams and lead by example 
• You speak English and Portuguese, extra languages are a bonus

As a Host/Hostess at The Social Hub, you're the first smiling face our guests see, and the one who sets the tone for everything that follows. You’re a natural connector, welcoming everyone with warmth, managing the guest flow with grace, and keeping things running smoothly from entrance to table. What You’ll Do 

• Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome and manage the entrance area with confidence 
• Handle reservations across phone, email, and booking systems, including modifications and special requests 
• Coordinate guest seating with the FOH and kitchen team to ensure a smooth, timely flow 
• Monitor wait times and guest needs, offering thoughtful solutions when necessary 
• Keep the host stand, menus, and entrance area neat and welcoming at all times 
• Assist with service tasks like coat check, birthday setups, and light floor support during busy times 
• Be the voice and vibe of the venue, informing guests about menus, specials, and upcoming events 
• Share guest feedback and preferences with the team during briefings to enhance the experience 

What You’ll Have 

• At least 6 months experience in a guest-facing hospitality role, ideally in a restaurant or hotel 
• Confidence using digital booking systems and managing guest queues 
• A warm, polished presence that represents the tone and style of the venue 
• Clear communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email 
• Ability to stay calm and collected during peak hours and high-volume moments 
• Team-first attitude, willing to jump in and support wherever needed 
• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
