As our Membership Host, you’ll be operating in our front of house and membership spaces, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for everyone using The Social Hub. You’re the face of the hub and our member’s first port of call! . You know everything about our products and how to (cross-)sell these to our guests. And it’s because of you that everyone who enters our Florence Belfiore-location will become a raving fan of TSH instantly!

What You’ll Do 

• You create a warm, inclusive atmosphere where members feel supported, valued and listened. 

• You’ll know your members and you create true connections with them at every interaction. You actively engage with members to understand their needs, gather feedback, and address concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 

• You’ll help our members with guests, any requests and/or queries regarding our facilities (you may even pick up some new tech skills along the way!). 

• You’ll be a secret concierge to the city, answering all of your guests’ questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop or party 

• You’ll coordinate the daily operations of the membership spaces with your team, including regular walkthroughs of the space to ensure the Membership Experience standards. 

• You’ll help our guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities (you may even pick up some new tech skills along the way!) 

Who You Are 

• You’re a natural connector, hard working, responsible and a natural problem solver. 

• You’re an octopus that loves to get your dexterity skills into action  

• You have a background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment 

• You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro 

• Fluent in English – Know any other languages? The more the merrier! 

• Hard working, responsible and a “let’s do this!” mentality 

• You’re a European citizen or legally allowed to work in Italy

As a Bartender at The Social Hub, you’re the heartbeat of the bar and the reason guests keep coming back. You mix, shake, and pour with skill, whether it’s a timeless classic, a bold new creation, or a zero-proof drink that still steals the show. Every order comes with your signature mix of precision, personality, and genuine hospitality. One moment you’re crafting cocktails, the next you’re jumping in to support the floor, always making the experience smoother, warmer, and more fun for everyone. 

You’ll join a passionate, international F&B crew that thrives on teamwork and takes pride in delivering top-notch service. With hands-on training, guidance from your Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor, and plenty of room to grow, you’ll have everything you need to bring your A-game from day one.

What You’ll Do 

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, from expertly crafted cocktails to quality non-alcoholic options, with consistency and flair. 
• Deliver warm, engaging service that makes every guest feel at home and every moment memorable. 
• Jump in to support food service and other restaurant operations when needed—no task too small, no vibe too low. 
• Stay sharp on all things TSH, from menu knowledge to upcoming events, so you’re always ready to answer guest questions with confidence. 
• Handle guest feedback like a pro, turning complaints into compliments whenever possible. 
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and running smoothly while following safety and compliance guidelines. 
• Support event setup and service, helping turn TSH spaces into the ultimate gathering spots. 
• Share your skills and mentor others to keep our drink game strong across the board. 

What You’ll Have 

• 1-2 years of bartending or hospitality experience preferred, but passion and a great attitude count for a lot. 
• A genuine love for drinks, whether it’s mixology, mocktails, or mastering a great pour. 
• Strong communication skills and a natural way with people; guest-facing is your happy place. 
• Solid multitasking and time management skills, especially in a fast-paced environment. 
• Fluent in English and Italian; any other languages? Even better! 
• A professional appearance and mindset, with attention to detail and high service standards. 
• Flexibility with shifts

• You speak English and Italian; any extra languages are a plus

• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation 
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy 
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences 
• Jump in with bookings for activities, restaurants and everything in between 
• Share guest insights and feedback with the team to improve every stay 
• Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly 
• Represent TSH by promoting our outlets and spotting upsell opportunities 

What You’ll Have 

• You have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role 
• You bring an energetic, welcoming vibe that makes people feel at home 
•  You’re great at switching between tasks without losing your smile 
• You have a proactive mindset and love turning small moments into memorable ones 
• You’re comfortable with digital tools like PMS, kiosks or guest messaging apps 
• You communicate clearly in English and Italian
• You’re a team player who stays cool and confident during busy peaks
