ABOUT THE ROLE:
Talon.One is looking for a Head/Director of Brand & Advocacy to lead our newly consolidated Brand, Content, and Design functions with customer marketing embedded within to connect as a storytelling engine. This is a high-impact "player-coach" role for a leader who excels at the intersection of creative storytelling and operational scale, with customer-centric content distribution and brand strategy at the core.
You will be the architect of our content engine, transforming customer success stories and complex product narratives into scalable assets that fuel our global pipeline and address the unique pain points of our multi-persona ICP (ideal customer profile). You will also sharpen our Customer Advocacy programme through hiring a customer marketing manager.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
This is a player-coach role that requires both strategic vision and operational excellence. You’ll manage a team of 6–8 (including freelancers) and partner closely with PR, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and the Global Events team.
This is a full-time role based in Berlin or London.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Define and govern brand standards across a growing international footprint, including navigating evolving team structures and centralisation decisions
- Own the strategic roadmap for all distribution-led content. Build and scale Talon.One's system for GEO/SEO-optimised assets, gated practitioner guides, and multi-channel distribution that drives measurable growth and net new customer acquisition
- Future-proof our content. Lead our AI content strategy, working alongside the content team to ensure LLMs, AI-powered search (GEO), and content distribution advance Talon.One's citable authority in the space
- Develop content frameworks that educate new buyer personas emerging from evolving business relationships, adapting messaging across different commercial relationships and markets
- Lead the Design and Copy teams to ensure a distinctive, premium brand identity across every touchpoint. Own the system and execution of a reliable brand voice that is trustworthy and represents Talon.One's values
- Build a world-class advocacy programme. Identify and activate Customer Champions for case studies, speaking engagements, and community-led growth, using customer voice as a brand and distribution lever
- Serve as the bridge between Product Marketing and Demand Gen, ensuring our best product and customer stories are integrated into growth channels`
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience in a large enterprise launching, repositioning, or scaling a new business unit or product line, you know how to build messaging and content frameworks for a new buyer from scratch.
- 7–10+ years of B2B Marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing and developing multidisciplinary creative and technical teams
- Experience building content engines that move beyond "output" to "outcome." You understand how content fuels the pipeline
- Deep understanding of SEO/GEO, content attribution, and how the "modern tech stack" (AI, CMS, CRM) supports brand distribution
- Direct experience scaling customer reference or advocacy programs in an Enterprise SaaS environment
- Proven track record leveraging a brand’s community as a content and distribution lever, not just a retention tool
- Strong creative instincts: you care about design, storytelling, and how content shows up across different formats and platforms
- Experience in Commerce Tech, Fintech, or complex Enterprise SaaS is a major plus

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join our team as a Technical Account Manager at Talon.One, where you'll play a key role in driving the success of our API-first promotion engine for our enterprise clients. You’ll take ownership of the technical integration process, ensuring our platform fits seamlessly into each client’s ecosystem. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Take ownership of the integration process of our API-driven platform with our clients' ecosystem

Our Research and Development department is made up of cross-functional teams of Developers, Interaction Designers, QA Engineers, and Documentation specialists, all collaborating under the guidance of Product and Engineering Managers.
Each team owns a specific area of our platform. We work with relative autonomy, encourage original ideas, foster professional growth, and believe that quality at every stage is of utmost importance.
We’re looking for a QA Engineer who will be an advocate for quality from the very start of the development process. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with all functions to shape testing strategies, ask the right questions early, and ensure that robust test coverage exists as features are developed.
Rather than merely focusing on testing completed changes, you’ll embed quality into our development process, championing best practices, improving test automation, and ensuring that great software is continuously delivered.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Become an expert in the Talon.One product, and the foremost expert in the area for which your team is responsible.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering functions to ensure our delivered features are consistently of a high quality.
- Set the test strategy, engage critically with all functions from the outset of each feature.
- Ensure we have design and behavioral consistency between features, and strong, efficient test coverage at every level.
- Determine which test scenarios should be included in our suite of end-to-end automated tests, and implement those using Cypress.
- Willingness to proactively help junior Quality Engineers, provide timely feedback, and guide them to success. Contribute to Mentorship Programs and onboarding new joiners.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
As the Head of Data, you will be the visionary leader responsible for defining and executing our company data strategy. You will lead our data team to build a world-class data platform that bridges the gap between technical engineering and business value.

- Own the data roadmap, transitioning the team from a hands-on setup phase to a scalable, strategic function that supports the entire organization.
- Directly manage, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of 4 individuals consisting of a Data Engineer, an Analytics Engineer, and Analysts, focusing on maximizing team efficiency, fostering greater ownership, and promoting the capabilities and professional fulfillment of your direct reports.
- Partner with the Post-Sales team to make QBRs reliable, self-service and automated, ensuring we can clearly demonstrate the value of our product through insights for our global clients such as H&M, Sephora and Adidas.
- Oversee the transition toward a unified data platform that integrates Product Analytics, Business Decision Making and Machine Learning workloads.
- Set the standards for data governance, reliability, and resilience across our modern data stack (with tools including BigQuery, DBT and Kafka).
- Act as the key bridge between R&D and business stakeholders, ensuring data is a first-class citizen in all decision-making.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 7-10 years of leadership experience managing data teams, ideally having managed through a "scale-up" phase in at least two different companies.
- The ability to utilize and transform hands-on experience into focus on project management, team health, and high-level architectural planning.
- A deep understanding of B2B-the SaaS business models and experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders.

