Premion, the “Over-the-Top” (“OTT”) advertising and media business, seeks Digital Operations Specialist. The Digital Operations Team supports all day-to-day Ad Operations for assigned accounts, aiding campaign planning, scheduling, implementation and tracking. This role involves maintaining relationships with third party vendors and media agencies to ensure proper delivery of Digital ad campaigns. Premion is a high growth division of TEGNA,
Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage online advertising campaigns
• Perform the day-to-day ad scheduling in FreeWheel and our proprietary DSP Octillion
• Monitor delivery of campaign from beginning to end and optimizing as needed
• Consult with Account Management to ensure a successful advertising campaign
• Attend weekly meetings with Account Management team to discuss delivery issues
• Work with Yield Management to manage margins
• Work with Yield partner to move demand to different supply sources
• Review daily reporting to find potential campaign set up and campaign delivery problems
• Review Rejection Summary in DSP and suggest changes to increase delivery
• Perform the day-to-day ad placement, scheduling and updates for customers which may include weekends or after hours
• Prepare and edit HTML code used to track ad creative
• Prepare creative and client for deployment on different platforms, IE Hulu
• Follow-up with immediate action & provide concise, timely feedback within the deadlines established
• Self-manage tasks / schedule for effective and efficient time management
• Troubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies
• QA all VAST tags and MP4 Files to meet specs
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of online ad trafficking experience
• Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently within a high-paced changing environment
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and communication skills
• Able to interact comfortably with both clients and other internal departments
• Ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision
• BA/BS preferred

Premion seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager, who will be responsible for partnering with assigned sales teams to manage the company's key accounts by developing and maintaining relationships with agencies and clients and maximizing incremental revenue opportunities within. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be tasked to manage the day-to-day operations of your accounts by working with your sales counterparts to develop, execute and manage complex OTT campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Sales, Planning and Operations teams on all aspects of campaign planning, launch execution, optimization and post-campaign recaps for strategic clients
Collaborate with designated sales team to provide a high level of customer service by means of daily interaction with existing agency contacts and client partners
Establish customer KPIs and work with internal partners to measure progress and proactively address issues as they arise; advocate for client in internal stakeholder conversations
Develop and deliver business reviews that highlight key wins and opportunities; prepare weekly and monthly delivery reporting; identify new strategic opportunities for existing customers and make recommendations for implementation
Serve as initial POC for billing discrepancies
Own client communication as necessary with any custom implementations – website pixel implementation, first party data onboarding, custom reporting needs, etc
Mentor account management colleagues on role-specific best practices; work with CS Management team to create and present training materials
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of relevant advertising experience; previous experience in account management/client services required
Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally; ability to balance competing priorities across multiple projects
Proven track record of client-centric communication, stakeholder management and ability to drive incremental revenue
Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up and ability to generate creative solutions to meet client needs without close supervision
Experience managing major national accounts with positive client feedback and retention
Experience with ad technology platforms and CRM systems – FreeWheel, Salesforce, Placements.io preferred
Experience with 3rd Party Tracking platforms – DCM, DoubleVerify, Innovid
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Premion is seeking experienced Senior Account Executives to support continued growth of our national Connected TV (CTV/OTT) business. These roles focus on selling Premion’s premium CTV advertising solutions to agencies and direct clients across the U.S.
This is a high-impact opportunity for proven hunters who thrive in an autonomous environment, are comfortable owning the full sales cycle, and bring strong agency and advertiser relationships. Account Executives report to a Regional Sales Director and are responsible for overall revenue achievement.
Responsibilities
Drive new business development, retention, and expansion across agencies and direct advertisers
Operate with a true hunter mentality, consistently prospecting and opening new opportunities
Perform cold outreach through networks, referrals, and strategic prospecting
Maintain strong sales activity, including regular presentations to key decision makers and agency teams
Deliver consultative, compelling presentations in person and via video conference
Build and foster long-term relationships across agencies and brand partners
Serve as a subject matter expert in CTV/OTT, data solutions, and attribution
Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure strong execution and client success
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue goals throughout the year
Requirements
3 to 5+ years of media sales experience, preferably in CTV, OTT, or digital video
Demonstrated success closing new business and growing revenue
Strong prospecting skills with the ability to independently build a book of business
Existing relationships with mid to large advertisers and agencies strongly preferred
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Advanced CRM experience; Salesforce preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Positive, collaborative attitude with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Willingness to travel approximately 10 to 25 percent
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Salesforce or comparable CRM experience required
Knowledge of media buying platforms such as Strata and Mediaocean preferred
Working knowledge of WideOrbit a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $75,000 – $90,000, depending on experience and location
Target bonus: $60,000 annually
Commission: Uncapped commission plan tied to individual performance

The Team
This position is part of a larger Yield Management Team that is responsible for maximizing revenue, margin profits, and minimizing liability through inventory control and strategic ad placements.
The Position
This position is responsible for yield management activities using Freewheel and other possible sources of inventory, liaising with the business development team to ensure partner agreements are being executed appropriately and managing campaigns to profitability goals. This team will also add insight into any campaign management issues. • Budget Management: Manage programmatic advertising budgets, allocating funds effectively across campaigns and ensuring cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Pre sales
• Assist Planning team; building plans and adding inventory sources
• Approving Planning docs for client quotes
• Assisting with onboarding of new providers
Post sales
• Review each deal against demand for appropriate starting CPM
• Optimize rates on each deal line against demand to ensure proper Yield is maintained on each buy
• Optimize between deals, review delivery and determine how much can be shifted from one deal ID to another
• Optimize each Order by adding additional deal ID’s and adding spend against them with corresponding price points
• Review supply sources between each server and determine when it best to move existing demand to FW
• Assist with optimizations for Attribution metrics
• Give AdOps team assistance where needed in optimizing remaining KPI’s

Analytics
• Run all reporting for delivery metrics against supply sources
• Review all recommended bids and bid rates to analyze marketplace and make recommendations for better performance

Requirements:
• 1 year+ experience in programmatic trading/campaign management role in the advertising/online media space (video ad experiences a strong plus)
• Highly analytical mindset and skills needed with a hyper focus on profit margins and campaign delivery.
• Must be able to multi-task multiple account projects, work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy start-up environment
