ABOUT THE ROLE:
Talon.One is looking for a Head/Director of Brand & Advocacy to lead our newly consolidated Brand, Content, and Design functions with customer marketing embedded within to connect as a storytelling engine. This is a high-impact "player-coach" role for a leader who excels at the intersection of creative storytelling and operational scale, with customer-centric content distribution and brand strategy at the core.
You will be the architect of our content engine, transforming customer success stories and complex product narratives into scalable assets that fuel our global pipeline and address the unique pain points of our multi-persona ICP (ideal customer profile). You will also sharpen our Customer Advocacy programme through hiring a customer marketing manager.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
This is a player-coach role that requires both strategic vision and operational excellence. You’ll manage a team of 6–8 (including freelancers) and partner closely with PR, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and the Global Events team.
This is a full-time role based in Berlin or London.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Define and govern brand standards across a growing international footprint, including navigating evolving team structures and centralisation decisions
- Own the strategic roadmap for all distribution-led content. Build and scale Talon.One's system for GEO/SEO-optimised assets, gated practitioner guides, and multi-channel distribution that drives measurable growth and net new customer acquisition
- Future-proof our content. Lead our AI content strategy, working alongside the content team to ensure LLMs, AI-powered search (GEO), and content distribution advance Talon.One's citable authority in the space
- Develop content frameworks that educate new buyer personas emerging from evolving business relationships, adapting messaging across different commercial relationships and markets
- Lead the Design and Copy teams to ensure a distinctive, premium brand identity across every touchpoint. Own the system and execution of a reliable brand voice that is trustworthy and represents Talon.One's values
- Build a world-class advocacy programme. Identify and activate Customer Champions for case studies, speaking engagements, and community-led growth, using customer voice as a brand and distribution lever
- Serve as the bridge between Product Marketing and Demand Gen, ensuring our best product and customer stories are integrated into growth channels`
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience in a large enterprise launching, repositioning, or scaling a new business unit or product line, you know how to build messaging and content frameworks for a new buyer from scratch.
- 7–10+ years of B2B Marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing and developing multidisciplinary creative and technical teams
- Experience building content engines that move beyond "output" to "outcome." You understand how content fuels the pipeline
- Deep understanding of SEO/GEO, content attribution, and how the "modern tech stack" (AI, CMS, CRM) supports brand distribution
- Direct experience scaling customer reference or advocacy programs in an Enterprise SaaS environment
- Proven track record leveraging a brand’s community as a content and distribution lever, not just a retention tool
- Strong creative instincts: you care about design, storytelling, and how content shows up across different formats and platforms
- Experience in Commerce Tech, Fintech, or complex Enterprise SaaS is a major plus

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Own the Talon.One website as a discovery-to-conversion engine. You are responsible for why each page exists, who it serves, and how it performs, ensuring the Talon.One is discoverable by AI engines, compelling to human visitors, and measurable against pipeline outcomes.
Location: Berlin (hybrid).
ABOUT THE TEAM:
You sit within Product Marketing and work at the intersection of Growth, Content, and Design. You partner closely with the Web Product Manager, who owns the platform, while you own performance outcomes across the live site. The reporting line sits within the Product Marketing organization.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
Own website strategy & experience ownership
- Define why each page exists: audience intent, page purpose, and success criteria across priority user journeys
- Translate product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation into structured web experiences that drive clarity, discovery, and conversion
- Own CRO across the core site – e.g. homepage, product pages, solution pages – analysing user behaviour, click paths, and conversion points to continuously improve how visitors move from discovery to action
- Spot opportunities in the data and act on them autonomously – propose hypotheses, ship improvements, and iterate based on outcomes rather than waiting for briefs
Drive organic discovery: SEO & GEO
- Own organic search strategy end-to-end together with the content team: keyword and entity strategy, technical SEO health, and search console performance
- Lead Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) efforts – ensure the Talon.One website is structured for AI engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) through schema markup (JSON-LD), entity-based content, and citation-optimised architecture
- Take over technical SEO oversight as the in-house expert: core web vitals, crawlability, structured data, and site audits together with the SEO Agency
- Decide where to invest, what to test, and how to prioritise SEO/GEO experimentation based on business impact
Optimize performance analytics & reporting
- Own website performance analytics: set up and maintain goals in Google Analytics, monitor organic path analysis, and report on discovery impact and assisted pipeline contribution
- Build and maintain reporting across Google Analytics, Search Console, and Semrush (or equivalent) to surface actionable insights
- Continuously evaluate performance signals and improve, consolidate, or retire content based on real outcomes
Execute & collaborate
- Build, ship, and iterate pages directly using design systems and AI-assisted tools to reduce time from idea to live
- Write and refine first-pass copy to get pages live quickly, then partner with the Web Product Manager, Content and Design for scale and consistency
- Work within established templates and patterns, pushing for improvements through evidence and results
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
Non-negotiable: strategic judgment
- A strong point of view on why a page should exist, what experience it should deliver, and how to make it work for both AI engines and human visitors
- Ability to connect positioning, user intent, and conversion into coherent web journeys – not just drive traffic, but shape the experience that converts it
- High ownership mindset with bias toward shipping and iteration; you spot opportunities and act on them
Core expertise: deep in at least one, strong across all
- Web experience design & CRO – structuring pages that serve a clear purpose, analysing user behaviour, and optimising conversion for organic and direct traffic
- SEO & technical SEO – schema markup, structured data, core web vitals, crawlability, site audits
- Content strategy – editorial judgment about what content earns its place on the site on the core pages and what should be retired
Required technical & practical skills
- Fluency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Semrush (or equivalent SEO tooling)
- Proven ability to build and publish pages directly in a headless CMS environment
- Working knowledge of schema markup (JSON-LD) and structured data implementation
- Strong copywriting fundamentals for web, with focus on clarity and conversion
- We expect a strong point of view on how AI engines are reshaping discovery and what that means for how we structure our site. You should be actively experimenting, forming opinions, and ready to lead our approach.
Work experience requirements
- 8+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, Content Strategy, or Web-focused roles within B2B SaaS or tech environments
- Demonstrated ownership of website initiatives that influenced pipeline, engagement, or organic discovery
- Track record of shipping and iterating live experiences rather than only managing stakeholders
Educational background
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, communication, or related fields

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Talon.One’s Sales Development organization. This team plays a key role in identifying and understanding potential customers’ needs and helping them enhance their loyalty and promotions strategies, contributing directly to their business growth.
You will gain essential skills in managing a territory, using data intelligence to identify and prioritize target accounts, and creative effective email outreach and making outbound prospect phone calls. Additionally, you will learn how to engage with C-suite prospects, coordinate cross-departmental efforts, and showcase the value of Talon.One, and qualify for early-stage deals.
This role is based in Boston, MA, with the expectation of spending 2-3 days per week collaborating with your teammates in-office.
