ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at The Knot Worldwide is the financial engine that partners with executive leadership to drive growth by providing comprehensive financial advice that enables informed, high-impact decision-making across our entire expansive family of brands and business models (2-Sided Marketplaces, eCommerce, Advertising, and Media).
This highly strategic senior finance role partners with the Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and their leadership teams to drive financial decision-making across all product, platform, and technology investments while leading comprehensive FP&A for the entire Product organization. This leader will develop and maintain financial models covering the financial impact of product roadmap investments and define key metrics to evaluate performance, conversion, and efficiency. This role also leads Technology & Operational Finance (FinOps), optimizing cloud and infrastructure costs, managing technology CapEx, and enabling cost-aware engineering decisions through real-time visibility and cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Strategy & Financial Viability
- Strategic & Business Planning: Act as a strategic partner to members of the senior leadership team, leading the development and evaluation of comprehensive business and financial plans to align with long-term company goals.
- Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer Business Partner: Serve as the finance partner to the Leadership Team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and financial targets.
- Product Roadmap Financial Modeling: Build, own, and maintain comprehensive financial models (NPV, ROI, TCO) to evaluate the business case for new product launches, feature development, and major technology investments.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and report on key product-related financial and operational metrics, including R&D efficiency.
Technology & Operational Finance (FinOps)
- Cloud Cost Management (FinOps): Partner closely with Engineering to drive accountability and optimization particularly related to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). Provide real-time cost visibility to empower engineers to make cost-aware architectural decisions.
- Technology Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the entire R&D function, including headcount, software licensing, and dynamic infrastructure spend.
- Investment Analysis: Model the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and long-term financial benefits for major technology investments (e.g., platform migrations) to justify expenditures to the executive team.
- CapEx Management: Manage and forecast capital expenditure related to technology and product development.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Reporting
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning process for supported functions and product lines.
- Variance Analysis: Track performance against plan, providing detailed analysis of variances with actionable insights and recommendations for corrective action to leadership.
- Reporting & Automation: Prepare and present financial reporting for management and the Board. Take initiative to automate management reporting and improve business processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with the Accounting team on monthly/quarterly closes and the incorporation of actual results into the rolling forecast.
SUCCESSFUL SENIOR MANAGER, PRODUCT FINANCE CANDIDATES HAVE:
- Relevant Background: 8+ years of increasing responsibility in highly analytical roles such as Strategic Finance, Product Finance, Go-to-Market Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Data Science, or Management Consulting (or 6+ years showing rapid career acceleration).
- Education: MBA and a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, STEM, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Statistics).
- Strategic Acumen: Deep understanding of competitive dynamics and the broader industry landscape; ability to connect daily operational decisions to long-term strategic goals.
- Model Building: Proven ability to build, refine, and maintain sophisticated financial models for existing products and new offerings
- Analytical Excellence: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think creatively and critically about unstructured problems.
- Strategic Storyteller: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capacity to translate complex technical analysis into a clear, compelling narrative that effectively influences C-level executives and non-finance stakeholders.
- Leadership Presence: Confidence and skill to present effectively, describe complex deliverables, and communicate effectively with Senior Leadership.
- Collaboration: Highly collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills and a positive contributor to the team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Account Executives, setting clear performance expectations and driving accountability against revenue targets and KPIs.
- Coach and mentor team members on consultative selling, partnership strategy, and client relationship management to elevate overall team performance.

- 4+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing sales or account management teams.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and scale talent while driving team revenue performance.
- Proven experience engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers to drive strategic partnership initiatives.
- Strong technology literacy and the ability to quickly understand new products, industry trends, and media innovations.
- Advanced presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, including crafting compelling client-facing decks, proposals, and emails.
- Experience in maintaining opportunity pipelines using CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
TKWW is seeking a senior, commercially driven VP, Partnerships & Media to lead and scale our global partnerships, advertising, and media business. Reporting directly to the EVP, eCommerce and Consumer Platforms, this role owns the vision, strategy, and performance of the Partnerships & Media group, with responsibility for driving meaningful, sustainable revenue growth across regions. This leader will be responsible for evolving TKWW’s advertising and media capabilities while building strong global partnerships and leading a high-performing, internationally distributed team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the global strategy for TKWW’s Partnerships & Media business, aligned with company-wide growth and monetization priorities.
- Own P&L responsibility for the function, including revenue targets, investment decisions, and margin optimization.
- Serve as a key member of TKWW’s senior leadership team and a strategic partner to the President and executive stakeholders.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global team across partnerships, advertising, media sales, and operations.
Advertising & Media
- Lead the global advertising and media business, including sponsored products, brand partnerships, and data-driven advertising solutions.
- Set the go-to-market strategy for advertisers across TKWW’s portfolio of brands and international markets.
- Partner closely with Editorial, Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver compelling advertiser solutions and long-term partner relationships.
- Establish strong measurement, reporting, and performance frameworks that demonstrate clear ROI to advertisers.
Media Network Development
- Drive the continued build-out and evolution of TKWW’s retail media network, leveraging first-party data, audience insights, and owned-and-operated media properties.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define scalable ad products, targeting capabilities, and platform infrastructure.
Identify opportunities to monetize onsite, offsite, and emerging media channels globally. - Stay ahead of global trends in retail media, ad tech, privacy, and data governance.
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, structure, and scale strategic global partnerships that drive incremental revenue and long-term value for TKWW.
- Lead negotiations with senior external partners across media, technology, data, and content.
- Evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities within the global advertising and media ecosystem.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Finance, and Regional Leadership to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and market-relevant across geographies.
- Influence product and platform roadmaps to support advertising, media, and partnership growth globally.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- 15+ years of experience owning and scaling a revenue-generating business or P&L at a senior level.
Deep expertise in the global advertising and media ecosystem, including ad products, sales models, and measurement. - Strong people leadership experience, including building and managing senior leaders and global teams.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
Preferred
- Direct experience building, launching, or scaling a media network or first-party data–driven media business.
- Experience in global digital marketplaces, commerce platforms, or consumer technology companies.
Familiarity with ad tech platforms, privacy regulations, and data governance across international markets.
Executive presence and comfort representing TKWW with senior partners, advertisers, and industry leaders globally.

