What You’ll Do:
This is the foundation everything else is built on. You will develop and maintain Tekmetric's positioning at the portfolio level and for each product we offer. Your work will set the tone for how we communicate with customers and the market.
You will own how Tekmetric brings products and features to market – not just the launch plan, but the full commercial strategy behind it. You are the one who ensures that what we build reaches the shops most likely to buy it, with a story that lands.
This role starts with you. Over time you will build the team, the processes, and the infrastructure that allows product marketing to scale with Tekmetric. You will be accountable for ensuring that everything you build connects to business outcomes – pipeline quality, win rates, product adoption, expansion, and retention. That is how product marketing earns its seat at the table.

Tekmetric is the industry's leading platform for auto repair shops and we're growing fast. We're building a world-class acquisition engine to match, and we need a Senior Director, Growth Acquisition to own it.
This is the person who sets the strategic direction for how we grow digitally — across paid media, organic search, AI-driven visibility, and our website as a primary revenue driver. You'll hold full accountability for pipeline outcomes, build the systems that make growth repeatable, and develop the team that sustains it.

Run High-Performance Paid Media
Own paid search + paid social strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Manage our performance marketing agency to ensure top-tier productivity and ROI.
Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets with precision, balancing volume, quality, and efficiency.
Run continuous experimentation across targeting, bidding, creative, and landing experiences.
Ensure paid media strategy is tightly integrated with acquisition, lifecycle, and expansion motions.
SEO & AI-Driven Search Visibility
Scale organic growth across traditional search and emerging AI/LLM discovery channels.
Build a durable, AI-accelerated content engine that captures high-intent demand.
Execute across SEO fundamentals: technical health, content structure, on-page optimization, and search-friendly UX.
Continuously evolve strategy based on how buyers search, discover, and evaluate — including in AI-native environments
Website & Conversion Performance
Own Tekmetric.com as a revenue-driving product built for conversion, clarity, and discoverability.
Improve visitor → lead → SQL conversion rates across all entry points.
Build and optimize landing pages aligned to campaigns, segments, and the full customer journey.
Establish a rigorous, always-on testing roadmap across pages, flows, and messaging.
Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Product to ensure unified messaging and positioning across the site.
AI-Enabled Growth Operations
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, testing velocity, and optimization at scale.
Build systems that enable rapid iteration without adding headcount.
Identify opportunities where AI can replace manual work and increase output quality and speed.
Foster a team culture of experimentation, AI adoption, and operational excellence.
Analytics, Forecasting & Funnel Visibility
Build dashboards and forecasting models to predict volume, quality, and cost efficiency.
Partner with RevOps on attribution and funnel visibility.
Monitor performance daily to spot trends early and make rapid, high-quality decisions.
Translate performance data into strategic decisions across paid, organic, and web channels.
Team & Function Leadership
Manage and develop a small, high-performing team across performance marketing and web.
Set clear priorities, workflows, and growth paths as the acquisition engine scales.
Operate as a senior peer and strategic partner to Demand Gen, Product, Sales, Finance and RevOps.
What You’ll Bring
10-12+ years in growth, performance marketing, or digital acquisition roles in SaaS or high-growth tech — with meaningful time at the Director level or above.
Proven track record of scaling inbound pipelines and managing multi-million-dollar paid media programs with direct pipeline accountability.
Deep experience across SEO — technical, content, and on-page — and a sophisticated understanding of how AI is reshaping search behavior and discovery.
Demonstrated ability to own a website as a revenue-driving product, not a marketing asset.
Strong analytical and forecasting instincts: you build the model, own the number, and explain the delta.
Experience building and developing a team — hiring, structuring, and elevating the people around you.
Comfort operating at a senior level: peer relationships with Demand Gen, RevOps, Finance and Product; executive-facing communication; high-stakes decisions under uncertainty.
Bonus: Experience with PLG or hybrid sales + inbound motions, familiarity with AEO strategies and LLM-driven discovery, Background in vertical SaaS or SMB markets.
