As a Consultant supporting our Federal government client specifically the Department of War (Department of Defense), you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers. The issues to be resolved are often difficult to define and quantify; may involve complex, traditionally competing interests; are often characterized by senior leadership interest and visibility and require extensive proving and analysis.

Technical Assent is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Journey Analyst with a strong foundation in Human-Centered Design (HCD) and a growing capability in data-informed decision-making. This role blends hands-on user research and service design with CX journey analytics – helping translate customer insights and operational data into actionable requirements that improve experiences and outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings at least six years of relevant experience and is comfortable working across both qualitative and quantitative inputs – leveraging tools like Excel to analyze data, identify gaps, and inform experience improvements.

Technical Assent is seeking a Lead Service Designer to guide service design engagements supporting federal agencies. This role leads the design of end-to-end service experiences that span digital systems, physical environments, policies, and operational processes.
As a Lead Service Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams -- including product managers, technologists, researchers, and policy stakeholders -- to translate research insights into implementable service improvements. You will mentor junior designers, guide service design workstreams, and advise federal leaders on customer experience and service transformation strategies.
