As Senior Product Manager, Digital Growth, you will own the checkout experience end-to-end across Dutchie’s digital ordering channels: Hub, E-commerce, Kiosk, and Mobile App. This is a metrics-driven growth role focused squarely on late-funnel optimization, where small improvements have outsized revenue impact.
You’ll operate at the intersection of checkout, payments, and loyalty, acting as the DRI for key growth metrics including Pay-by-Bank adoption, loyalty sign-ups and redemptions, logged-in shopping, and conversion through checkout. This role brings rigor to experimentation, uplevels how the team uses data, and turns insight into sustained growth.
This is a high-visibility role with regular exposure to senior leadership and direct influence over two of Dutchie’s fastest-growing surfaces: Payments and Loyalty.
We are targeting a starting salary of $149,000 - $201,000 based on the intended level for this role.

As Senior Product Manager for the Commerce Platform, you will own the foundational commerce technology powering Dutchie’s web, mobile app, and kiosk experiences. This is a deeply technical product role focused on the evolution of the commerce stack itself, not just features built on top of it.
You will define how the platform is architected, extended, and scaled across channels, owning decisions around hosting, CMS, routing/reverse proxy, customization, merchandising controls, and admin tooling. Your mandate is to ensure Dutchie’s commerce platform can support where the business is going next, not just what it supports today.