- Own and evolve Talon.One’s AI enablement roadmap, defining priorities and keeping pace as the landscape changes
- Design and deliver learning experiences including workshops, deep dives, hackathons, and train-the-trainer formats tailored to different teams and application organisation wide
- Act as the go-to coach and sparring partner for leaders and individuals experimenting with AI in their day-to-day work

- Launch and grow an internal AI Ambassador network and partner with Internal Comms to build a thriving AI learning community
- Track adoption, measure business impact, and report regularly to leadership with insights that inform the ongoing roadmap
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 5 to 8 or more years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Analytics, Change Management, or a business role with significant AI adoption focus
- You are a genuine AI power user who builds, tests, and iterates rather than just advises
- Solid practical understanding of generative AI systems and how they work in real business and organisational contexts
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, low-code/no-code automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, and basic API integrations
- Working knowledge of AI risks including privacy, security, bias, and hallucinations, and how to apply that knowledge practically
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning programmes or workshops for non-technical audiences

We are looking for a strategic and consultative Enterprise Account Manager to join our Global Account Management team. In this role, you will be the commercial owner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of our corporate and enterprise accounts across EMEA. Own website strategy & experience ownership
- Define why each page exists: audience intent, page purpose, and success criteria across priority user journeys
- Translate product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation into structured web experiences that drive clarity, discovery, and conversion
- Own CRO across the core site – e.g. homepage, product pages, solution pages – analysing user behaviour, click paths, and conversion points to continuously improve how visitors move from discovery to action
- Spot opportunities in the data and act on them autonomously – propose hypotheses, ship improvements, and iterate based on outcomes rather than waiting for briefs
Drive organic discovery: SEO & GEO
- Own organic search strategy end-to-end together with the content team: keyword and entity strategy, technical SEO health, and search console performance
- Lead Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) efforts – ensure the Talon.One website is structured for AI engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) through schema markup (JSON-LD), entity-based content, and citation-optimised architecture
- Take over technical SEO oversight as the in-house expert: core web vitals, crawlability, structured data, and site audits together with the SEO Agency
- Decide where to invest, what to test, and how to prioritise SEO/GEO experimentation based on business impact
Optimize performance analytics & reporting
- Own website performance analytics: set up and maintain goals in Google Analytics, monitor organic path analysis, and report on discovery impact and assisted pipeline contribution
- Build and maintain reporting across Google Analytics, Search Console, and Semrush (or equivalent) to surface actionable insights
- Continuously evaluate performance signals and improve, consolidate, or retire content based on real outcomes
Execute & collaborate
- Build, ship, and iterate pages directly using design systems and AI-assisted tools to reduce time from idea to live
- Write and refine first-pass copy to get pages live quickly, then partner with the Web Product Manager, Content and Design for scale and consistency
- Work within established templates and patterns, pushing for improvements through evidence and results

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Talon.One’s Sales Development organization. ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help us take our Internal Developer Platform and shared tooling to the next level. We already have solid foundations in place, including Backstage as our IDP, and now we’re focused on building meaningful capabilities on top of it that deliver tangible value to both the business and the engineering organization.
This role combines technical leadership with strong product thinking. We don’t have a dedicated product manager for the platform, so you’ll work closely with engineering managers, technical leads, and engineers across teams, listen to their pain points, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives from idea to production. You’ll lead platform projects end to end: shaping the problem, designing solutions, implementing them, and ensuring they are adopted and maintained.

Our development team consists of specialists in frontend, backend, QA, product, and visual design. We are currently looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our development teams. You will work closely with our product people to design the right solutions to our challenging problems while collaborating, mentoring, and supporting the other team members.
For this position, we need professionals who are already based in Berlin or willing to move to Berlin.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Be a crucial member in a small cross-functional team (a squad)
- Collaborate closely with Product Manager and Tech Lead during roadmap discussions
- Contribute effectively during all Scrum rituals, facilitation of process maturity increments, and engineering best practices initiatives
- Provide valuable inputs during Refinement and Solution Design sessions and be able to lead feature development independently
- Regularly participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Consistently monitor the maintenance of quality standards and proactively recommend engineering or process improvements
- Offer technical/soft guidance to Junior engineers and participate in Mentorship Programs
- Participate in cross-squad (Backend Guild) brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions
- Propose and own technical initiatives toward performance/scale/maintenance improvements
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 6+ years of previous experience as a Backend Developer with focus on Golang
- In-depth knowledge of REST API design, PostgreSQL, and Testing Techniques
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and performant large-scale applications
- Experience designing and developing complex architectures, including monolithic and microservice architecture
- Strong tendency towards implementing modern best practices like pair-programming sessions, unit and integration tests, adaptation of AI and automation, refactoring, SOLID principles, security best practices, documentation as code, regular knowledge sharing, etc.
- Big-picture thinking; You collaborate with non-developers to clarify requirements and help plan projects, with an eye on the overall impact on the business & product
- Proactive and constructive approach to support/mentor junior members of the team
- A willingness to learn about and contribute to the whole stack is essential
- A team-first attitude; As a group, we strive to leave egos at home
