Your mission

• You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly product development and sales, to bring new products to market in line with brand positioning

• You drive product launch excellence by building comprehensive rollout plans and coordinating all related activities across departments

Your experience & skills

• You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage

• You bring 3+ years of experience in product marketing management within the FMCG industry

• You have a track record of successfully managing products across their full lifecycle—from idea to launch and beyond

• You are well-versed in portfolio strategy, consumer segmentation, and product positioning techniques

• You know how to plan and execute impactful go-to-market and activation strategies, including pricing and distribution

Your Mission

• You support the planning, execution, and analysis of international CRM campaigns (e.g. newsletters and lifecycle flows)

You operate with full business ownership: steering growth, profitability, assortment complexity and innovation speed as if you were already running your own business.

Your mission

• You own the revenue, margin and growth trajectory of the Bars business and steer core KPIs such as velocity, repeat, margin and channel performance
• You define and drive a clear growth strategy with explicit trade-offs (e.g. hero SKUs vs. complexity) and translate it into focused execution
• You partner closely with leadership and finance on budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking
• You build and scale a winning bars portfolio across segments (e.g. protein, muesli) and drive end-to-end portfolio decisions (formats, flavors, pack sizes, pricing tiers)
• You define and evolve a clear line architecture, balance innovation speed with SKU discipline, and translate consumer, taste and usage insights into strong product bets

• You have a strong understanding of FMCG dynamics, especially in high-rotation categories such as snacks, bars or beverages
• You have experience managing product complexity (SKUs, formats, flavors) and driving clear portfolio decisions

• You have experience operating across multiple European markets and understand retail and consumer differences

In this role, you will take ownership of revenue and performance for our CRM channel in our international markets and continuously evolve it together with the team. You will set the strategic direction, act as a close sparring partner, and remain deeply embedded in day-to-day execution.

• You take significant co-ownership of revenue, performance, and the ongoing development of our international CRM channel across
• You develop and steer our CRM and lifecycle strategy using Klaviyo within a Shopify environment
• You work in close sparring with the existing CRM Manager, supporting prioritization, execution, and continuous optimization
• You conceptualize, prioritize, and execute newsletter campaigns as well as automated lifecycle flows (e.g. welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back)
• You think CRM holistically across the entire customer lifecycle, driving initiatives around personalization and segmentation
• You continuously identify optimization opportunities, run A/B tests, and derive actionable insights
• You analyze, monitor, and report on key CRM KPIs (including revenue, retention, CLV, open rate, CTR)
• You collaborate closely with adjacent teams such as Webshop, Performance Marketing, and Influencer Marketing
• You are fluent in French and Dutch

Deine Erfahrung & Skills 

• You bring 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing within a D2C / e-commerce environment
• You have deep hands-on expertise with Klaviyo, including complex setups, flows, segmentation, and testing
• You have experience working with Shopify integrations
• You have a strong commercial mindset and are highly data- and results-driven
• You demonstrate a high level of ownership and take responsibility proactively
• You work in a structured, analytical way and consistently focus on the most relevant KPIs
• You thrive in dynamic environments with rapidly shifting priorities
• You have a solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations
• You are a native German speaker and have strong English communication skills

ESN is expanding its B2B footprint across Europe. This role bridges the gap between brand and commerce — translating ESN's German go-to-market playbook into market-specific strategies that give our international sales teams a clear brief: where to play, how to win, and what to bring.
Reporting into the Head of International for ESN, you'll own the commercial framework for new markets including Switzerland, France, Italy, and the UK, working in close partnership with local sales leads and the brand team in Germany.

This role requires flexibility to travel between the international markets of ESN within Europe and regular visits (around 1-2x times/month) in the Headquarter in Hamburg, Germany. 

Your mission

• You define market entry strategies by deciding where ESN wins in each market—across channels, key accounts, and categories—while adapting the German playbook to local dynamics
• You curate the A-assortment by building and maintaining a focused, high-impact product portfolio that balances hero SKUs with local market and retailer needs
• You set promotional guardrails by defining pricing, promotion depth, and trade investment to protect brand equity while enabling commercial success
• You develop in-store activation playbooks by creating scalable, channel-specific toolkits that sales teams can execute easily across markets
• You enable sales teams by translating strategy into clear, actionable materials such as sell-in decks, assortment rationale, and promotional frameworks
• You track and drive performance by defining relevant KPIs (e.g. distribution, sell-through, promo ROI) and establishing a clear review cadence across markets
• You ensure brand alignment with Germany by acting as the key interface between the core DE team and international markets—translating strategy without reinventing it

Your experience & skills

• You bring 8+ years of experience across key account management, category management, and trade marketing—ideally within sports nutrition, FMCG, or consumer health
• You have strong KAM expertise with full ownership of major retail or wholesale accounts, including JBP negotiations and end-to-end trade term management
• You master category management tools such as range reviews, planogram development, shopper insights, and space-to-sales optimization
• You bring deep trade marketing experience across activation planning, promotional architecture, sell-in materials, and in-store execution
• You have worked across multiple European markets and understand how to adapt strategies beyond a one-size-fits-all approach
• You are fluent in English, with German or another European language as a strong plus