The Senior Director, Consumer Marketing is a senior marketing leader responsible for developing and leading the integrated marketing strategy across The Knot’s U.S. consumer brands and products. This role drives full-funnel marketing programs that build brand affinity, acquire and engage couples throughout their planning journey, and accelerate growth across The Knot’s ecosystem.
This leader will bring together brand storytelling, data-driven growth marketing, and consumer lifecycle expertise to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing programs across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels. The Senior Director will play a critical role in identifying the highest-impact opportunities for the business, prioritizing initiatives across channels and teams, and ensuring marketing investments drive both short-term performance and long-term brand equity.
Partnering closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners across product, brand, insights, and channel teams, this leader will orchestrate integrated campaigns and programs that reflect a deep understanding of the wedding planning journey and evolving consumer needs.
The ideal candidate is a whole-brained marketer who understands how brand and performance work together across the full marketing funnel. They bring clarity to complex business problems and provide simple, easy-to-comprehend frameworks. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Consumer Marketing Strategy: Own the integrated consumer marketing strategy across The Knot’s U.S. brands and products, ensuring cohesive programs that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across the full marketing funnel.
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of marketers responsible for integrated campaign strategy and execution. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creative excellence while empowering the team to deliver high-impact results.
- Drive Integrated Marketing Programs: Develop and oversee cross-channel marketing programs that bring together brand storytelling and performance marketing to drive measurable business outcomes. Ensure campaigns are coordinated across paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Set Strategic Priorities Across Initiatives: Identify and prioritize the highest-impact marketing initiatives across channels, teams, and business objectives. Ensure resources and investments are focused on the programs that will drive the greatest impact for the U.S. brands.
- Develop the Consumer Marketing Calendar: Lead the planning and execution of the annual consumer marketing calendar across US brands, aligning campaigns and initiatives to key consumer moments, seasonality, and business priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary owner of US employment law operation and execution, with matrixed global support in partnership with Global Employment Counsel and local counsel.
- Handle, advise, and provide legal support on a broad range of employment issues, for the international scope in the UK, EU, India, and LATAM, including HR practices, performance management, terminations, recruiting, hiring, background checks, compensation and benefits, leaves and accommodations, wage and hour, consultants and contractors, sales commission and bonus plans, and non-compete and non-solicitation agreements
- Provide legal counseling for US federal and state laws on discrimination, harassment and retaliation
- Own US employment risk assessments and proactively advise on mitigation strategies aligned with business growth and change initiatives
- Serve as the escalation point for complex, high-risk US employment matters, including reductions in force, reorganizations, and sensitive terminations
- Advise on workforce transformations, including reorganizations, RIFs, site openings and closures, and post-merger integration activities, with US leadership responsibility and global coordination as needed
- Manage all aspects of US employment litigation and agency matters, including EEOC, DOL, state agencies, and arbitration, including coordinating with outside counsel as appropriate
- Lead the development, implementation, and governance of US employment policies, playbooks, and manager guidance materials, ensuring scalability and consistency across the organization
- Partner with People leadership on US employment law implications of new programs, benefits, and workplace initiatives

- 9+ years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, at both a law firm and in-house
- Extensive experience with a wide variety of labor and employment matters under US federal, state, and local employment laws, including demonstrable experience with the majority of responsibilities listed above
- Experience with international employment laws, particularly EU, UK, and/or Mexico, Brazil, India, a plus!
- JD from an accredited US law school (or international equivalent) and member of the bar in any US jurisdiction with the ability to practice in-house in New York

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at The Knot Worldwide is the financial engine that partners with executive leadership to drive growth by providing comprehensive financial advice that enables informed, high-impact decision-making across our entire expansive family of brands and business models (2-Sided Marketplaces, eCommerce, Advertising, and Media).

