What You’ll Do
- Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth
- Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs
- Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings
- Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child’s development

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children between the ages of 2-9 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them learn communication, social, and daily-living skills.
- Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy.
- Bring energy, creativity, and passion – Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth.
- Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child’s growth.
What We’re Looking For

The Clinical Supervisor (After-School BCBA) is a full-time, hybrid role ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while mentoring and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will oversee a caseload of focused ABA clients receiving center-based after-school services and play a key role in ensuring treatment fidelity, caregiver collaboration, and positive clinical outcomes.
After-school operating hours are Monday–Friday from 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m (Flexible!) and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to support day program clients may also be available. This is a hybrid position, with partial on-site availability required.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Case Oversight
- Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices
- Maintain a small caseload of 8 with a goal of 28 billable hours per week
- Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity across services
Caregiver Training & Support
- Conduct one-on-one caregiver training sessions to empower families and support skill generalization
- Facilitate group caregiver training to promote education, collaboration, and engagement
Client Intakes & Treatment Planning
- Complete client intake assessments and develop comprehensive, goal-driven treatment plans
- Review and update treatment plans regularly based on assessment data and client progress
RBT Supervision & Mentorship
- Monitor RBT clinical performance and provide ongoing mentorship

The Clinical Supervisor (After-School BCBA) is a full-time, hybrid role ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while mentoring and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will oversee a caseload of focused ABA clients receiving center-based after-school services and play a key role in ensuring treatment fidelity, caregiver collaboration, and positive clinical outcomes.
After-school operating hours are Monday–Friday from 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m (Flexible!) and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to support day program clients may also be available. This is a hybrid position, with partial on-site availability required.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Case Oversight
- Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices
- Maintain a small caseload of 8 with a goal of 28 billable hours per week
- Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity across services
Caregiver Training & Support
- Conduct one-on-one caregiver training sessions to empower families and support skill generalization
- Facilitate group caregiver training to promote education, collaboration, and engagement
Client Intakes & Treatment Planning
- Complete client intake assessments and develop comprehensive, goal-driven treatment plans
- Review and update treatment plans regularly based on assessment data and client progress
RBT Supervision & Mentorship
- Monitor RBT clinical performance and provide ongoing mentorship
- Conduct regular supervision and mentor meetings
- Deliver feedback, coaching, and training to enhance clinical skills and implementation quality
What We’re Looking For
- A dedicated and compassionate BCBA who brings a balance of clinical expertise, leadership, and empathy to their work.

- Organized and adaptable clinicians who can manage multiple priorities, maintain clear documentation, and navigate a dynamic clinical setting.
- A motivator and mentor who enjoys developing others, giving feedback, and supporting team success.
- Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay Based on Your Experience & Education:
- Annual Starting Salary: $80,000 - $89,000 based on experience
- Eligibility to earn up to $11,400 in annual bonus potential