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Designer to lead the end-to-end Guest Management experience, reimagining how couples organize and digitally connect with their wedding guests. In this role, you will transform the logistical complexity of guest coordination into a joyful, effortless journey. You will design an intuitive experience for couples to build guest lists through seamless imports and smart organization. You will lead the vision for how couples communicate with guests and collect RSVPs, ensuring the data-capture process feels like a helpful service rather than a chore.
As a self-starter, you’ll drive the end-to-end design process, using data, insights, and continuous feedback to refine and improve our products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs, while contributing to our design system to create a cohesive, polished experience.

SUCCESSFUL SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER CANDIDATES HAVE:
- Professional experience as a full-stack product designer, with work ranging from strategic ideation and problem-solving to wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp or proven field experience)
- A stunning online portfolio that showcases thoughtful work and sophisticated design solutions for B2B, SaaS or marketplace digital products, from web to apps
- A creative and strategic mindset, with strong critical-thinking skills
- A sharp attention to detail, and an understanding for how to integrate a brand into an experience
- Experience defining patterns and style guides, performing user testing, and building low to high-fidelity prototypes
- Proficiency in Figma, virtual whiteboard tools, and UX research tools
- An appreciation for how language can simplify, clarify, and bring life to an experience
- An understanding of software development and how to best collaborate with engineers

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
Our Global Legal team is a collaborative, solutions driven group supporting innovative work across multiple jurisdictions, including marketplaces, eCommerce, and AdTech. We anticipate risk, enable growth, and position the business for long term success. We are seeking an experienced, business-minded player coach to lead our Product, Privacy & Platform legal function, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. You will manage a small team of attorneys and legal professionals while scaling impact through strong processes and operational discipline. This global role is the senior legal partner to Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and InfoSec, advising on product and privacy strategy, platform evolution, and international expansion. You will establish the global legal risk framework for product and privacy development and marketplace operations, partnering with executive and senior leadership to define risk thresholds that enable smart, responsible growth. You will serve as a trusted decision maker on complex launches and escalations, focused on solving hard problems in ways that unlock innovation while protecting the platform and our community.
This role is critical during a period of accelerated product innovation, AI adoption, and platform expansion. You will help the company move faster with confidence by embedding legal early in development, modernizing review processes, and enabling responsible experimentation at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the product and privacy legal front door, partnering from PRD through launch to identify risk early and develop practical, creative solutions that enable product velocity while protecting the platform and community.
- Lead legal strategy for global platform, intermediary liability, online safety, consumer protection, and competition regimes, translating evolving regulation into clear, business enabling guidance for product and operational teams, and oversee preparedness and response for any inquiries or investigations by relevant U.S. and international authorities.
- Set strategy and provide executive oversight for the global privacy program, including DPIAs, DSARs, data transfers, consent frameworks, vendor governance, and regulatory engagement, empowering subject matter experts to operate and scale best in class processes while embedding privacy by design across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Security.
- Provide executive oversight of the global data incident governance framework, directing legal response to significant security events, advising executive leadership and the Board as appropriate, overseeing regulatory engagement, and institutionalizing preparedness through playbooks, training, and cross functional tabletop exercises.
- Lead legal oversight of AI and data governance in a way that supports responsible innovation, translating emerging global AI regulation into practical, product facing guidance. Partner with Product and Engineering to shape responsible AI features from conception through launch, establish review standards for model and data use, and align innovation with regulatory and user trust expectations.
- Lead and evolve platform governance and policy architecture, including user terms, privacy disclosures, and enforcement frameworks in close partnership with Trust and Safety and internal subject matter experts.
- Oversee strategic technology and data transactions, structuring and negotiating high impact agreements while building scalable playbooks and guidance in partnership with commercial and domain experts.
- Remain hands on with the most novel and high impact initiatives while building and developing a high performing team. Establish scope, SLAs, metrics, intake systems, and operational dashboards to scale impact and build a culture of empowered subject matter ownership within a clear strategic framework.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including significant in house marketplace or consumer technology experience and 7+ years directly supporting product, engineering, data, and security teams.
- Broad and sophisticated understanding of global platform, privacy, consumer protection, competition, and emerging technology regulatory frameworks, with sound judgment on risk tradeoffs and when to engage local counsel.
- Executive presence and credibility with senior product, engineering, and business leaders, with the ability to influence, align stakeholders, and drive decisions in complex, fast moving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands on problem solving with strategic leadership, operating comfortably at both the detailed and executive levels.
- Marketplace fluency, with deep appreciation for the realities of two sided platforms, including payments, trust and safety, content moderation, and growth dynamics.
- Experience engaging constructively with regulatory authorities and guiding organizations through compliance readiness and regulatory change.
- High ownership mindset, strong work ethic, and a reputation for leaning into complex, high stakes challenges alongside the business.
- Inclusive, high accountability leader who develops talent, builds operational rigor, and creates an environment where subject matter experts are empowered and team members can do the best work of their careers.
- Fluency in Spanish or strong professional proficiency is a significant plus.
- J.D. or international equivalent and bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, or eligible for in house counsel registration in New York.

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible. If you’re based in NYC, we follow a hybrid schedule, balancing in-office collaboration of days a week and work-from-home flexibility.
